Is not that u ask a guy expressly whether he would marry u. There er discussions that could lead to seemingly questions. Not even  the guys answer that matters but his reactions to the non - direct question. After all, there er those that say, 'I will marry u and fails'. Even , I will advice single girls to run away from guys that approach u with the slogan 'if things work out fine, I will want u to be the mother of my children' They er fruadsters!!!

Big girls in the house, u should be able to dictate when a guy is serious with u or not irrespective of the fact that u hardly separate the sheep from the wolves

My ex tot he was everything, though on his own case he is a graduate and works and I, too work but anytime I mention marriage, according to him, he never took at it as being serious. It get done on him when I decided to say yes to d proposal of one of my male friends  he used to know whom I think is better than him characterwise. And what did he do, he termed me a betrayal but since my mind was made up i went ahead and get married to the other guy.

@ Poster, if u choose to wait and get disappointed later on, pls don't blame him. Those out of school, find it difficult to let their girl friends know their stance with them talkless of one still in school. The choice is urs any way but be wise.

Secondly, try and concentrate at ur studies, maybe before u graduate or after graduation, u will find someone that truly deserves u.

@poster, the say problem shared is half solved. A lot of people have been giving their contributions, if I were u I would make a wise decision/choice - terminatiing the relationship.

My reasons:
My parents are both AS and they gave birth to five of us and UNFORTUNATELY our last born is an AS. mY Brother, the pain the house go thru because of her is not what I wish anybody NOT even my enemy. When the crisis starts, after pitying the poor girl, if u er a stranger u pity those taking care of her.

Marriage is for companionnship, so if u think u can be happy with ur wife without giving birth to own kids but adopt, fine and good. I ve heard of cases where the whole five kids of a woman are all SS, and the die one after the other, what do think?

Again, ur woman acted in ignorance by leing about her genotype. Myself, am AS, and I dont hide it. before I got married to my husband, any guy that shows interest on me, my first step is telling the person my genotype and asking him his. Now she has lied, and the evil she fears and tries to run away from has still cought up with her. After six yrs, if she looses u now, dont she think it would be worse than breaking up at the early stage or tell the truth for both of u to decide whether to live by it or not- She foked up sha.

Alternatively u can try the alternatives offered by many learned people that ve posted at this thread. But prevention is better than cure if u ask me considering the experience in MY OWN HOME. IT DOESNT GIVE JOY AT ALL and I dont think the children u would bring to suffer will forgive u if they know that u ve the chance of avarting their suffering but failed and infflict pains on them.

About God, God has given us free will to make decisions. As a believer too, I believe it's God that made u both to know it now than later.

May God help u as make this critical decision but u ve got all u needed to decide.

Nigeria is diverse in Culture, Language, Ethinicity etc. Music is not exceptional, Many christians would go for gospel, other for dance hall, others for rap while others for r&b. For me any good one that I can understand the lyrics goes. But I prefer R&B, gOSPEL AND SOME HIPHOP

I believe people in NairaLand are BIG MATURED MINDS but some time I get confused on the kind of mentality some have. That 2face sang condemning Robbers has made him a 'razz idoit' to someone is quite hard to swallow.

My people, whether we accept it or not, God has blessed the Guy and his moving and climbing the ladder of success almost everyday in his career. My advice is this: Nigerians, learn to appreciate ur own. Thanks God for the life of whom he has blessed and ask him to bless u too instead of sitting only to condemn and find faults!!!

They ve been going out for four years, and I want to beleive the babe has been expecting a proposal from her guy. Now it has, and she's complaining about the wording. Anyway sha, everybody with him own way.

On the other hand, the proposal sounded as if the guy has a lot of reasons why he should not marry her but has finally make up his mind. He should have been a bit romantic though, but a beg proposal na proposal oh. Just as somebody has said, if the babe is not careful she will even have to beg him to still keep his mind to marry her.

Some people just miss their luck for lack of tactics. For the fact that they ve been together for a long time, would have made the thing funny for both of them and they will laugh over it and be happy.

For those of us that like staying alone, it's so good to be single. U enjoy urself, Go out any time u like. Come back whenever it pleases u. Doesn't need to bother about cooking or caring about anybody welfare.

Lie alone, roll from one adge of the bed to another. No disturbances for sex. when u need to sleep, u sleep fine without any things crawing urbody at night. It's fun being single BUT FOR EVER.

Prophecies are real BUT there er false ones. I think what we should do on this forum as citizen who have the interest of their beloved country at hear is SAY A BIG AMEN to that wonderful prophecy and work individually and collectivelly in our little ways to make it realized.

As somebody quoted what happened in the book of Kings, after the prophecy came, it was the lapers God used to actualise it by giving them the wisdom to take the decision to go to the enemies camp. And the Bible says, as the army of the syrians heard their footsteps, it sounded like those of chariots and they fled.

God can even use those of u outside this country to actualize this prophecy. As much as every hand should be on the deck to make this country great, You in UK, USA, Canada etc, dont stay there and continue to point accussing fingers enjoying the fruits in another mans land, THINK OF WHAT U WILL DO TO MAKE THIS COUNTRY GREAT SO THAT U CAN COME BACK HOME AND PEOPLE FROM THOSE PLACES WILL EQAULLY COME TO LEAVE IN NIGERIA.

Quite an eyesore, is a pity that we er still at this level at this age and era. Those attacking the people who beleive that only prayers can help and my good friend who said all hope is lost, I will say all hope is not lost yet. it's really bad, but God can restore this great nation. It can still happen in our generation.

We blame the Government for everything, though the share 80% of the blame for not doing what they should do. But masses have our own share, It's not the Government official that blocked the drainage with dirts but people leaving on those streets.

We should do our own part of the work, pray that God intervanes in this countires case. I believe many are already doing that, an dGod will definetly answer. For our Governmant, I KNOW THEY DONT HAVE TIME TO VIEW THIS KIND OF SITE TO SEE THE INSULT THEIR INABILITIES AND GREEDINESS ARE CAUSING THIS COUNTRY!

To me nothing is wrong with watching Nigerian movies or any other for that, but do things in moderation. I ve noticed this gender of a thing cripping into all facet of our existence. Everything on the nagetive extreem is attributed to women. Guys are guilty too!!! My fellow ladies, and women, prove ur self so that u wont continue to be object of ridicle to our male counterparts.

I dont take interest on politics per se, but there are foundamental things we need to know.

Yes some campus girls can't spell their names but many know why they er in school.
