The Law in the scripture is to act as a guide, and it equally reflects on the happening of the time.

I take my time to read through the responses. And my conclusion is that Nigerian are not ready for true democracy.

What is important is the person involve to his religion,tribe, ethnicity etc. People should be judged based on the content of their character and not their religion, tribe or what have you. This is serious oooh why did they have to sack the very day she resumed from her maternity leave.
Maybe they must have planned it before and was just waiting for her to resume, but that's bad.

In my office maternity leave has just to increased from 3 to 4 months including some additional benefits like pregnancy leave, anti-natal day off, paternity leave etc.

Also, once it's been noticed that u are pregnant any saction/penalty will be suspended until u deliver.

I think this is fair at least, other companies should emulate this.

What about the police toll gates allover the country. Toll collections by police is the main cause of their inefficiency not special crime squads. Let the IG disband all police toll collection centers( check point, stop and search operation or what ever name they call it). Let the police patrol the areas assign to them. this way the criminals will not know where the police might be at any time. Personally I can tell you where and when u will see police men at any particular time. If I can predict the police so will criminals do. IG please disband the toll collection centers
