OP, kolewerk here, If quit notice is serve without owing landlord dime, the tenant will spend 6 months without paying anything. If the six months elapse and the tenant is yet to move. We do almost everything together and we see each other every single day...
But now am irritated by him.

He comes to my hostel from his office everyday but now seeing him irritates me the more.

This isn't the first time its happening to me,
I've had two boyfriends before I met my new bf and same thing happened with them.
