Pkorkor-pkorkor face. I was not the one who gave him that name but students called him that cos he had massive boil-like pimples on his face. Students used to call him the name codedly and he knew. One day, he passed my class and I yelled "Pkorkor-pkorkor face" and hid. He came to the classroom and asked who said that and nobody answered cos I was loved by all my classmates. The man flogged the whole class and people were crying seriously. I kept trying to tell him it was me so he could stop punishing others but my classmates refused to allow me. He got to me and didn't flog me much like the others, funny enough. This was in jss3.

In sss3, I gave my yoruba teacher the name "gbidon-gbidon"(magician). She used to wear a shoe with shiny stuffs on it and it looked like all those magicians shoe I used to see on tv. I used to tell my classmates that her shoe looked like a magician's shoe. One day, she was teaching and I asked her what magician means in yoruba and she innocently answered "gbidon-gbidon" and the whole class erupted in laughter to her embarrassment. She looked at the way I was laughing and knew I was up to no good. I chop cane on top but she finally had a new name. A name that we passed down to the junior classes behind us.

Good day all.

My husband is a good and dedicated Physiotherapist, though he has not been so long into the profession. He manages himself now with private practice by treating people in their homes and offering his services to clinics and hospitals who need his services on agreed amount to be paid him as he is yet to get a well paying job in a hospital . He recently got a call from one doctor who owns a clinic around his area for treatment of a patient with physiotherapy case. It was agreed between him and the doctor that he will be paid 5k each day for three times in a week.

On the first day of work, my husband arrived and began treatment. The doctor entered and began asking series of questions about the processes and procedures. After about 20mins, my husband told him that he would like to be given some privacy and concentrate on his patient as he was being distracted. The doctor refused, my husband refused answering further questions; this angered the man. When he was done with the treatment, he requested for his money and the doctor refused.

And argument ensued. He told my husband to leave the hospital, my husband said its until he receives his payment for workdone. He began pushing my husband away and a fight began, he bite my husband in several places. They were later separated. My husband went and treated himself and proceeded to report the case to the police station. The doctor went and reported too.

Note: Some Doctors ask the Physiotherapists these questions while treatment is ongoing because they want to treat the patients themselves and they don't know about Physiotherapy. They end up getting a physiotherapist and after few sessions, they dismiss them with hope that they have learnt, all because of greed. They end up doing a bad job and the patients case keep getting worse.
I told my husband to forget all about it and he said Never, that he worked for it and deserves his pay. I told him i know but justice is hardly gotten in this country.

Note: we recently got married and don't reside in same state because I have a business here and I'm heavily pregnant, i will join him as soon as I get a shop in his location. This case is taking a toll on my bp and I'm so worried. please what can we do? Any other options? Thank you good people.

If I get you right, your husband is fighting because of 5000 naira? If that's the case, let him leave it and move on. That money is too small to engage in physical combat over. It's actually a sign of poverty. I know it's his right to collect what he worked for but he needs to show himself as being in a higher class than the doctor. He should let go.

A lot of people don't seem to understand the gravity of what is going on here. The link above tells of how Israel stopped sale of Iron dome defense system by the US to Ukraine cos they don't want to clash with the Russians, most especially because of the amount of influence Russia is gaining in the middle east with their support of Syria. All EU countries are avoiding a clash with Russia. Even the Israelis are avoiding them but Nairaland ogbomosho analysts will tell you how inconsequential Russia is.

Russia stand no chance against USA, these are my reasons:
Russia has no ability to move the vast numbers of men and equipment needed to satisfy condition one of that article, which revolves around the idea that the US military is spread out.
Russia has a barely functional navy and no real ability to project power beyond their borders.
The US doesn't need six months to prep for a war of that scale. They do need some time, but Russia can't prepare any faster.
Russia does not have the economy or population base to stand against NATO.
Total NATO GDP: 37.35 TRILLION Dollars. Russia + Belarus (probably Russia's only reliable ally in the event of actual war) total GDP= 1.93 Trillion Dollars. (LOL)
US+UK+France+Germany+Italy = 764.7 Billion of military spending. Russia=70 Billion of military spending.

When the war starts, the gdp of most European countries will fall due to severe energy crisis. At the end of the day, no one would actually have sufficient funds to continue the war. You guys just type plenty rubbish on the internet. If a war starts between NATO and Russia, Germany would be first hit the hardest, Europe as a whole would be on the verge of a collapse. Why? Energy and gas that powers the whole of Europe is largely supplied by Russia. Germany alone is the biggest buyer in Europe from Russia. Now, tell me how Germany would be actively able to fight a war when 40% of its energy supply from Russia is cut off? Factories would close down, people would drop dead from extreme cold, their economy would tumble and of course, there would be civil unrest there, that would also spread round Europe. Now, tell me how such a country would do well with fighting war. Which money would they also use in prosecuting the war? The fact is that if a war breaks out between Russia and NATO, it's gonna be collateral damage for the whole of Europe as a whole. This is what most EU leaders know, and are worried about.
