Googledotcom: The rate at which people are selling their properties is so alarming, I don't think poverty is the cause but the japa syndrome at play. The economy is sinking And people's standard of living is dropping by the Day. That is a poverty trend. Years back, someone earning 200k a month could buy a new fridge, New Gen and still have enough to feed the family with that month's income. Now, that salary can't even buy an average Gen And feeding Will easily take More than half of that pay. We're humans, if there's anything we're good at, it's having the foresight to escape potential starvation. |

franchasofficia: Actual population of Nigeria is around 340million and guess how many Nigerians living abroad?
Not up to 15million Nigerians live outside Nigeria both legally and illegally, and total number of Nigerians that have migrated out of Nigeria since Buhari/APC came to power and made Nigerians hopeless and scared of the future to start mass migration to virtually all countries of the world is not up to 3million Nigerians, so how can you use such insignificant number of Nigerians who are mostly the middleclass to measure poverty level in Nigeria ? So you mean we're more populated that the USA? |

Food › Re: How Nigerians Should Eat Swallows By Zeelicious Foods (Video) by ceejayluv(m): 8:57am On Nov 23, 2023 |
SoNature: The inferiority complex of the black man is shocking.
Let me establish some facts here:
1. Apart from black Africans, no culture swallows food without chewing it.
2. Our forefathers who taught us how to eat swallow saw spoons and still preferred to use hands.
Therefore, nobody should tell anyone to use cutleries to eat swallow because those you even try to impress don't even know that the food is unique to you.
We should be bold enough to export our culture to the West; don't come here and infiltrate our culture with that nonsense.
If you want to use cutleries to eat swallow, good! But the culturally approved standard of eating swallow (which is only unique to black people) is bare hands! As if they eat hamburgers with forks... |

OkpaNsukkaisBae: The right to protest against government policy is one of the basic features of democracy. Telling the police to go hard on peaceful pro-Palestinian protesters in London is undemocratic. Defending the Israeli government doesn't mean you should preach hate speech against the Palestinian people & trample on their fundamental human rights.
Good riddance to bad rubbish. The Pro Palestinians also have no right to intimidate, physically and verbally harass Jews and Zionist supporters |
