If truly u are going 4 schooling, u don't have much problem.

Apply 4 3months tourist visa
Get admission once u land
Change ur visa to student visa with ur admission letter

OR

simply apply for student visa from down here.

Either way, Dubai visa is one of d easiest to get once you have ur cash.

Who told you? Guy don't say what u don't know. Employment visa is dependent on the agent and the kind of job s/he is getting u and the accompanying salary and incentives.

1. Upon purchase of residential property in Dubai or any other Emirate with value over one million dirhams (#100m) . In such event the validity of residence visa is 2 years.

2. Entering into employment contract. If you are planning to get employed officially in Dubai or other Emirates, you need working / employment visa.

3.Incorporation of your own company in the United Arab Emirates.

If ur answer is no, then having a skill is another option.

No body will tell you if ur agent is real or fake, is only you that knows him and know if he is trustworthy, so for ur info everything he said is in order, cleaner job can be gotten through direct employment and 550k is good price, 1300 aed is equally good for no experience cleaner in uae, so everything depends on how well u know d agent. Because scammers are everywhere here.

My own agent says #900k for 2yrs Employment Visa with a security company that pays 1800 AED. #700k down payment, #200k when i get the visa.

iI'm still begging him for the whole package for #700k.
I'm considering 3months Tourist Visa (#300k), then do SIRA training (#250-300k) immediately i land and start job hunting after d training.

you stand a better chance as a PR. Besides it's difficult to secure student visa to Canada these days. Also, the tuition fees permanent residents pay for masters is way cheaper compared to the amount international students pay. the best way to enter and enjoy CA is going as a permanent resident. if you have what it takes to apply as a PR please do

You've got the whole sponsorship thing wrong, you really need to read page 1. The only way your brother can "sponsor" you is if he's willing to "gift" you the proof of funds required.

Also, you need to convince your wife to start thinking of this as well. How old is she? If she's younger and with up to 3years work experience, she can be the principal applicant as it will help boost your score. In addition , she can contribute to the proof of funds required if your elder bro can't gift the whole amount required. Two heads are better than one.

Naija matters, it is well. Three suggestions came to my mind:

1) If you are quite young and determined to go to Canada, start with a teaching job( I'm claiming 2years teaching experience, even though I have a masters in engineering)

2) Further your education (maybe PGD or MSC from open university)

3) Register a business name for your graphic design work, and start keeping meticulous records that you'll use as proof later in your EE journey.
