This high unemployment rate in Nigeria is clearly manifesting on nairaland,somebody is wearing a shoe and somebody somewhere is really really feeling her pains.

The Doctors should just use this window created by government to sneak back to work!!!This is one strike too many,when I listened to their grievances,I noticed that there was no item there that could not have been resolved without the Doctors playing to the gallery of Strike!!!!!

As a policy,I never watch people who are yet to make a success out of their lives because I won't be able to learn anything new.

I think most Nigerians don't know you can insure your phones with little or next to nothing.
When you do this with a reputable insurance Companies,your phones will be replaced when stolen.It has worked for me over the years and I encourage people to give it a trial.

I think the major reason why blackberry is very successful in Nigeria is because of the low tariffs,when compared to other phones.When you pay about 1,500naira monthly,you can browse unlimitedly for the month without worrying about your credit getting finished or not,but when you use other phones like android etc you keep worrying whether your credit will take you for up to a month or not.
I have both blackberry and Android and I hardly use my android to browse because of the reasons above

85,000 naira that was last year when I travelled abroad and I had to roam my mtn phone which is a contract package.Mtn use to ask you to deposit 50,000 for roaming services so I added 35,000 in case I had to call my Customers in Nigeria with my number,some people don't pick numbers they don't know.
When I eventually came back to Nigeria ,mtn said they can't refund the deposit in cash so I use it for my calls for a very longtime and at a point it felt like I was making free calls

Most transmission problems come about as a result of use of wrong transmission oil,I will advise you to tow the car to ladipo market if you stay in Lagos and then get the gearbox seller to use his own trusted mechanic to fix the one he wants to sell to you and then you test the vehicle,if you are happy with the performance you pay if not they remove it.

For me this is a good move by FG but what I don't know is if they can pull it through the obvious political considerations that may stifle it.
