you wasted time waiting for 5yrs. Once the lease expired and tenant is unreachable. A quit notice pasted on the entrance and evidence of it sent to tenant via all provided means should be sufficient. At most 6 months from date of quit notice provided, you should recover your unit by affirming with police and a court order if required by tenancy law of the state.

It even makes sense to break in under the guise of wellness check as tenant may have been murdered. Or passed away.. No one will fault you anywhere in the world for such reasonable wellness check on a tenant who was unreachable for months after their lease expired and abandoned the property.

Nigerians operate with beer parlour tales a lot. Understand the law not tales spread by ignorant folks.

I doubt any tenant protection for missing, unreachable and no rent paid can last 1 year anywhere in the world. Infact, unpaid rent is breach of contract. Missing without explanation is enough to get a police report and maybe a court bailif to break in and unpack the load. This is the very proper thing in Nigeria, but even 3 months of unpaid rent and missing and unreachable may be sufficient to unpack the house sef without all the serenren listed above. You waited 84 months , i guess in hope of recovering your rent from the "ghost"😒

no point wasting fuel for off peak seasons when trains will have very low occupancy. Most Lagosians cant afford to pay the true cost of running every 30 minutes under low occupancy. Peak seasons will be 6-9am and may be 3-9 pm in my perception. I bet they will doing continuos surveys on commuters traffic at varying period for the stations. An average educated Nigerian tends to have a better range of vocabularies than its counterpart in America or Canada, although the educated Nigerian sometimes use complex lingo than necessary.

Stop lying lady, in the UK, they most likely will call it drugs too, as Nigerians, we speak with the common vocab of the British, it may be confusing in the US or Canada as they have limited range of vocabulary and struggle to understand the variants. An American or Canadian may be confused with the word wastebin until you mention garbage can.
