At least they have people to interview, I was invited by a school three years back for interview slated for 9.a.m.

I got there 8.40 a.m waited till 2 p.m, no one attended to me, rather I asked to wait further. I was the only one.

I was about leaving when the principal said "that was part of my interview (test of patience), I remain calm until he said they actually needed school father (boarding school).

Sometimes I wonder how people make it big in this country? There is no job or the few are hijacked by those Oga's at the top.

Working in private sector especially one-man business to raise fund seems to be herculean task. Some employers make life unbearable for their employees.

You decide to start small business, the same government that refused to give you job or loan will use revenue agencies to frustrate your effort. These agencies care less of what you make, they are concerned with their target.

And funny enough, the same government will still call its citizens lazy!

What do they really want? How do people make it big?

The country is becoming unbearable each passing day.

The young man believes he has the requisite skill, if the school discovers he lacks the require skills, and still needs his services then they should bear the cost.

Op meet the Adm/director or whoever is in-charge, asked for training allowance and salary.

Las las, one go reach your hand. Especially if the training were done outside working hours or days.
