Lol, i don't want to give him wrong advice. The best i can do is to refer him to a civil engineer.

If you go to ordinary doctor for a tooth problem, he might know your problem very well but will refer you to experts like a dentists.

P.S: OP has already bypassed my own field which is to test his cement in lab before using. So the level he is now, i can't advice him but can only tell him the cause of his problem.

Cracks are caused by expansion which is as a result of high magnesia and/or free lime in the cement used.
High magnesia and/or freelime translates to poor quality cement.

Forget about those telling you about foundation.

I'm neither an architect nor a civil engineer nor a builder but
I'm a cement/building material expert.

Please i will need some clarification concerning the concept of God's free will to mankind and the original sin.

It is a common saying that God gave man free will when man was created. Free will like i understand is the freedom of choices and the ability of one to act at one's own discretion. But it was recorded that it was after man ate the forbidden fruit he was able to distinguish between good and evil. If so, what freedom of choices were available to man before he ate the fruit if not the choice of distinguishing between good and evil?

We were also made to believe that sin came to the world after man ate the forbidden fruit but looking at it the other way, there was sin before man ate the fruit because, for God to give them instructions of what to eat and what not to eat, then there exist the concept of obedience and disobedience (which is a sin).

And lastly, if God has given man free will, why did he destroy Sodom and Gomorrah for exercising the gift of free will?

He shouldn't forget to give surprise visit to our schools and public hospitals to also see things for himself.
When our leaders have first-hand info of what is happening out there it will really change things for better.
