What's with these topics about Nigerians abroad these days? The poster says life isn't rosy abroad, it sure as heck isn't rosy in Nigeria either.
Only someone who lives a comfortable life in naija would make a topic like this, like everyone else is comfortable. Abeg, this una patriotism is too much.
Yet the country keeps getting worse. If people don't wanna stay in Nigeria, let them.

One of my teachers grew up in such a home, the father told the mother that he was gay when she(my teacher) was 15. And he left the family and moved in with his gay lover. funny, right? As for those saying it's too late, too late for what exactly? When he comes out of the closet after 2-3 kids with her, will that be early enough? psh.

Both of them were just there talking crap but it was Rihanna who really held it down. So for me, Rihanna murdered them both.

Jay was just rhyming some childish stuff in his first verse and Kanye really didn't make much sense either. Such lines as "police escorts, everybody passports" just left me in doubt as to whether American Rappers can still step up to Nigerian rappers these days.

Ghetto P will so murder Kanye if these are the kinds of lines he wants to come forth with.

That's funny 'cause mostly skinny people carry these big bags, including myself. I remember carrying one and my brother came to pick me up, when I got into the car, he jokingly said he couldn't even see me cuz the bag covered up the whole of my body!

Picture this: My friend went to Lagos and on his way back, he saw this girl who was supposedly 'stranded' at a gas station. He actually went there to refill and buy some refreshments, and here was standing this beautiful chic (as he described her and he doesn't fail assessments). He helped her by picking her up, fortunately for her, they were heading in the same direction to the same city. She said she was going to visit a friend around there and doesn't know her way around.

My friend kindly dropped her off at the exact place she was going; they exchanged numbers and they kept in touch for that day. The next day, she called him that she needs to be shown around town and needed him to do that, he obliged and went there to pick her up. Some hours later she said she wants to buy some stuff at the boutique. They both went there. She picked what she wants and do you know she was expecting my friend to pay? He didn't bulge an eye - acted completely as if he was naive of what she's doing - the girl then came up to him to actually ask him to pay. How ridiculous He told me and I gave him a solution and that's not going to be pretty if I tell it on NL

I'll try to explain, most people don't usually get it the first time but you will, eventually. lol

Ok, so on youtube, there should be an "embed" link on the right hand side below where it says URL. Copy that link.

Then on nairaland when posting, click on the "insert flash" icon (it looks like a disk). Then paste the embed link you copied from youtube in between the Flash thingy.

The embed link usually starts with something like "<object . . . .> you don't need all that. Look for "http//www.youtubecom/ . . . till where it ends with a quotation (" inside that link. That's what you need, delete the rest. Don't include the quotation marks!!

The width and height of youtube videos are usually 425, 344. Change the flash thing from 200, 200 to 425, 344. Bam!! you're done. Click the reply button on nairaland and your video will be included in your post just like it looks on youtube.

I'm happy I was at work sha, started watching from 4th quarter. Such games are not worth watching the whole thing if it results in a loss.
