I have wondered why is it that people shy away from post paid services even when the advantages far outweigh the pre paid services? I have been on Post paid since march '08 and it's been awesome. Imagine you never find yourself in a situation of trying to load a card to no end, or getting cut off on a call because of low credit? Is it just plain ignorance or something else? |
Come on guys? Where are my Change managent colleagues ![]() |
Come on guys, which set back are we talking about here? The man was shown on National TV last night with the PDP national chair, grinning from ear to ear as he welcomed one of the 'founding fathers' back to the big Umbrella. Both him and the state gov. Theodore Orji had left PPA completely battered. Never put your stake on Politicians ooo. They can dump even their own shadow whenever it is convenient |
Spain was arguably expected to pick up the Rimet trophy right before the kick off, alongside Brazil, Argentina and England. Those were called the book makers favourites. Germany wasn't even in the mix because captain Ballack was out and the team has a lot of young untesetd talents. Spain started on the wrong note by losing to an unfancied team from the other end of the earth! Spain henceforth sarted grinding out wins, albeit without their massive attacking interplay usually championed by the Barca maestros; Xavi/Iniesta. All these combined to make people think that the Iberians might not make it afterall to the finals. Enter the semi finals fixture of Spain vs Germany. The nay sayers heralded the sinking of the Armada given the massively impressive run of the young german machines. The Spaniards, encouraged by their 2008 Euro finals win against the same opponent, took up the gauntlet and fought for their lives, and for the very first time in the tournament, the German machines could not start, just a moment from an on-fire Villa was all it took to reassure the unbelievers that the Armada is still well afloat and indeed cruising to the finals. Once in the finals, everybody knew that if there is anywhere the Oranje gang knows to capitulate, its in the very final of world tournaments, as they have previously done in two occassions! Spain took them on and attacked them with tenacity, inspite of their rough dealings, and Howard Webb's refusal to send some of them back into the dug out early on, finally subdued them with a perfect combination of Barcelona/Arsenal brand of tip tap epitomised in Iniesta/Fabregas. The rest they say, is history. [Yes they deserve it and they are the WORLD CHAMPIONS! VIVA LA FURIA ROJA |

Guys, you can complain all you want. Sharp investors are just moving their cards and taking their profit cuts. Anyway, I used to love the days of V-mobile with their red and white branding. Well let Bharti come to town, more jobs for my guys in Brand/Marketing . I don't think i like that name as a brand, though. |
Firstly to my elder brother and 'dad', POLY, for drilling me into the education path, funding same and making sure i master LACOMBE's (do todays' kids still study this?) with cane and plenty of tears! thus giving me a sure foundation in the science world To a 'Prophet' who told me as a kid that i am going to be a great man (it stuck in that my young mind) ![]() To JAMB for keeping me out of the University for four years till i reached maturity(curious, aight?) To my Pastor during University days, Mark Chuks for building a sense of purpose in me, and for showing me that if you want to get high, it'd rather be with the 'Most High' To Quemps who showed me how to click the mouse back in UNI and made me took a turn for a career in IT. To Mr Majik who funded my first hardware training course and also gave me the fund to personally clone a system and fire up my dreams.( Am still searching for this guy to bless him) To my sweet heart who like the 'prophet', saw the greatness in me, and accepted my proposal while we were still 'bloody' NYSC members.( now, she's having a ball) To Bridget who encouraged me to boldly demand from the HR head, as a fresh graduate trainee, the particular department i wanted to work in (even when every other person was just happy for landing the job) and thus fulfilling my career potentials. To my MUM for continually getting my back when i was growing up ( she's just holidaying with me, enjoying the fruit of her labour) and, To the greatest influence of my life, My Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, for coming that i might have life, and live in abundance! |
infotechg:I'll advise that you pitch in with the core networks environment. In Nigeria's job space today, nobody cares what you read mostly as a fresher because most folks have piles of degrees and certifications without a day of hands on experience to boot. I've had some of my superiors head diff. units at diff. times. You will find all your diverse knowldge base come to bear as you move on in the job, but never while you sit at home. Once you get started, you never can tell where you'll end up. The most important thing is to break Inertia. |
Meeeeeeeeen! I've read tons in this my little life and it seems as if i've not even started. From reading almost all the James Hardley Chase titles in secondary school, i graduated to non-fiction; Spirituals, Motivationals, Positive Psychology, Autobiography/Biographies. I've read mostly from these authors Hardley Chase Napoleon Hill David Schwartz Dale Carnegie John Maxwell Jim Ron Robert Kiyosaki Jack Welch Donald Trump Norman V Pearle Two titles from these authors; Power of Psitive thinking(pearle) and 7 strategies for wealth and happiness(Ron) made massive impact in my life, infact my life got a real quantum leap after applying those principles they espouse. Thats off course after the master of all books, THE BIBLE! |
I hope GJ should also go ahead and ban students from going to school for 2years so he can sort out the rot in the education system? Oh, what about going black out on electricity for two years untill we are guaranteed of the long promised 4,000MW. When you have have people that are professional politicians that eat from the public till as advisers, thats the kind of dumb decisions you come up with. Sorry presido, you goofed big time on this. Even Abacha will be regretting his '96 madness in the grave |
Now, i am fully convinced that this stuff ain't for part time players like moi. Never have time to make the needed changes. Still have some palyers that have left SA in my team. ![]() |
I said it early on that i'll like to see SPAIN-HOLLAND FINALE Well done to da ORANJE GANG |
PapaBrowne:I hope our smart reporter has not goofed in his usage of SPM here o! Check this out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scanning_probe_microscopy Anyways, Big ups to Fola and his team, once the cable is terminated here, finishing the local ends will be a smaller task. Now its going to be a race between them and GLO on who's going to roll out first! On your marks. . . |
Yeah, that was the frenchies option that landed them their first ever mundial. But you also have to take note that none of these players, both the Frenchies and the Germans 'bought' these players as they do in Athletics. They are all home grown talents! Maybe one day, we too will have Europeans that grow up here proudly don our shirts in competitions. dreams, aight ![]() |
yeah brou, goal.com had set up an inquisition into that NIKE goof! |
Hey Mr. I have done what you have just done before but I did not have the gut post it on the internet after it all passed. What am I saying here. This is all your imaginations, none of this ever happened. You just posted what you have been 'dreaming' of. Day dreamers do that often. The fact is still you are still a broke-@$$ unemployed graduate who is dreaming of getting an $8000 job at an oil company and then head to Ibadan to propose to his galfrend who has been doing shakara for him and if the girl still do the shakara, he will toss his 180k ring and go to a nearby hotel and have a good day. WAKE UP BRO! If you dont, you will start believing its true!
U're a one baaaaaaaaaaaad brou. ![]() Maybe his dream might just come through, though. |
Ibime:U sure roll, brou. But how do these guys do it really? checked out global standing and dudes are already 400+ points. Always hitting over a 100pts each round. Meeeeeen! This fantasy football must truely be some folks full time job |
When will these bunch of over paid Queen's army lock up their 'balls' in the right place and learn how to kick balls!!! See how the adulterous bunch messed up my team! chopping a whoping 4 Well done Nazis. Podolski and Neuer. |
tkb417:Easy now brou, u can always excuse their stupidity. But for real if you come face to face with these uniformed robbers, you might be forced to think the unthinkables! My office driver had actually carried one like that, that wanted to take him to their office and while on their way, he told him (Lastma official) that he(the driver) is actually looking for a human being for rituals and he has got a catch! See pleading and entreatments inside the car, the driver no buldge, zoomed off with the idiot until he got to God knows where, after making sure that the guys heart was already jumping out of his rib cage, decided to let out the mole! It is their greed to make quick money that makes them jump inside people's car without thinking twice. But for me the rule of thumb is to lock doors immediately i engage my gear. No bagger can barge into my car anyhow. ![]() |
Going back to the drawing board!!
I just hope your drawing board is not that type NFF uses ![]() Wow! $145m plus extra $10m i got through my shrewd business dealings through the rounds ![]() Watch out for the GALACTICOS! as we enter R4!!! Let the game roll ![]() |
I bought Heinze and he didnt even play!! What the fucccck is wrong with this nucca!
Brou, it's funny on cases like that, see Maradonna dropping most top guns in their final match yday.Folks with Tevev won't get nada on points too! .At least now with R4, every team must field their best, make it easier. |
Wow! Its unlimited transfer window 4d 4th Round!!! Spending spree!!! Let's go shopping ![]() |
tomidayspring:So i also thought bro, untill his daily Editor opened up a can of worms on how the guy had been enmeshed in bribery/corruption with thieving politicians( the same people he makes us believe are in the devil's 1st eleven). Instead of him to refute the aligations or otherwise, he resigned and ran away (with all his loot, of course). Forget all these columnists, some of them are worse than the politicians they villify daily/weekly. ![]() |
AjanleKoko:Wow! see AJ dey reel out world cup history like a sports journalist. ![]() Truth is that African teams relax too easily on games they should wrap up with determined consistency, watch out how they squander a goal lead, a la Nigeria, Cote D'Ivoire et al. OR how they become too sissy in front of goals. You don't win a match because you scored first!!! It's a 90mins duel and any lack of concentration for a min can get you prepped up for SUYA! I also observed in this year's world cup that the hitherto back-water footballing nations have really caught up with the big boys and it now boils down to who's got the right fire inside, to do the extra. No more sure banker winners!!! Even the only two teams that had won 2 games in a trot, Argentina and Brazil all had question marks. FIFA declared Argies goal against us wasn't supposed to stand, while Fabiano gifted D Samba boys a 'hand of God' 2nd goal. I won't be surprised if 2 un fancied teams from either Asia or S. America get to the semis. Africa could have been there, but they lost the drive, sorry mates! ![]() |
^^^ U got mail. |
tkb417:come on man! u were supposed to be my coach! Be strong and fear not. its a long distance race. Its just that most of the highly rated players are just fumbling like pack of cards. |
Ibime:Brov, i got no point 4m goal keeper, no thanks to Buffon's injury! the subs are all 1pt keepers with permanent residence on the bench. I had to buy ceasar for R3 sha. Pique is my last man to play tonight. Mbulela is in Arsenal mode, u know early to school no mean say student dey bright nah? me and am don tie for points for now. |
It still beats me why supposed Elder statesmen of the footie game chose to act moronic on the world stage ![]() I made u my captain but now u're going to rot on the damn bench! You suck KAKA, u suck!! ![]() |
Wow, it looks like I've been out of here for ages. Chief Ajanlekoko, what's up in the telcos? Any serious improvement coming in the area of QoS? That reminds me, we've not heard much about your Trans atlantic fibre trunk that was supposed to make us enjoy internet like the Silicon Valley residents ![]() Or those adverts was just another stunt by Chief to gain more subscribers? saviola24:Bros, congrats for making it out of the jungle in one piece! The future is surely bright for you. There was an opening lately but it was for ONDs/HNDs. Just keep your fingers crossed and keep networking with people in your career path, it won't be long. |
v3:Guy, the transfer market is wide open right now, you can start off loading your non-performing pensioners right away. This KIA Sorento is still up for grabs oo. The season is still young to turn things around. ![]() |
v3:I think the transfer window is closed for now, just watch out, once its open, try to offload high value players with equally good performing lower value players to reduce the bill. Now, am beginning to think that Milito must have refused to marry Maradonna's daughter, or how come the guy is never good enough for a starting line up ![]() Even Deco is now a big doubt for the next match! There must be a way to beat this FIFA ooo. Chamotex and Pharoah where una dey? |
v3:@V3 Bros eh, i hope FIFA won't publish names of deptors like Sanusi's CBN ooo. U'll surely be on the top that list bro ![]() Nothing do you jare. Keep splashing da damn cash ![]() |
