QuotaSystem: Nnamdi Kanu remains a treason suspect until the courts decide otherwise.
If his followers thought there would be no price for his incitement, invectives, threats, provocation and needless antagonism towards respected religious leaders, northerners, south westerners and other patriotic Nigerians, then they need to wake up from their silly dream before another misguided Igbo thinks it's a good idea to call for arms against a blessed people like Nigerians.
Is it till the courts clear him or till buhari clears him Moreover I don't think kanu has any harm more than the Fulani terrorists that rape and burn across Igboland. The Fulani actions has pushed many Igbos who are sitting on the fence to join the call for secession... And you can imagine what it takes to hold back 40m people |

The worst thing any Nigerian ethnicity would do is to be more Nigerian than the current tenant in aso Rock. Igbos tried it in the sixties and paid for it with four years of massacre, pogroms and a brutal war in which 3½ million Igbos died. Every ethnicity should protect their own...if you expose yours for ridicule, am truly sorry for whatever that comes afterwards. The Ijekri and the Urhobo/Isoko should protect Ibori kos if they dont, no one else would |

Aigbofa: The only thing holding down ibos from leaving is greed. Let the national conference start with them if they truly want to go.
Start an IPOB conference, reach a resolution on your desire to leave, present a clearly defined boundary of your new country. Remember, if you can limit your new country to the core ibo states without trying to steal other people's properties a lot of Yoruba will be more inclined to support you. Anything short of Igboland in its entirety is a non starter |

eduj: Tonimas has factories in aba and anambra, in fact Tonimas regularly maintains the stretch of enugu-ph road across his factory, Uche ogahs master energy complex (2nd only to what dangote is building at lekki ) is steadily coming to fruition (their noodles hit the market this week) ,aba mega mall is also steadily coming on stream, geometric power would come on line late 2017-and a further 1000 mw plant would be built at ukwa. their is also the games village being built by Ifeanyi Uba ,not to talk of the high rise hospital commissioned at umuchukwu yesterday built by a single individual at Anambra. the list is endless.point is, their are few regions in Nigeria which such individual capital investment what we are clamouring for is and improved, qualitative and pragmatic fed presence to take us to the next level because, theirs only much an individual can do. You should've asked why we as Igbos should do what the Federal govt should do for us...if the Federal govt feels it can't carry out its responsibilities to the great Igbo nation, then it has no right to claim sovereignty over Igboland |

megbu: Mister if you are Igbo and could write this rubbish then the Nigerian state malicious campaign of calumny against your people have finally gotten to you. Rail lines have laid from Abuja to Kaduna, Kano to Lagos is been proposed to link the North and the west all with government money. Do they not have billionaires from those regions. Why are those individuals not the ones laying the rail tracks. Fg has mapped out billions from the national purse to rehabilitate the North east especially Bornu. Indimi the billionaire is from Maiduguri why is he not undertaking the task of rebuilding his war ravaged state. But according you and some mischief makers that has brain washed you Igbo should use their own money to develop the physical infrastructures in their region. So what is the essence of being loyal to a state that can not take responsibilities. As in eh...ida ofeke vitali agafela oke |

omofunaab: There's relationship because both were protests against colonial administration and some people were the first to summon that courage Bro no dey deceive yourself There's no relationship btwn the two...they were isolated incidents which differed in scope and origin. This is even the first time am hearing about Ransome kutis riot...what we're used to is Aba women's riot that happened in the Igbo year 929. No dey yarn me relationship when no relationship dey or are you trying to tell me that all the riots against colonial authorities in Afrika were related to one another Abeggi!! |

omofunaab: I don't care if aba riots started from the south to the sky.
The question is who were the first to protest against the colonial masters? Yes abeokuta women led by fela's mother I don't care who were the first to protest... There's no atom of relationship btwn the two..both in origins and scope. So no dey high yourself unnecessarily |

omofunaab: Lol, na abeokuta women first try am na.. U tink say to protest against the British colonial masters na easy thing?
Go and read history books
Fela's mother was the most feared women then Enyi lem gwa gi Nwanyiyereugo(dunno if I got her name correct),the woman who led the 929 riots doesn't know anything about Yoruba...the only non Igbo ethnicity she knew were the "Mmoŋo", who are the current Ibibio/Efiks. Theres nothing that links the two disturbances... Moreover unlike kuti's own that was localized to "Ebeokwute", the 929 Aba riots spanned from bende in the North to opobo lying by the sea in the South. Yours led to the downfall of your chief while the Aba riots led to the downfall of both the British imposed warrant chief and the British DO for that area. There's no basis for comparison as regards the two...not bkos someone brought it up now means that you've to counter it to show you're better than the "Igbo". |

omofunaab: What you said is rubbish.
Fela's mother led the first revolt against the British colonial masters in abeokuta in 1918. Aba women took inspiration from fela's mother and the abeokuta women..
Don't go about misleading your fellows Which inspiration Yorubas go just dey dey yarn shit bkos them see Igbos |

Arclan07: One thing most Igbos don't understand is that nothing would stop pmb from holding the meeting n my prayer for them is to just carry out their threat by stoning his convoy which I believe is the least, it's then it will dawn on them that their brethren scattered all over the northern states is as good as suya ,they fail to see they are the most parasitic set of people in this country the majority of all the non indigenes in any states try any rubbish then you will see what would happen This comment by a northerner would hand over to the secessionists what they're looking for on a platter of gold. You don't threaten an ethnic nation... A 40million strong one for that matter |
