You think it is everyone that take nonsense like Buhari and Tinubu. Ask Chude what he is going through now. In his next life, he will never engage in defamation or character criminalisation all in the name of internet cruise again
If I were the guy, I would have written something like...."One CrownWole CrownBayo, a presidential candidate of a party is part of a drug cartel"
Since they don't want us to talk, there are ways to pass the message across to them to hit on their illegitimacies.
slowice: As nobody wan get sense let's all of them be mad 🤣
Dude is on the right track
Very nice one from the guy. He indeed proved a point. Sporting federations should have learnt enough lessons from Casper Semenya of S.A. She kept dominating her female competitors in all the race.
The fact that a guy transform himself into a lady doesn't make him a lady. The gender at birth is what is important.
bigrovar: Please take time to share where the battery is installed. Particularly the ambient temperature around the battery. So basically, when your use up electrolyte at such rate, it means you are over charging your battery - the reserve is when toping up electrolyte takes a long time (like 2 to 3 months) means battery is being under charged.
You may want to adjust down your charge voltage. Something people should understand is, for lead acid batteries, your charge voltage is actually relate to battery temperature, the higher the temperature of a battery, the lower the charge voltage should be. The reference charge voltage on the battery spec sheet is meant for a 27C temperature, so unless your battery is installed in an AC room, If you are in Nigeria you need to adjust your battery charge voltage to compensate for temperature increase above 27C. This is called temperature compensated charging and some solar chargers have this functionality and thus have a temperature sensor probe that you attach to the battery. This allows them to adjust charge voltage automatically based on battery temperature.
On the issue of voltage sag, this is a characteristics of Flooded Acid Battery. It is a fundamental flaw of the battery chemistry and it is one of the ways where an AGM does better. The voltage sag under load shouldn't worry you too much as long as it remains constant. It just means you are unable put heavy load on the battery which again is part of the flaws of Flooded Acid battery.
Good morning Bro. I was searching through how to maintain my solar inverter batteries when I came across this thread. I just know that something isn't right each time I look at the batteries floats. It now dawn on me that I need to refill them as a matter of urgency.
Could you please recommend which distill water brand is best for refilling the battery? I have Enviro Tubular batteries.
Objects with different weights but the same volume (maybe size and shape) will displace the same volume of water provided they're both submerged in water.
Objects with different volumes but the same weight will not displace the same amount of water when submerged in water.
It is the volume that matters! I hate when people don't like taking to corrections.
You should read my posting regarding, weight, volume and density for a better understanding
Every object has volume and weight.
Both weights and volume displaced are the same values and equal in magnitude when the relative density of the water is 1.000 (i.e Fresh water). And changes when it's salt water, dock water or brackish water.
A factor of 1 remains constant. This is why weight and volume displaced will always be the same in Fresh water.
If the density of the water is known for a known weight, the volume displaced is only valid for that density and that density alone.
If the same object is dropped in a jar of mercury, the volume displaced will be different from that of water.
If you drop a stone and a balloon of equal weight in the same fluid(same density), both will displace equal volume of that fluid. The physical difference would be that the stone sinks while the balloon floats on its weight.
richmond500: U can't answer a question that suits all levels. Since you try to bring my level here, Ur answer didn't suit my level cos if it does, you will be answering that question with a programming language like python.
So imagine a data analyst like me answering that question with python or just using the basic excel, I am sure 98% of NLders won't understand, Even u may not understand a single code I wrote. So better to answer it the way it was asked. Why am I even arguing this with u? Abeg goodnight, happy EID holiday... One love
What I'm saying is there are two answers I've giving on the thread.
One is looking at the face value of the items in the glasses.
And the other is the scientific methodology.
The two are on the thread. You wouldn't pick on the former because it's the common view, requires no stress, no logical thinking or fact based. Instead you jump right on the scientific approach even whilst you admitted that you are not a scientist.
I would never use your Python to answer the question because it's not my field. I'm sure if the question can be tackled with IT data's you would do justice from your point of view.
richmond500: I was a science student, I am not a scientist but a data analyst. The question doesn't need much scientific application, you are just forming Isaac Newton for nothing, what you need to answer that question on FP is basic IQ. NL has people from every category in life, some person's here has no idea what density means. The question is meant for everyone, if you answer it the way that people didn't get your message, then you haven't answered the question. A philosopher will answer the question in a philosophical manner, an agriculturist will answer it differently, a scientist will answer it differently, an economist will have his own terms. But those aren't necessary, it's a basic question that needs basic answer
I've answered it for both levels on the thread. I do understand there are bricklayers and danfo drivers on NL.
So whatever side of the spectrum you belong, I've provided answers that suit the level. You just need to read through my posts and see which one is for your community.
I don't claim I'm Charles Darwin or Isaac Newton. But, yes I'm a scientist.
richmond500: normal water is the water you drink at home which has room temperature.
TBH, You do not need those parameters to answer the question
I've said this already. If you want me to answer this as a bus conductor doing "flip-bottle-and-chop challenge" in a garage....then I will reason as that.
But if you want it answered as a scientist, you must bring in all your gears. Scientist works with facts and not assumptions.
Mind you, everybody's normal water is different, with varying densities even under room temperature.
For you to mention room temperature shows that you are already bringing in scientific parameters.
Also, room temperature itself is arbitrary relative to ambient temperature.
Donmobi: No we don't. It's very simple to deduct the answer.
You are partly correct, if you reason like unscientific person.
It's like arguing that folding a piece of paper 42times will reach the moon. Mathematically correct, but practically impossible. So a mathematician would understand better, but an ordinary man would find it difficult to understand.
So you're all looking at a face value of images. What if the pair of scissors is a paper image dip inside the water? Or the wrist watch is a mirror image on the glass?
A doctor would not issue you a medicine without proper diagnosis of your ailments.
drlaykay: So you don't know you can convert weight to volume. That's where you are confused. If it states that mass will be displaced, you can get it's equivalence in volume(liquid).
Don't mind him. He doesn't know. A whole lot of people shouting Archimedes Principle here don't understand how it works in practice.
Infact, the whole essence of Archimedes principle is hinged on conversion of volumes to mass.
richmond500: weight is mass and acceleration due to gravity, acceleration is always 10m/s². No matter how light or heavy an object is, the gravity is always thesame and holds nothing here. The size of the object is what counts. An small iron discuss with weight of 50kg will displace less water than a bigger chicken with weight of 2k. The weight of the iron could be bigger but it doesn't have the size to displace the water and fill the cup.
This is what I am saying, just ponder on it a little, you will understand me
The correct answer should be "Indecisive" We need a whole lot of scientific parameters such as densities of all the water, the temperatures, pressure and the weight of all the immersed items.
drlaykay: Lol, you only know the law but you don't know it's application.
That's simply Archimedes. An object will displace water of its own weight. This means if the weight of the object is 2g, 2g which also equals to 2mls of water, will be displaced. (i.e the water level will rise by 2mls when a 2g object is dropped in it)
Your last sentence in the bracket is only correct if it is Fresh water i.e Relative density of 1.000. Otherwise, 2mls will not always equate 2g.
Also, it's a whole new game when temperature and pressure comes into it.
The density of the waters are very important. We don't know if the water is Fresh water, Salt water, Dock water etc. The more impurities the water contains, the denser it becomes.
Since we don't have a range of scientific parameters, for me it is not possible to decide which glass has more water unless you are physically present to conduct a proven scientific examination.
Making a decision from picture image is like a doctor issuing synopsis without seeing the patient for diagnosis.
Kingpin1000: Following archimedes principle, it should be B.
Following Archimedes principle, you have to know the weight of each items in those glass.
Anyway, looking at the face value of those items, you are very correct because the paper clip has less weight compare to others.
However it may not be the case if for example the wristwatch, pair of scissors are just paper image/picture mirrored into the water.
Unless we are physically present to see the nature, structure and composition of all the items in the glasses, it's very unscientific to decide which of the glasses has more water.
I will rather vote the Ukrainian Commedian leading a war as President 5000 times than vote all these spineless and "courageless" retired generals as president!
Tinubuderanged: The over greediness of Peter Obi is the cause of this rubbish. If Peter had agreed to work with Atiku,we would have started smelling good governance. In fact I blame peter Obi for Tinubu's win.
Don't blame him. He has the right to contest individually also. As far as both are concerned, Tinubu came a distant third. So contesting individually or together is not a substance to latch on from the winning party.
This is the same reason our shipping lines and airlines continue to fail no matter how many times we float it. Only Obi addressed this issue during campaign.
Beautiful Lady Used For Joy Soap Advert In The 80s, Aging Gracefully In those days, people had crush on the joy girl in the video because of her unflinching beauty and this is how she looks now. The pretty young lady that was used for the advert then, has now turned to an healthy looking old woman.
So you were crushing on her even till this very day that you had time to take her current picture?
