Genotype test is one of the most sensitive test done in the lab. As a result of its sensitivity, it is usually done at night by a lab personnel on night shift so that she/he can concentrate without any mistake. When I worked in the lab as an IT students those days at Havana Hospital Surulere Lagos, Genotyoe test is mostly done at night.
