Check out New Horizons if u are in Lagos, they are located on the street (can't rem d name) opposite computer village (awolowo rd) Ikeja. hope they can help. |
Radiant:You sure radiated sense here, girl. Police should do a thorough investigation on this issue. toideve:At least it didn't come from my mouth. The coincidence is getting too much for my liking! |
whoa! whoa!! whoa!!! What a day it was! You know i already pre-planned to take sweety wife to the movies to see 'Valentine's day' but the the issue was how to take care of our princess. So i was still trying to figure out if it was going to be a family affair of which my sweety was disposed to when she announced to me that her sister will be willing to take care of the tot. You could imagine my joy! Now, Enter church in the morning, listened to inspiring messages from my pastor only for him to gleefully announce at the end of the service that he did not believe in Valentine's day. Trust my wife and i on that, we just glanced at each other (meaning, Pastor, you are OYO. period). You could imagine the disappointment on the faces of the folks who had a touch of red n white in their attires. Church done, we got back home, well fed and rested, we set sail to the GDC at d Palms!. Picked up some chocolate/creams/ popcorn/drinks and settled down for 5:30pm slot of the absolutely hilarious romantic movie 'VALENTINE's DAY'. You don't wanna know the rest of the gist, do ya? It was soooooooo worth it ! Whether you believe in d day or not, Love is too special not to be celebrated folks! |
There's this bunch of auto mechanics that host a daily show on Radio continental 102.3FM in Lagos by 8.30am mondays to fridays. You can tune in and ask them for solution, they will willingly tell you spot on, what you ought to do. It's an enriching program for auto owners/users alike. Personally, i've learnt a lot tips listening to them. Cheers. |
Hey guys, I was just wondering if Y'ardua has ever heard a single news item about what is happening whether in Nigeria or globally since he left the country. I strongly believe that his minders only keeps telling him that Nigerians are praying for him and will want him to come back 'whenever' he is fully fit. You know how it is, a man of such degree of sickness needs to be kept as far away from a distressing news as possible. Even in the audio clip BBC aired, the only issue the man commented on is the Super eagles ANC campaign, which is apparently the last news he heard when he was 'alive'. |
Well, even Lagos state govt. that is making judicious use of their IGR has not issued such directive. Owerri/Imo dwellers, how deep has this guy impacted on the polity so far for him to give such ultimatum, can he be trusted? BTW, what of Parents/Guardians resident outside Imo state, are they involved too ![]() |
Hey guys, You don't need to go as far as BBC to hear the president! I was just listening to Mitchel Obi's sports program on Raypower radio this morning and he actually played the audio and you can't believe this, I heard The President Umaru Y'adua thanking all Nigerians for their prayers and that he will soon return to the fatherland, he even wished the Super Eagles success in the nations cup! (i guess he will watch the match 2nite)THE MAN IS ALIVE! Praise God! But why did PDP allow us go through this tortuous route, why |

I stopped believing suspect's confessional reports as given by the police after the Fryo/Bola Ige case. Nigerian police has a way of writing statements and forcing people to sign in order to cover their investigative incompetence or to do the bidding of their politician masters. Believe me folks, the arguments here may actually be off course because the frame of reference in itself cannot be trusted. My own take on this is; 1. The guy is not telling us the truth where/how he got the bomb 2. The guy is not telling the truth on his mission 3. There may be accomplices and more of the bombs somewhere 4. If actually his target is CE, mainland, he could have taken the bomb back after he failed to get entry 5. The target is actually a staffer in Super screen Unfortunately folks, we may never get to know the truth in this case because this is not LAPD, it is the Nigerian police (We know how they have been unraveling the high profile murders in the country ever since) |
Hello Siena and other Auto medics. Happy New year y'all. Please my car is too close to the ground, each time i pass through a bumpy road or speed breakers, as is common in most Lagos roads, the under belly keeps screeching on the road and am not enjoying it at all, I want to know if it will affect the car negatively on the long run. The shocks are in top shape but folks are advising me to 'raise it' (whatever that means). Please is it advisable to raise it, and what's the best way to go about it. Car is camry '99. Keep the suggestions flowing guys. |
For real. Somebody should tell me exactly 'Where is my President?' |
Now folks, its easy to dismiss what this young man had done as being personally motivated and not an off shoot from his Islamic tutored convictions but i beg to differ. I had an experience that shook me to the very foundation about how impressionable minds of young primary school kids are being fed with such demonic views and ideas by public schools of all places. The year was 2005, and i was posted to the far away Gombe state for my NYSC, being my first time ever in such an environment, i was really careful to observe first hand, the culture and social life of an average Northern Muslim, having being acquainted well enough with their southern stock. Alas, on this beautiful harmatan day, i was shocked to see a multitude of primary school pupils in what seemed like an all school rally in the Gombe state capital, lined up school by school, each school with its co-ordinator, possibly a teacher leading them on. On the average, there must have been about 30 to 40 different schools represented in that rally. Now, the shocker is that these young minds who can barely write their father's names, while chanting whatever i can't understand in Hausa/Arabic, were carrying banners and placards boldly written on them with hate words against America and Isreal. Mostly written in Arabic, the few written in English reads stuff like, 'We hate America', We hate Isreal', 'American civilization is Evil' I know some one will come up to defend this subtle brain-washing of those innocent minds towards hatred of people they know nothing about but believe me, those kids were already being prepared to toe the line of Mr Umar muttallab. |
Hey guys, seems like am a late comer to the forum (after 1 whole year), but then its better late than never. I am in one of the banks (IT dept) running the IT service management Its really fun when you know your onions because those guys can actually run you down if they feel u're missing some of your Cisco commands. ![]() We'll get to yarn more folks, seeing this is a place where one can actually relate with fellow professionals on this our Naija Forum. Enjoy the Christmas y'all, and remember, "He came that you might have life in abundance" Don't let the sack fever put you down |
AjanleKoko: ![]() My man, you are not far from the truth. Once you are working in this country, all extended family, cousins, et al will begin to draw up their annual budget on your income. Infact av not spoken with one of my nieces for over 6 mths because of an issue like this. She keeps asking for money and recharge cards all the time but she will never call to say 'thank you' after loading the card. Can you imagine i'll have to call again to confirm she had loaded the card? Its not funny, man |
Oga Dipo, Your rep just delivered the stuff and we put it to work immediately to confirm. Hoping that it will continue to deliver for longer time. happy continous sales |
Hey Guys, It's very familiar to see car wash operators flooding your car floor carpet/rugs with soapy water in a bid to give it a clean wash. A close look at the car owner's manual shows a clear warning never to use water as the humidity created thereafter can speed up rusting process on the metal parts or can even affect some sensors hidden in the over lay. Apart from using vacuum cleaners to suck up debris, what other available stuff is available to remove stains and sticky dirts. Please suggested item must be available in Lagos shops oo |
dipotepede:I don't get this bro, I've just been calling right now and you are not picking. Don't call after i've spent the cash on Hampers oo ![]() |
Hello Dipo, My line seems more open than yours. I need your vacuum cleaner ASAP. buzz me thanks. |

Ah ah Emperoh, What do you mean 'sanya express' ![]() Is there a field there? u want a learner to start on the express? Me too am thinking of where to teach my wifey how to pedal. Was thinking of using UNILAG field but not sure if they will allow me. More ideas, guys. |
Oga Jenju, Kindly help me run a full report on this VIN: JT2BG22K610558573 |
stanloski:You are just spot on, bro. It beats me hollow how these telecom For a lay man, the way a broadband carries packets can be likened to a 20-lane express way, imagine the number of lorries, cars, bikes, et all that can be moving freely, and at top speed compared to a 2-lane express way(dial up and OTA). That is why you can do heavy voice, data, video, seamlessly at the same time over broadband. What our guys do is just like patching up the pot holes on the 2-lane express, painting them black and white and then, invite the journalists to say they have built a 20-lane road Typical of our politicians, u may say.Apart from criticizing government, our journalists need to read and acquaint themselves with relevant information regarding the beats they cover inorder to safe guard the consumers from these excessive-profit driven capitalists. By the way, i heard there is an agency called Consumer Protection Agency. Are they dead, or just plain dumb like their pen pushing brothers They should stop these guys from reaping where they did not sow.I repeat, no single company in Nigeria today, uses Broadband! Its all LIES, LIES and LIES. |
@OP Just like the name implies, Share point is a component of the MS office suite of which the familiar MS word and Excel are all part of, that allows you to upload files that you wish to share with the public over the intranet (available only to systems connected on the company's domain). We call it the intranet Facebook/social site. Socially friendly companies install it on their intranet for staff to share documents, pictures, et al in order to discourage the use of FB, my space, etc. Especially if internet is restricted dueing working hours. There is really nothing too hard on it once the MS Exchange server (the backend platform that supports the application) is installed/configured by the Network administrators. Since you are probably familiar with other social network sites, you will find your way around. |
You can also install PDF complete. Each time you open any Ms Office document, you will see the icon on the tool bar 'convert to pdf', once you click on it, it will convert the doc. |
Oga moderator, can we have the VIN report, please? |
