What if it's not malaria you've been treating every month?
What if you have a different medical problem that hasn't been diagnosed?
Every mosquito bite does not result in malaria, as it's not every female anopheles mosquito that has the plasmodium parasite(the same way every rat does not transmit lassa fever).
It's not possible to have a mosquito bite now and be down with malaria within 48hrs.
The life cycle of the plasmodium parasite/ incubation period of malaria is about 14days.
You can expect malaria around 2weeks after a bite, but not in 48hrs.
Go to the hospital for proper evaluation.
Don't be like my late friend that spent his lifetime treating malaria while he actually had leukaemia(Nigerians see every fever as malaria and typhoid).

If 'cure' were that easy for viruses, HIV, HBV, HCV, Ebola, lassa fever, HPV, etc, would have long been gone.

Vaccines are the best you can get for now, and will still take long to be ready.
After the animal phase of trials, the next will be the clinical/human phase that will still take time to be completed.

The payment date for ORC is today 28/04/2020, for those who have bought the shares as at March 30, 2020. The dividend (I think monthly) amount for this particular month is $0.08, and it. Just give it till end of tomorrow, if you have not been credited, and then contact Trove. The next payment for those who buy before tomorrow, 29/04/2020 is May 28, 2020 and the dividend is $0.055 per share, apparently due to COVID-19.

I got my GTB dividend the same day it was paid in my Trove wallet. But don't forget that is a local stock. Maybe, being USD, it may take a while longer, but should not normally exceed 2 days. I also git a dividend payment for EFC in my Chaka wallet today, even though I was not tracking it, as I have sold the stock already.

ORC is supposed to pay a dividend of $0.28 per share to shareholders today, 28/04/2020, but I'm still wondering how it'll get to me.
Does anyone have any info on this?

You are %100 right, this country is indeed terrible, the doc on the duty at the general hospital didn't spend upto 5min with me b4 he asked the next patient to come in.. He attended to every individual I witness with I don't have time kind of a thing... Then i have been noticing for years that I can't play football match on a pitch(normal street 5 or 6 asides) with my peers for 30mins I will demand for a substitute cuz I'm gonna start breathing hard and really exhausted, I didn't take it serious cuz I do believe I need rest or something.. Until when I started playing drum set gradually at church and after a long duration of playing hard I tend to breath hard and tend to look for fresh air or cold water to calm my nerves.. Didn't really count it until this very one.

If you have been having breathlessness for years on mild exertion, it means you have an undiagnosed cardiac or respiratory problem, and need to see a specialist(cardiologist or respiratory physician) as soon as possible. Symptomatic treatment does no one any good.

These guys don't know what health workers go through while working in Nigeria, but they're quick to condemn instead of supporting them to fight the corrupt government that's responsible for all the woes.

While in Nigeria, I oncd got exposed to a patient with lassa fever that we were treating for major burns, and I was abandoned by both the hospital and the government that owns it.
I ordered and paid for Ribavirin(antiviral drug), costing about 30,000 naira, and paid for my isolation in one hidden hotel like that for 21days, all by myself. I wasn't refunded till today.
In a space of 21 days, I spent nearly 100,000 naira on preventive drugs and hotel accommodation, as the government/hospital didn't provide them. And this was supposed to come from my hazard allowance of 5000 per month!
And lo and behold, that guy still came here to talk rubbish.

It's your type that has killed and messed up the medical profession in Nigeria by shamelessly diagnosing every case as malaria and typhoid.
Patients routinely by panadol and diclofenac(cataflam) from pharmacy shops, even without your prescriptions.
So, how does recommending it for him become 'unreasonable' when you guys have been unable to diagnose Cluster headache down there in Nigeria, and has been wrongly treating him for malaria/typhoid??
Can't you see I didn't prescribe Sumatriptan dosage, as it's a prescription drug and requires physical evaluation of patient's parameters prior to prescription?

Sumatriptan(used for migraine and cluster headaches) has to be prescribed by a neurologist.
At the meantime, you can combine Tabs panadol 1000mg 3x daily + Tabs Cataflam 50mg 3x daily(with food), pending when you visit a hospital.

Good morning...... I've been having issues with severe headache's for the past 5 years now.The issue with this kind of headache is it occurs occasionally like twice a year but it's always my worst times.The thing I find different of this headache and other's is that it occurs on only the left side on my head,makes my listening very poor,my eyes are always red and my neck stiff and continues for more than 24 hours then subsides when I force myself to sleep but immediately I wake up it continues and what I find strange is that I don't feel sick in anyway at all just the headache..... The symptoms are more in line with Cluster Headache than with Migraine, though treatment of ongoing attack is essentially the same(except for the use of 100% oxygen for cluster headache).
The involvement of the eye(congestion, redness), increased intensity at night, occurrence only on the same side during each episode, and absence of an aura(ie warning signs, though there's a type of migraine without an aura) make it more of a Cluster Headache than a Migraine.
It's commoner in males, smokers, and is often triggered by alcohol( hope you don't do these 2 things). Avoid these triggers.
A Neurologist would manage it better, and may need to place you on some preventive medications.
It's a shame that most private hospitals in Nigeria put all their focus on malaria/typhoid and treat same irrespective of the presenting symptoms.
You guys should also read more and be enlightened about your medical problems, as most Whites/Asians do.
With that, the incidence of misdiagnosis with Malaria/Typhoid, or the wrongful slamming of "Spiritual Attacks" to undiagnosed problems would be drastically reduced.
Where I am, in most cases, patients come into the clinics/hospitals already with vast information about their problems, and contribute meaningfully to their treatment.
