Yes Government failed and I'm not defending them. What I'm saying is these Fulani herdsmen should get civilised. Government will not do everything, if they have Union, they can collectively secure loan and get a grazing reserves in all the 36 states and FCT.

Where on earth do you still see Nomads moving cattle from state to state, city to city? State governments need to do something about these menace! Imagine seeing Cows on the busy street of Lagos? Its an eyesore seeing them where they are not suppose to be.

Road is not the only thing Government do. You can see the yearly funding of security forces in Lagos. So also is every other sector requiring Government attention.

That N30Billion monthly revenue is still very meagre for a cosmopolitan state like Lagos. She needs roughly N500B monthly to really compete with Mega cities of the world.

Religion has reduced people's mentality to the extent that they dance and roll to the wishes of Pastors.

I remember following my aunt to her church when I was young. Every single person the pastor laid his hand on fell to the ground. When it got to my turn, and with my little innocent heart I did not fall. He prayed harder, pushed me on the forehead, still I did not fall. How about the pollutions, how about the cow dungs, who will clean them up? Do I send my child to school to watch cows? Will they be able to play safely on the field with cows on their pitch? Is that practice what is obtainable else where? When will these Fulani herdsmen get civilised? Because of these cattle wahala, I had to concrete my environment cos their sight is disgusting.

Also imagine when cattle invaded an airport runway here in Nigeria. Airfrance could have had a major aviation disaster on our land if not that the pilot is very experienced. The bottom line here is moving cows around is bad. Very archaic and should be stopped.

You may be partially right... But when you are fighting a notorious enemy, you kill him both in body and spirit. That's what Nigerian Government did. The hunger starvation is the tactic they use in killing the biafrans.
