That's my uncle |
montelik: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/This is laughable at best. I am not sure Neil Ashton watched the game. No surprises Ashton has always been a pro Rooney journalist anyway, but to bring down Kagawa at the same time is ludicrous. |
I doubt it woukd have been Ronaldo...Bale more likely |
montelik: Of the present squad. Carrick as anchor, Cleverley and Ando in the center and Kagawa in front of them. Rooney and RVP upfront with Rooney dropping into midfield the moment we lose possession, so as not to be over-run. If he doesn't want to then Welbeck takes his spot. That's about all our Central midfielders ![]() No harm in trying it but I doubt DM would make that move |
montelik: We really should consider a diamond. One of our most dominant performances last season came when SAF was forced to play diamond due the injuries to our wingers (away at Newcastle).Who would you have in your diamond? |
coogar: a one-legged RVP is better than rooney as a lead striker. it's not even debatable. the only thing rooney has is pace and pace is useless without a football brain to go with it.I disagree! Nobody should be indispensable...if RVP is stinking up the joint, let him bench...same for others They all need a kick up the backside |
elampiro: *** If we can get a win in Spain, we will be sure of qualification. We can't play Giggs against Stoke. Don't think DM will let him play 2 games in 4 days anyway. |
afrodoc: Also let us not forget DM for making good substitutions at the right time.Yep, EPL is a different kettle of fish. But some promising leads came out of this game tonight. |
SailorXY: Rooney can't bench van Persie as far as playing a No. 9 is the issue, he should just move to left already. We have Januzaj who can play on the left & through the middle, he definitely has a bright future. I'll like to see him tried in a 2-man CM alongside another young guy *Anderson/Cleverley* who knows, we just may have our own ZidaneIt should be down to form...whoever is on form |
coogar: just build the team round kagawa. For me if Kagawa gets a run of games and confidence, he'll even get better. Can't believe he has only played 189 minutes this season. Kagawa should play behind RVP/Rooney but I enjoyed the Rooney/Kagawa inter change towards the end. It's something that an be built on. Since our wingers are not even in top form how about this front 4 ----------RVP Rooney Kagawa Nani/Valencia Rooney would give us more than Kagawa on the wings |
lalaboi: See these burekete mededes running mouth when i nor dey. . . e tin o to oh/ / /Ode ni bobo yi sha |
afrodoc: this was one of our better performances of the season albeit against a team in poor form. The defense was okay and not as disorganized as we have been seeing and there was far more movement and sharp passing in midfield and in attacking areas. That is the problem. I dont think DM has the balls to drop VP. If he is fit, he will play at the weekend and Kagawa will make way. I've always talked about trying different things and the Rooney/Kagawa combo looked promising towards the end |
@DuckerTheTimes: Know Sociedad weren't up to much but mystifying as to why kagawa had only played 189 mins before tonight.Must be given a sustained run #mufc |
I loved the Kagawa/Rooney link up towards the end. For me, I still believe Kagawa should be given a run of games in that hole. He is the only specialist player designated for that role in our squad. Stoke next |
montelik: Have you seen Imogen? That girl could seduce the billions out of Scrooge McDuck.Have you seen her sseexxx tape? ![]() Okay back to topic, I hope at some point Kagawa would get a proper chance to play in the hole so we an all assess him. |
I kinda agree with Keane's stance on the book tho! Why is Fergie going out of his way to put down players that helped him establish his legacy! Cos whether he likes it or not credit must go to those players too Sheesh that man na like Obasanjo! E no dey forgive
He did praise all the players, even Keane. Those excerpts were marketing strategies to sell the book. A little bit of ginger. |
A certain Fabville thought Fellaini was the answer I guess cos both their names start with F
Ashishe o ni master. Fab was probably drunk when he said that. Fellaini is not the answer. |
