IbokUtoroh:Do you honestly know a few of the terrible statements credited to Kanu? Statements that actually call for war and killing of innocents that called "animals that reside in the so called zoogeria" in his own words? And before you go all "baboon and blood pronouncements of some uninformed northerners" on me, pray tell, how has the BH end product fared with Nigerians and before the international community? Are you aware that some IPODs wrote the British embassy alleging "unlawful" detention of Kanu and asking the UK to wade in to free him? Can you care to educate the readers on this forum what the reaction of the British government is to the alleged "unlawful" detention? These agitators are going on all about this the wrong way. |
ARKdiscloser7:Radio Biafra 2 weeks ago peddled the falsities that the bail conditions for Kanu was met but that the DSS failed to release him. That didn't really work. Now some MASSOB no-gooders are pronouncing him dead just so to make him an undeserved martyr, when even peeps as deservedly of martyrdom as Ken Saro Wiwa et al are have not been tagged with such, though we know in our minds they are heroes. While the news may be false which I sincerely hope it is, attempts to make some uninformed "obsessionists" fall in the trap of war will not really work. Kanu must be alive to either be declared guilty or acquitted as he justly deserves. By the way, what d'you make of the attached picture in the light of your rather prejudicial pronouncement above?

yyeanqah: Okay. Etisalat jingle. Lol. |
EgunMogaji:Slurred speech maybe or Nasal voice/phonation. |
adesegun121:Haba! Wetin na? Take am easy jhoor! |
The name of the Judge is Àkànbí. But I have been looking out for any comments that scream "witch-hunt" from the Yollobers, I haven't seen any such comments. Rather most comments have been inundated with the "if he does the crime, then he should pay the time" ideology. These Yollobers and ofe mmanu are not serious at all. Why allow a cattle header and pedophile to just end the career of an important son of yours even if he is guilty as charged? I wonder if this thread will have been blazing red hot with hate speeches like zoo-geria, "we want b***ra", "conspiracy against our son" and wails of "wizard-hunting" if the judge's name was Nnamdi Kanu. Just an observation. |
nairalandernew:Go to blazes. As long as you think it's only android users that visit Nairaland, you aren't yet serious. Where is the app for windows phone platform and iOS platform? Mstsheeeeew! Faster ko, harder ni! |
waistaa:Kill kè? Little surprise. You be original Ìbàdàn babe for real ![]() |
theshield: See this man o. So you expect CNN, BBC et al to scramble for reportage of a case of NTD and anencephaly that even a 200 level Medicine, anatomy and other basic science students can rattle off hand. You too can gain some knowledge my friend, by funding more about the case in your leisure time. Know the common and remote causes, dietary causes (deficiency of essential minerals/vitamins) included and then you too can lecture the women to take steps that will prevent such from happening. |
oluwaSmith1:Fixed. Dokpesi should not bother thanking me. |
Bookiemart01:Sorry but I think that NIPOST tracking thingny is crappy at best. I have had a good arrived Nigeria since 11th of this month according to international tracking and unusually remained undelivered to me till date. Tracking on NIPOST website ended up with nothing. NIPOST usually call me and of course I end up dropping a token of between 100 naira to 200 naira depending on the weight of the goods. Though I have a feeling that may be illegal but I look at it from the viewpoint of compensating 'em for the phone calls alerting me of my parcel with 'em. The alternative is to own a one time P.O.Box subscription with 'em at just 900 naira per annum but in that case, I'm not sure I will get those timely phone calls to come for pick up. I have had like 4 non-contraband items undelivered this year and while international tracking confirms the items as delivered to Nigeria, NIPOST local tracking talks shyte, nothing comes up. I always open dispute for refunds which I get from the sellers. Have I been tracking using the correct NIPOST url? That I am not sure of. But you can help point out if I'm the one tracking on NIPOST wrongly; here is the url I use: http://www.nipost.gov.ng/TrackAndConfirm.aspx Thank you. |
hassrash:Hi. How much to get these with original customs licences and registration from Cotonou? 02 Benz C230 05 Lexus is250 04 Toyota avensis saloon. 06 Acura TL Thanks. |
Mariesio:National bank, Oceanic bank and Societe Generale bank. Thank me later. ![]() |
chilez:Mind you, that number gulps credit like mad o. 124 seconds on glo to that number and I was charged 170 naira. Thankfully the CustoCare agent called me back as the were already aware of the reason I was calling and that we hadn't finished conversation before the connection went dead. Ecobank, noticing an unusual/multiples of online transaction traffic on my card (I prepared the card for the 11/11 deals on Aliexpress cos of cheaper rate compared to GTB) had gone ahead to disable the card for international transactions after about nine of such was done. I guess it must have flown a red flag on their system. I had to use GTB card to complete the rest of my transactions. The following day, Ecobank Custocare called to inform me they had disabled the card for security reasons and I needed to verify that I authorised those transactions before they will re-enable it for such. This will entail physically visiting their branches and answer some questions over the counter after which I will have to call the CustoCare to re-enable. |
popless:Ecobank charged me NGN218 to the dollar throughout the 24hrs of the 11/11 deals on Aliexpress. GTB, as always, charged NGN220 to the dollar. |
bobo65:What I meant is that I experience loading issues and other annoying bugs with BBM only out of the few apps that I use. |
honourableseyi:Not done that but I will so love to use Naira on that portal most especially if it's cheaper at the end of the day. |
abbeyforex:The solution I had to them wasting my call credit when put on hold is to visit any GTB banking hall, not to see the CustoCare, but to use their internet phone which they usually place on the counter for any customer to call the head office Custocare agent. Cheaper and well, you will have the chance of being listened to in detail cos they are aware the call is made from their own network. Note that the downside of this is longer waiting time on hold before you are patched thru to an agent. This is cos other customers who call with their personal phones and call credits are apparently considered first and patched thru before those that use GTB internet phone - average of 7 minutes vs 15 minutes respectively. |
bobo65:Save for the BBM which takes seconds to launch - which of course is network dependent, I haven't really experienced |
sammautin: 2002 Benz C230 2005 Lexus is250 2004 Toyota avensis saloon. 2006 Acura TL Sorry for the repetition but can you re-confirm and re-emphasize the quotations you gave as valid and reconcilable (with full and original customs documents of course. Thank you once again. |
rickkychidex111:Lol. |
rickkychidex111:Super rich civil servants and politicians now selling properties off before the long fingers of the law scratch their butts. |
jacoik:Lol. After that na to just pray make NEPA comot light for just a second, I don vamooze comot the place. E go be like Ninja dust things. |
speedyGonzales:Sicko! |
Fhemmmy:Okay. Buying from the store and sending to me could be okay if that will be more economical than the initial option. What are the processes for going along with this option? Thru which means and how much will it now cost to have it sent to me? |
erekoshe:Oh, I get it now. There is a new definition for patriotism....Erekoshe's dictionary of new definitions 2015. |
IsraeliAIRFORCE:Even if he did which I am sure he did not, different times call for different measures. If it is not broken, do not fix or replace it. However it was seriously broken and decrepit under GEJ hence the need for a workable replacement. |
texazzpete:Chai!!! Knockout punch. It simply confirms the wise saying: Watch your utterances and do not lie today, for as vomitus that you cannot regurgitate, those words will definitely find you out tommorrow. |
erekoshe:He doesn't need to be paid or jobless to exhibit patriotism and to have enthusiasm for a better Nigeria. The driving force for him are the gains of a better country and better future for his oncoming generations which to him definitely outweighs the temporal gains of being paid millions for PR. Simple. |
zeestunner:Oh so you did not hear what they said when MTN was sanctioned? They be like "GEJ is a serious gentleman that will not want to do anything that would make a thriving business like MTN go down. He will rather Nigerians suffer the consequences of corporate crimes than give sanctions that will discourage foreign investors''. And by the time they read that Bloomberg said that the sanctions are in bad blood, oohhhh, all hell was let lose and they be like "We told you so". Now when MTN agrees to pay the fine and they see services getting better for the majority of Nigerians, they be like: "It was PDP that first initiated the idea to sanction MTN for corporate crimes against Nigerians" ![]() |
