Msauza:

Can you give us a reliable source concerning your claim about South Africa's purported interests in training their troops in NA colleges. I just hope that you did not make up or fabricated this story. SA With such enormous resources, that is ( SA Army gymnasium, SA Airforce gymnasium, Navy gymnasium, SA Army college and Saldanha military university/academy) I do not see the need why they should train their armies in a foreign country.

I presume you are not too conversant with the workings of the military hence your demand for a source. Quote me as the credible source here. Were you in the military, you would also understand the need for members of the military to train in other countries.

Standing5: The Boko Guys are ready to die so there isn't much they can do with these Top Boko Guys. What Nigerians can do for themselves is to avoid the Boko Party.

I don't think so. Only the BH foot soldiers are gullible enough to waste their lives. Their top dogs (remember Osama?) are not in a hurry to meet their alloted 72. . .

@Msauza
Even with this 'shocking state' of NA, the SADF are interested in training their troops in various NA schools. Don't forget that training is the most important factor in combat proficiency. Thus the SADF seem to be aware of something the UK Guardian seems to miss. Afua Hirsch, the stooge of the West had claimed in her report that Ghana and Mauritania would best lead the West African forces into Mali. This is laughable because the GA has no history of combat experience (except if coup plotting and peacekeeping - NOT PEACE ENFORCEMENT - could be regarded as such). Even during ECOMOG operation, they were known for 'koronje', manning of checkpoints in the rear and the likes. Now that the chips are down in Mali, the 'examplary' GA is nowhere to be found while the 'shocking' NA as usual is called upon. Fortunately, actions will always speak louder than words.

Bidam: my broda u lack scriptural understanding...wen d prophets of old prophesied about the coming of the messiah did they say is name will be called "Jesus"..we know in part and we prophesy in part..those that prophesy specifics are false prophets and they use familiar spirits..be warned..

Isaiah 7:14. Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel. NIV.

Matthew 1:23 "The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel"--which means, "God with us."

Guy go back to Jss and learn some history. Na gowon not obj start nysc.

On point. In addition NEPAD wasn't OBJ's handiwork alone. The New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD) emerged from three parallel initiatives launched between 2000 - 2001. It is basically a merger of the millennium partnership for Africa's Recovery Programme (MAP), inspired by Presidents Thabo Mbeki of South Africa, Olusegun Obasanjo of Nigeria, Abdelazeez Bouteflika of Algeria and Hosni Mubarak of Egypt, the Omega plan of Senegal's President, Abdoulaye Wade and Compact for African Recovery initiated by the Executive Secretary of the UN Economic Commission for Africa, K. Y. Amoako, in response to a mandate by African Ministers of Finance during the conference held in Addis Ababa in November 2001. Due to broadly similar goals which underpinned both MAP and the Omega Plan, efforts were made to consolidate them into one initiative, which resulted into the formation of New Africa Initiative (NAI) as Africa's strategy for achieving sustainable development in the 21st century. . . .

Fellow Nigerians,. . . .

9. I also want to assure Nigerians that we will refuse to be discouraged by those who have taken it upon themselves to pick on every initiative and effort of this administration. We remain resolutely committed to the rule of law, due process and fair play in all circumstances. Our democracy continues to grow, and the scope for human freedom continues to expand. It is an achievement that we will continue to build upon.

10. I say it again, we are determined to continue to push forward. We will do more, not less. We will remain focused. . .

That is even putting it mildly. They are simultaeneously making overt and covert attempts to bring about the downfall of the infidel impostor. May they be frustrated and confounded in their planning and execution. May their desires be like that of the hungry man who while sleeping, dreams he is eating but wakes up still hungry.

HNY NLers! May we all have several causes to rejoice in 2013.

acidtalk: Predictions For Nigeria Before 31st December 2012.

* 2 Nigerians will make history in the global world. One will achieve greatness in the Educational aspect while the other will attain greatness in the corporate world. Both histories will be made from different continents.

* There will be an uprising in Nigeria. It will start from one state but will escalate to other states of different geopolitical zones if not curbed by the security agency.

* The Syrian President and his government will be brought down. All this will be planned by his loyalist. He will be a victim of betrayal.

* Two Prominent people's sons will be involved in grievous crime that will spark up anger in the country. But the situation will be quickly thrown under the carpet.

* 3 government officials will loose their lives. One will be a serving state governor while the other two will be very strong serving high ranking individuals. One will be a victim of auto crash while the two others will be as a result of poor health.

* There will be a National Mourning in Nigeria. The Nations flag will be brought to half. While the mourning is almost being forgotten, another Natural disaster (Which has never been witnessed in Nigeria will happen).

* There is going to be more floods across the country. If not well curtailed, it will be worse than the previous.

* There will be Coupe in one African country and another Air crash disaster.
At best the predictions were intelligent guesses. None of the bolded came to pass. You could con the gullible into thinking the unbolded predictions came to pass, give or take.
