Na wa ooo! All these fake rainbowing and sand-fillings on the Island! They are building high rise on soil that's not compact & stable. |
I reserve my comment! If I say what is on my mind....ehn. May her soul rest in peace. |
FreeStuffsNG:You and your premium story are funny Bro. Funny Jackass everywhere! |
Guestlander:Whatever gives people voice and hope, they will latch unto it. Its a natural logic. Don't make it personal. I'm not in Nigeria, so don't make it about me. And if you must know, I'm Yoruba anyway! |
Guestlander:Sometimes what people need to find their voice is a leader. |
Why do government officials always harass citizens in this country? |
Druggie people everywhere! |
Talentuex:I can tell you for a fact because I've tried both worlds. The best place to be comparatively is 9ja provided it doesn't implode. Back then, going abroad use to be for the super rich and maybe few lucky common citizens. But now, the gate is wide open in this Japa generation. The best people abroad favours are people that have the fund to go and come back. Many going there to stay permanently are not necessarily better off than people back home. Oyinbo are super-smart people. They have a cunny way of controlling people's mind. Our people will forever till the soil for them the way I see it. |
This person match Amaka with Ogunjobi dey send spam messages APShit paid him to be doing to calm down the masses. |
PassingShot:The timeframe for the court is not 3 months and definitely not a month and half. Just for you and the primary school kid knowledge next time. See the attached.
|
XerXers:CNN and BBC own is coming. The documentary go shake tables oooo. Many people go follow join because they will include all the agencies and noisy spokesmen esp. some corrupt and fake professors with big-big grammar. |
PoliteActivist:I get the joke Bro. I said we've deviated from that angle. But since we were educating ourselves that why I put all that out. You and I know that Nigerian police don't know all these. They don't joke with it. They are always looking for things to nail you. As a matter of fact, a police officer has harassed me for having a condom in my pocket once. Well I turned it right at his face that I'm going to where I want to go and knack! He already embarrassed me inside a public bus by dipping his hands into my pockets. One thing I noticed is that Nigerian police do actually fear citizens that challenge them. The only thing I fear about them is the gon they carry cos some of them can be trigger-happy. |
GogetterMD:Mehn.....that one get comma sha! |
sulakishop:Nigeria girls don't date. They are transactional deep down! |
PoliteActivist:Well then you understand my drift...If your Humor that is an attribute of Joke is injurious to someone, you can be sued for it. On the bolded, we have well since deviated on that topic. Yeah....you mean If my condoms were found in my car, it is that a crime? Even when government is advocating for people to use condoms to prevent HIV/Aids. But to you and the police officer, I'm up to no good! SMH. For a crime to be committed, you have to state clearly, the legal statute that was flouted. It's very unfortunate that in our part of the world, police and the people don't know what part of the law they are activating whenever they are taking stands. |
Fineman2:I can |
The whole world will just see all of us as druggie |
The part that you "trollers" are causing is much. Anyway, that's what happens when a man brings himself to the world to roast! |
kelvine:Relax, they are not fighting Muslims. It's very irresponsible and insensitive to make such adverts. |
thatigboman:I think I wrote on the road side there. Did you not read that? SMH! |
PoliteActivist:Foremost, those are humours and not jokes. There's however a fine line between them. Secondly, they are not injurious and are open ended. I'm not referring to jokes/pranks that's referring/directed to no one in particular. For example, If you write all "those" on your social media page and I went to your page to read. I shouldn't take offense because it's an open ended jokes that's not implicitly directed to me nor injurious in any way to my personality. But if you specifically mention someone's name, race, religion on your page or blog either jokingly or not in a manner that defames, then you can be sued for Libels or slanderous comments. If you remember Sterling bank and it's odious joke Easter last year comparing Jesus Christ with Agege Bread..."Like Agege Bread, He Rose!” It may have been a joke from the Bank's view but not to the Christian community. I guess you are grown enough to weigh that between funny and injury. That's why people call for sanction of the bank and sack of the MD. The difference is in the level of injury it caused the victim and not the satisfaction or fun the joker derived. Stuffs like that and including bullying are taking seriously in developed countries the moment someone reports it because it's no longer from your own standpoint of view (joke) anymore. TravelEmpire033:Whenever I see all these people selling Visa slots online, I ask myself if all their families, relatives and friends are already abroad. |
PoliteActivist:Jokes are not viewed from the person that cracked it. It's the recipient that determines if it's a joke! The same thing goes for pranks! In other words, it's not you that will determine if it's a joke/prank or not for others. What is a joke to you, might not be a joke to others. That's why if you joke and it hurts someone, the person can sue you or get annoyed for it. To you it might be a joke, but to someone else it can be an offence. Case in view (Chris Rock vs Will Smith). There was a court case (I will search and find it for you later) someone was pranked on and in the process the person kpai. Now the pranker is serving life sentencing. Since the post is for education purpose, I just say make I chip in one or two comments for us all to learn. |
MasterJayJay:Even smoking cigarettes should be in the open. Our government should institute a rigour fire and smoke control laws if there's none already! The other day, I was telling a friend to put smoke detector/extinguisher and fire blanket in his kitchen. He was almost arguing it with me until I told him I will personally buy them for him if he doesn't see the need. How much do they cost compare to the cost of building his mansion? |
thatigboman:Those people selling it are not suppose to display it openly too. It has to be in a closed shop. They can however display it open on the shelf inside the shop. Another good example of this crime is committed everytime by most bars, clubs and hotels when they display banners of their shows with mapoka and strippers girls on the road. That is clearly a crime committed despite advertising. |
PoliteActivist:It's only a crime if it violates the rights of others. He may be coming from a store where he bought his intimacy device? Having a Love Machine with you or a porrn pics or your g/f nudes or xxxual acts you two involved in on your phone isn't a crime unless you start showing it to people who wishes not to see it. To violate a law, the particular statutes violated must be quoted to give credence to the offence. That's how laws are determined. If there's no statute/law, there's no crime. |
Biggers82:You have to quote a section of the law to determine illegality! As for sin, not everyone is religious. So that is irrelevant! Marriage? It's an individual decision. It's not a crime not to get married. |
mosho4all:You for telling them maybe your mobile phone too is a crime to have. If you have all your intimate girlfriends naked pics there! |
DeJoeee:If you're a lady, do you think you will dress better? |
It was an auto accident and you use the word roasted! SMH Life no come get meaning anymore! Are you Agbadorian? |
kyber:This is why I like Oyinbo people. Once you call most of their lines, you will be routed to voice mail that will request you to drop your name, number, address and the purpose of your calling etc. That way, they can have a preview of you and your purpose before deciding on which of the numerous nuisance calls that's worth responding to. I do that a lot too. If your call is important to both of us, you will be willing to drop a voice mail message. If I don't have your number on my phone, it's straight into voice mail. Yeah, I know, someone will say what if it's an emergency? Well, that emergency should be stated in the voicemail message. Since my mobile phone is with me, once I hear the nature of your emergency, I treat it immediately you drop the voicemail message. Sometimes, you will receive some calls and they will just spoil your mood and/or your life instantly (esp. in the case of scammers) One thing I've noticed that works very well for me is taking my time to process people and their messages. It has helped and saved me a lot. If you apply for jobs in some reputable companies, they will often put in the forms for you to state the time/period they can call you if your application is successful or if they need further information from you. Also some people because of their busy nature may have specific times they can attend to phones. That way people's calls won't disturb their lives and run them mad. Most times when I give people my number, I do specify when they can call me especially if I perceived the person will probably disturb me with calls. It also gives me the impression of know how discipline the person is. |
Honestly, if I were Zidane, everytime I jam this guy for road I go dey give am headbutt. |
