Obviously this lady had her brains removed a long time ago. I mean, the entire time she couldn't get herself to stop and attempt to initiate thinking processes and see how wrong things have been going.

You're not currently working, and your husband that works (not earning enough money yet) is trying his best to recover from the wedding and all, and you're calling him irresponsible for not picking up part of the bills for another adult’s wedding.
AgricultureRe: FG To Kill Pests In 12 Northern States With N13bn by cassyrooy(m): 10:55pm On Jun 13, 2020
I wanted to skip to the next post after reading but I can't because the truth is glaring down on us.

This is simply vote buying against 2023, through the FG, Northern political elites are subscribing and enlisting their citizens to start chanting for northern presidency soon enough, and with their advantagous population and control of resources, it's the rest of Nigeria vs the entire northern states irrespective of what results this present administration scores when it ends in 2023.

This is not about One Nigeria, this is about creating a suction of the votes that will come from the north and directing it to wherever the want it go.

The mistakes of 2015 will take decades to correct.

Na we mess up.

Now we've breached the rule of submitting our ‘most preferred and probably strongest candidate’ late on in the race.

I support Egypt, not because of hate for this administration but because the procedure for these selections have to be respected, if we flout our own rules, we must learn to follow due processes when others are involved.

The Egyptians have gotten an advantage, and want to capitalize on it. Who go blame them?

Mine was surviving on dining food after blowing my one month supply in boarding school within just 11 days. I ran home hoping to get another one but was given just N100 to return back to school.

I had to fall back on the terrible dining food till visiting day. I was just waiting for dining bell to ring so I can have something to eat.
RomanceRe: Opinion: If You Really Want Your Ex To Know You've Moved On, Stop Doing This! by cassyrooy(m): 4:41pm On Jun 05, 2020
mhizgracie22:
"I'm better off without you", "I like the woman I'm becoming". Do these statements ring a bell? Many of us have come across quotes like this on WhatsApp, Facebook and so on. Whenever we see quotes like this, the first thing that comes to mind is that the individual who posted it, just got out of a relationship.

I find it funny that after a break up, most people try to prove that they're over their exes by posting motivational quotes like the ones above or memes aimed at making their exes feel uncomfortable. For example, a girl who just got out of a relationship with a stingy guy may constantly post memes condemning stingy guys on her WhatsApp status, hoping her ex will see it and feel bad. Or a girl who just got out of a relationship with a guy who constantly ignored her, may start posting motivational quotes like "Don't force yourself on anybody", "don't settle for less", "don't stay where you are not wanted" etc immediately after the breakup.

If you really want to give your ex the impression that you're over them, posting memes and motivational quotes is not the way. The best way to do that is to act like nothing happened, and that should also reflect in what you post on your WhatsApp status or anywhere else. Post normal stuff, don't post anything relating to breakups or relationships. When you constantly post motivational quotes after a breakup, it gives your ex the impression that you're still thinking about them and that you're still hurt. But when you act like nothing happened, it makes your ex wonder if they ever meant anything to you (I'm talking from experience).

You should also avoid making your ex feel that you hate them, scientists say that our pupils dilate when we see someone we love or someone we hate, so when you hate someone, they still have an effect on you physically, mentally and emotionally. It's better for your ex to think that you've forgotten about them than to think that you hate them. I've actually met a guy who was satisfied with the fact that his ex girlfriend still hated him, he said her hatred was proof that she was not over him yet. They later got back together but the bottom line is that when you harbour hatred for an ex, it means you're not over them completely.

You may never want to get back together with them, but they still have a strong effect on you and your mood, so try as much as possible to forget, not hate. Some people might hurt you so much that you can't even control your hatred for them, take all the time you need to heal from the pain, but don't make it obvious to them that you hate them, you don't have to put on a fake smile when you see them, just be civil, avoid sounding angry or bitter. *This is just my opinion, not a fact, do whatever you think is best for you*

Note: you should only do all this if you want to give your ex the impression that you've moved on, if you want to hash out the problems between you and your ex, there is no need to act like you don't care about them anymore but play it cool so you don't seem desperate. Also, if the issue that resulted in the breakup is a very serious one, it's better to discuss it and iron it out than to act like nothing happened.
I like this. Good write up.

queengift:
The worst mistake is marrying a vision less man, a man without focus in life,
A man that sees challenges as defeat or end of the road for him.
A man you can't trust or confide in.
A man that you can't lay your head on his shoulders during trials.
A man that is not intelligent
A man that lacks respect for women
A man that don't fear God
A man that's a homosexual.

Young ladies be careful when choosing your partner. Is a life time journey.
You should have created this thread.

All what you wrote are on point and legitimate. God go help you.
FamilyRe: The Biggest Mistake In Marriage Right Now For A Woman by cassyrooy(m): 11:08am On May 23, 2020
KingSatan:
As a man, a father and a grandfather. I have lived life to an extent and this is my view on this subject.

The previous thread was simple and concise, "Never marry a woman who has no means of income".

But that is the truth!

Gone are the days when people marry "Obiageri's" according to the Igbos.
Back then, things weren't this bad. Considering the family setting in those days, women had no other role than to cook, birth, raise children and clean the house.

So their parents prepare them for marriage, teach them how to cook, satisfy a man and raise children. They also spend alot of time grooming their hairs, taking care of their skin (Some parents send their children to fattening rooms) and waiting to get married.

When we got married, we married to keep them at home and show off to our friends. Only a few of us married because of love. Some of our partners were not our choice but our parents.

So when you marry, your wife and children should always reflect your wealth and networth. Most especially, YOUR WIFE.

I repeat, back then things were not this bad and everyone knew their roles.

But in today's world, so many things have changed.

Women should bring to the table as much as they expect from the man.

Raising children costs alot of money and shouldn't be the responsibility of the man alone.

So many marriages have crashed on the alter of poverty or "One stream of income".

We must learn to tell ourselves the truth always.

Back then, you don't spend so much to raise a child. If he or she wants to go to the community school or follow the white man's way of life, you send them as a punishment. But those humble and loyal sons, follow you to the farm and when they come of age, you give them farmlands and wives if possible. But that's not the case anymore.

Apart from formal education abroad, I also encouraged my children to learn sellable skills. One of my son is a fashion designer and that is what puts food on his table in the UK. His college degree only reflects on his call cards.

I told this to my children (Daughters inclusive) never to marry a man or woman who has no verifiable means of income.

Money is needed to run a home in the 21st century. Alot of money!

We no longer live in mud houses or drink from pots.

As for "Entitlement", I think every couple should have that mentality depending on the context.

The man is entitled to his wife's emotional commitment. She is his wife and this also applies to the man.

I am tired of typing.

To be truthful, i warned my son's against mingling with an average African woman. They simply don't want to know the truth. They hate the truth with Passion and that is why true feminism failed woefully here.

In the Diaspora, most men who want peace of mind avoid African women because of their "Entitlement Mentality" and how exploitative they are.

Many of these women don't work but enjoy proceeds of child support from numerous partners. You think it's a coincidence? No it not. It was deliberate.

They just want to seat at home, get fat, enlarge their butts and walk up and down the street like a pussy cat that resides in Buckingham Palace.

Should I talk about Nigeria, where you meet an average Nigerian lady and realise that;

1. She is a college graduate because a "Man" sponsored her in school (Both of them are no longer together as a couple).

2. She has a roof over her head because a "Man" made that available (She has no intention of marrying him).

3. She uses the best smartphone because a "Man" bought it for her (Just another random man).

4. She has clothes on her body because a "Man" gave her money for shopping (Obviously he is "One of those mugus"wink.

5. She has food on her table because so many men send her money.

This same woman has no other skill but sexual skills. The only thing she can offer is "Sexual Intercourse", "Birthing Children" and "Companionship" but she expects the man to "Mark her birthdays with a brand new Escalade", "Buy her parents a new house and train her younger ones in school". Is that not exploitation?

This same woman hates her mother inlaw because she sees her as her rival. Anyway, women have always hated themselves from time immemorial, don't get moved when you see them shout in solidarity, it's just for a few seconds.

When asked about their contribution in the relationship or Marriage, some will say "I birthed children for him". But that's your natural default woman!

Even if you sleep with a sexually active mad man, you will get pregnant and birth for him.

Some will even say, "I satisfy him sexually. I gave him my body and soul". But that is same thing you did with your numerous ex lovers.

According to Pastor Sam Adeyemi, he said "If a woman does not help her husband financially, then how else does she want to help him".

In this age and time, it takes two adults who have a verifiable means of income to build a healthy family.

Cheers!

No government facilities should be ignored at this point.

I did my registration at their HQ in Abuja in 2013, my friends mom did in 2014 and got it like 6 months later.

I visited them in 2015 and they assured me that I'll get the card but never stated when.

November 2018, I received a text message from NIMC to come pick it up.

I've since picked it up, but it took 5years and some months.

My advice to anyone who needs a valid means of identification, just do passport, although, those immigration guys will still collect something to speed up everything within 1month.

I collected it in 2015 and they expect me to pay 3k to renew it.

The good thing about it is, instead of writing year 2020 as the expiry date, they put "OCT/20". So to me, I've made the expiry year whatever I want it to be. It can be year 2090 sef for all I care.

3.1-5m middle class.

5.1-9.9m for middle upper class.

10-40m rich.

41-100m very rich.

The Outer Northern Expressway(ONEx) (AYA-Kubwa-Zuba), Nnamdi Azikiwe Expressway connecting onto the ONEx and Umar Musa Yar'Adua Expressway (Giri-Airport Road-Stadium) and over the NAEx, and Zuba-Gwagwalada-Lokoja Expressway have markings in Abuja, but ONEx paintings are always renewed almost annually.

The paintings on Zuba-Lokoja well ends on the Abaji boundary of the FCT.

Let's just presume that road painting is seen as a waste over here.

THE JOURNEY OF MAN

On my journey to conquer the world
i can't wait to hit the road
its a long way down there
So many Obstacles waiting out there

i'm having the least of opportunities
but i venture into the world of possibilities
Carrying on so much responsibilities
and partaking in every available activities

i'm leaving behind my past
if i don't want to come last
then i focus on my future
and begin this life adventure

i've spent so much time thinking
every now and then believing
life is all about surviving
but there is more to it than surviving

I'm having a great enthusiasm
and i'm full of optimism
My emotions are buried deep down
and my goal is not letting myself down
Yet another junk, but with great potentials.

You keep rhyming words but the ideas you're trying to write about just never comes out.

You have to realize that poetry isn't the simplest form of writing, in fact, it can be the hardest depending on your skill set.

Take your time, focus, be calm and see how best your can develop your works to be much more better.

This isn't near beautiful at all.

IF I HAD THE CHANCE

if i had the chance
i'd change the world in glance
and most people will be in trance
cos everywhere is gonna look like france

if i had the opportunity
i'll turn my estate into a big city
people will come study there like a university
and within will be a free facility

if i had the brain
i'll discover the cure for pain
such that people won't need surgery for a sprain
and let not people suffer in vain

if i had the power
in my community,i'd be like a tower
and be a tower of strength for those that are lower
to bring about a period that allows youth to flower.
To be frank, those lines that ended with ‘trance’ and ‘France’ isn't good enough.

When writing, you want to do something surreal, something that can live in people's mind beyond the letters and pages of your work.

Like I've said, unknot your ideas gradually, it doesn't matter if they're in longer stanzas. In fact, stop looking at the numbers of lines that you write, just write.

But be clear enough and avoid trying to rhyming words that may not show actual reality.
