Thank you for your input. I was surprised how the man of God came about his claim. A very popular man of God for that matter.

I was listening to a very popular man of God from Nigeria, he mentioned that people that dream of flying are witches and Wizards initiates.

I went on to do more research on the subject. What I found is 99 percent of results that originated outside Nigeria, the western world in particular, gave a whole different meaning to the dream. Which has nothing to do with witchcraft but being longing for freedom above everyday life obstacles. While some even claimed to intentionally do it in lucid dreaming and they enjoy doing it.

What do you think of such dream?

NB. After creating the topic, a thought came to me that the fact Nairaland is a Nigerian site, most of the answers will not be different from the Nigerian pastors claim.

Jesus had a purpose and the purpose which he fulfilled. Marriage was not part of the purpose. The question you should ask yourself is,

what is your purpose?
Is your purpose to get married and be a householder?
Or is your purpose higher and greater than that of being a householder? If yes, why stain your higher purpose body with fornication? Why indulge in things that will reduce you to a lower animal? A higher purpose being does not get distracted by earthly things that were planted for distraction from the higher purpose. Not even marriage, or something as demeaning as mere sex, flings.

In the same dream but in another different scene, I was walking and from afar I saw the same person fall to the ground with even more injuries, people were close by where he fell but they looked and turned their back, I hurried to help him stand on his feet and cleaned his wounds again.
