Daeylar: Really?, most of the regrets I saw was about not going out and living life. Hiding inside rooms and going from class to home and back.
That's what I saw most people regret. You're correct, but the sex part is still visible on almost every page of this thread. I don't think not going out to live life should be a regret, because our malleability shouldn't be a thing we cultivate just in college, it's a lifelong trait. |

MissJoy29: Lol....I trust you will deliver well. You no dey carry last. Why will you have regrets after school when you are already doing practically everything a lot of us regretted not doing while in school? All the social activities, being more active, dabbling into politics, taking care of our Spirit man & above all, excelling in our fields. I believe I go for some of the things I find interesting and that they're really worth going after. Thumbs up hun! Continue in this strength and even more. Your expectations in school and after school shan't be cut off. Amen. Thanks. |

Kinjikitile: Too many on my list ,, I regret my low grades in my first year, I started with a low grade (3.8 out of a 7.0 grading system) but I worked my way up, while ignoring those who chant “grade doesn't matter”. Even if it won't matter, I just like for myself to not feel useless tomorrow after finishing with a poor grade. I regret using my school fees for mmm ponzi Lol! I lost my school fees and accommodation money to that fraud, God saved me o. regret not fucking one friend of mine , despite undressing her ... My ex-girlfriend, a few weeks before resuming for my freshman year, we got to that level but didn't complete it, that also, I don't have regrets for. |

MissJoy29: I regret:
*not taking my studies seriously enough.
*the abysmal grade I had.
*attending the school I did.
*not learning a skill then.
*being too young, inexperienced & naive to recognise the all round potentials in those two student doctors who adored me to high Heavens. Now they are both married and doing well. And to think a roommate to one of them warned me about this regret.
*not making enough friends. Not socialising enough. I had a boring & routine lifestyle. It's affecting me now because I still lead a boring, routine/triangular lifestyle. Even till today, I have not seen the insides of a club (it's still in my social bucket list though).
*the costly mistakes I made in final year .
CC: Cassyrooy, sirBLUNT I've not come to regret anything in my life, so University of Ibadan is not special or different. Currently, I'm about to enter my finals in UI and so, I've had experiences that cut across personal life, politics, religion and a few others. I don't regret playing and watching football while in school. I don't regret being the crazy guy amongst other friends and roommates. I sabi curse and yab people. I don't regret coaching my department female team, currently, I'm quite enjoying the fact that I help these ladies to become stronger individuals tomorrow. I'm also a mentor to a few guys. I don't regret running for all the elective positions that I've held so far, and I don't regret resigning when the spirit of service to humanity can no longer be felt by me. I don't regret the fact that the only girl I've had anything to do with in my 200l, I didn't end up having sex with her. I've grown to be social (despite being introverted and conservative). I stay on campus but no dull moment with me unless our spirits fail to flow in one accord. I've had my own share of fun, I can watch two (2) Indian movies a night before an 8AM exam, and I'm on a 2:1. I'm also a music guy. I've had a few business ideas, tried blogging and forex trading but didn't work out. Tried Fiverr too but the place seemed comatose. I'm strongly planning my own start up immediately after NYSC. Above all, I'm very pleased with myself that I found a God who's faithful and reliable.I think the very reason I've managed to be free from having regrets is because I avoided negative peer influence and pressure. Above all, I listen to my heart and conscience when I need to and my brain whenever there's a need to. Modified: 13/2/2024 I've come to see that this part in BOLD is a big hoax. It's all politics and colonisation and cultural erasure. |

Anyway, I have done my part. I leave the rest for God.
CC: Carlos.thejackal, CassyRooy, sirB.LUNT, God bless you. Couldn't vote because of the strike that made collection of PVC impossible. Whichever way goes the results of this election, God will work wonders in Nigeria. |

Christianity Etc › Re: If Hell Truly Exists, Then God Is Not Only Evil, He's Also Incompetent by cassyrooy(m): 11:50pm On Jan 09, 2019 |
XxSabrinaxX: This is my first thread on NL. I've noticed how passionate people on these religion forums are when matters like these are brought. So i just felt like i should try my hand at debating on NL.
Hell is a horrible idea. If God truly thinks that our “freewill” based on a limited time on earth means most of us have to live in a “hell” forever, then yes, he’s evil, and terribly insane. However, i also want to add that if hell actually exists, then the cold truth is that ultimately, most of the human race is going there. Some Christians like to downplay this. It’s an undeniable fact if we applied Christian theology, there's really no debate. This not only makes God evil, but portrays Satan as a smarter, more efficient presence amongst man, resulting in Satan winning his purpose over Jesus. Jesus came to earth to save mankind. Judging by the kind of lives we live, i think its safe to say that God has been highly incompetent in making man see the truth. Hi Sabrina, would you like a private session with me to discuss these over a long conversation? |

I did a search for mine on their site to see if itz ready and I was told no result found for my search that mine is probably not ready and should check again tomorrow or later. Lol.
I don't really know the implication of the result though.
Well, I am hopeful bro. I enrolled on September 2013, while my guys did in March or so. Leave their website abegi na nonsense be that, after I got their text notifying me of my card awaiting collection, I logged on to their site to know further details but I still received the details not found message. It took 5yrs and 3months to give me my own, hope yours wouldn't exceed similar duration. |
