Mike..ZA:
40 million out 150 million? Nigeria is a joke,NO you're a joke. You're probably using a candle right now to light up your house, cause of power cuts. What's causing Nigeria's electricity crises? POOR PLANNING.
hahahahahaha. you missed the point boy. try again dumbo.

unlike south Africans we don't ever deny our problems.

there's currently a transformation going on in the power sector. so hopefully it will get better.

but I'm telling you that it's not about the capacity you generate, it's transmitting it to the people that counts.

I said more than 40 million people. surely your brain can't be so dead to comprehend that.

Mike..ZA:
NO NO!! You deal with it igbo boy. Boko Haram is destroying your attack helicopters while SAAF's helos are making a change in the DRC. NO bombings SA. In other news read this quote "
Of course the 4,000MW now being generated
for Nigeria's population of 150 million is still far
too low. In contrast, Brazil generates 100,000MW
of grid-based power for 201 million and South
Africa generates 40,000MW for 50 million."
Transmittion is what delivers power to the people. Not just capacity generated. How come up to 5 million south Africans still have never seen light before.

and what do you think has been causing your electricity crises recently.

Nigeria generates 4000MW yet delivers power to more than 40 million people. that is almost the same amount SA is gives power with 40000MW.
Tell me the difference.

The drones in kruger are mostly donated. Recently we saw the donation of a attack helicopter. Poachers are not a military threat
Not a threat yet killing your soldiers like chicken. they have even lost a helicopter in the process.

You are probably facing another kind of insurgency you are ignorant of.

CraigB: No, he did not. He was shown that the minister of environmental affairs looks after the anti-poaching effort.
And your military is also deployed and dying on the front lines. Killed by common poachers. These are the facts before you.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by chris365(m): 9:02am On Dec 09, 2013
CraigB: Boko Haram is a walk in the park.

It's just that Naai-geria are useless.

Naai-geria should ask the OAU to send real soldiers to that country.
A walk in the park. Yet common poachers are giving your military headache?

Deal with your difficult small scale insurgency first if you want to brag about fighting a more potent one.

Fighter Pilot: This guy from Nigeria is really mad. South Africa is an industrialised nation, thus our defence force does not develop weapons on their own. Denel came into being as a result of the act of parliament for such purpose as developing arms for our local defence. Why on earth should SAAF develop drones of their own when they have such a big defence industry?
Yes. A mad man that has made you type one comment thrice already truth does that. Don't bite your tongue o grin

I told you - don't talk about things you know nothing about. You will be exposed, like you were last night.

And here's more of your ignorance below, for you to look at.

We can't allow you to forget this. Look at yourself in the mirror and weep.

This is who or rather, what you are.
Too many long irrelevant stories. Your anger won't change the facts I have shown.

I said private hands are buying US drones to help your military and rangers fight poaching. or didn't you read what you posted? To help fight poaching. Dummy

I thought you said SANDF could get whatever they want from denel.

So the drones are not needed right? You are deluding yourself.

I don't care who's incharge of the operation, all I have proven is that SANDF is seriously involved and dying like chickens in the hands of poachers. Fact already proven. You can cry all you want.

Your military is useless and too broke to buy drones from denel.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by chris365(m): 1:55am On Dec 09, 2013
CraigB: And yours are getting emptier. The bravado is gone.

I cancelled the above because it continues to be irrelevant rubbish. You don't comprehend half of what the analyst was saying.

You are now jumping from argument argument.

You have abandoned the below:

Rightly so. You never knew you were talking about.

That's why you are now going crazy like a dog on heat. Your idîocy is exposed.
sorry. facts already proven for the sane mind. you can keep whining all you want. your loss not mine tongue

meanwhile your soldiers continue to die in the hands of common poachers and more reiforcements of battalion companies are sent in.

i wonder what will become of SA when your separatists groups start to wage a violent campaign. (with ANC incompetence and Mandela's death, it's definitely bound to happen)

SANDF soldier killed in Kruger Park
A soldier has been killed during an operation in the Kruger National Park, the SA National Defence Force said on Monday.

Private Thabiso Zulu, of Regiment East Rand, was deployed on Sunday with 2 SA Infantry Battalion.

Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by chris365(m): 1:38am On Dec 09, 2013
CraigB: I cancelled the above because it's rubbish. And you complain about long stories.

Don't talk about things you know nothing about.

The facts have been given to you in my links. Deal with it. Denel and the SANDF - two sides of the very same coin. Live with it.

Now, the anti-poaching effort in South Africa is under the direction of the environmental affairs ministry. Get that through you thick skull.

When the SANDF decides that it needs drones from Denel, it will get drones from Denel as and when it needs them. Whatever Denel manufactures, SANDF can get at transfer pricing. Taxpayer pays. Taxpayer profits. Transactions cancel each other out.

End of story.

And I told you that you know nothing about the industry - the market - hence your quoting market news and foaming in the mouth. It's a pointless quote. Cancelled it.

See your ignorance below, which has been exposed.
your stories are getting longer and emptier.

Yes of course. Even a professional defence analyst would not make sense to you. Paranoia is evident in your behavior indeed.

SANDF has hundreds of troops that have joined the anti poaching campaign with nothing to show for it and have already lost a helicopter in the process.

Even the US drone will be bought by a private hand to support them. Why didn't they stroll into denel as your fvcked up mind believes?

My ignorance you say. Yet backed by q professional defence analyst IN SA. u are getting worse than I met you here. Stay off drugs boy.

Keep crying. It still won't change the facts already proven.. if yourilitary doesn't pay, it doesn't get. Simple
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by chris365(m): 1:05am On Dec 09, 2013
CraigB: Wanting it is one thing. Needing it is quite another.

You clearly need it because you have no clue what you are talking about.

Listen to you!

Tax monies buy Denel equipment. Denel's profits and retained earnings go back into the tax-payer's fiscus. Transfer pricing. That's it. There's a sole shareholder. The government.

You need the profile. But most importantly, you need a brain. You are talking kak about that which you know nothing about. What does Naai-geria know about defence industries anyway?

you don't need them indeed. so why will US made drones be patrolling your skies? you are delusional sad

you are still giving me long stories without facts to support your silly claim "When SANDF decides it wants those drones, Denel MUST supply them. Simple." as quoted by you.

well since you need an article to support your dull brain to understand what i'm trying to say undecided

states independent defence analyst Helmoed Heitman adds that, although the industry is doing well in the export market, its potential is being eroded by the general failure to develop new products and technologies and by the inability of the South African National Defence Force (SANDF) to buy adequate quantities of the equipment and systems it needs.

Mr man if I wanted denels profile I know How to get it. So don't paste long cut and paste story for me if your head is too empty to say anything.

Just cos it's state owned doesn't mean they just throw whatever they develop at the military free of charge. No defence industry can survive that way.

Denel builds drones doesn't mean SANDF packs them. Your government has to pay for it. Simple

Nigeria Declares 3 Days Of Mourning For Mandela

Published on December 6, 2013 by · 14 Comments

Nigeria’s President Goodluck Jonathan has declared three days of national mourning for former South African President, Dr. Nelson Mandela who passed away yesterday.

Flags are to be flown at half-staff across Nigeria during the period.

President Jonathan has urged all Nigerians to unite in solidarity with the people of South Africa as they mourn the great liberator, freedom fighter and hero of the black race.
The President also called for special prayers in mosques and churches in Nigeria during the period of mourning which begins today, for the peaceful repose of Dr. Mandela’s soul.
A special inter-denominational memorial service for Dr. Mandela will be held at the State House Chapel on Sunday.
Barking louder I see. You must be a very big dog grin please show me photos not just talks. Our flag in Lasgidi is still soaring in the sky as we speak and work will resume tomorrow as usual.

It is simple. You depend on word of mouth and sensational journalism, I see real life and talk from it. Our president has definitely fooled a gullible baboon with the power of diplomacy. grin
