Wagwanbrethren:You be correct man! |
nifemi25:I'm very sure it's a girl |
I chatted up a girl last week. The moment I said I liked her she started to bill me. I got so irritated that I cut her off. I never knew that this begging of a thing had degenerated to this point where a girl shamelessly asks you for money the moment you profess some form of like for her. I guess she realized her spontaneous stupidity and She has been sending me messages since then but I lost my appetite for her. I don't send her anymore.

Faiththatworks:So you support him 1000% and you claim not to be a zombie but you still used your hand to vote for him even when you clearly saw all the signs of ill health. I don't get some of you guys. What else is the definition of zombism? It's the same zombism some stupid persons said that even if Buhari had only NEPA certificate they'd still vote for him. It's really sad. I weep for Nigeria. And I mean no insults sir. |
But what exactly was the captain doing? He should have communicated with his passengers and given them assurances that they should remain calm and all was well. Once a captain stays calm, the passengers would have some confidence and stay calm too. |
A plane departed Abuja by 11am and landed in Ebonyi by 3pm? Is Abuja now 4hrs from Ebonyi? I don't understand. Abuja to port Harcourt is just 45mins to 1hr |
Most of these structures were set up by investors. Firstly, the problem with the Buhari government is that their wack policies are chasing away investors. Secondly, income made by the government e.g. from taxes are not being properly utilized towards industrialization of the country. Such monies are rather squandered by politicians. Corruption is at its peak in the country. We need visionary leadership in this country. Buhari was just a huge disaster |
These guys are addressing this brain drain issue in a wrong way! The problem with brain drain in the health sector is not that few doctors and health care workers are being produced (which is what this SUMAS thing is allegedly targeting). The problem is that once these health care workers are produced they are not well catered for and are not given a conducive environment with modern facilities to work in. So creating a university to produce more health workers is only increasing the number of these same health workers who'd japa, once they graduate and face these same issues that government has refused to address to stem the tide of brain drain. |
kingjoe:Like seriously? 4 rooms and parlour? I'm interested |
It's straight forward na. The next of kin should be his child, ideally his son. I wouldn't subscribe to making his wife the next of kin. The reason is simple. If he dies, she inherits everything and might end up marrying another guy who would inherit the property of your wife, thereby reaping where he didn't sow. Infact your wife and her new husband might end up not giving your own children any of the property. Moreover, your wife isn't your blood, and many women can be deceitful. So your child ideally should be your next of kin. If they're not up to age, then you can delegate a trusted family member to handle the estate until they come of age. If you have enough wealth, you can still leave a little inheritance for your wife |
Mehn the kinda stupid questions I'm seeing on nairaland these days ehn |
ivolt:That's also a big possibility |
ReginaWolf:My dear sir, I'm laughing so hard here. I just saw you quoted a poll from CNN about Trump. It's more like asking a goat to take care of a yam for you. Even dumb people know that CNN has always never been objective when it comes to Trump. If you had quoted from neutral sources then your argument would have had weight and credibility. Secondly, I hope you know that even Trump can contest from jail if he's convicted? That's exactly what he's even praying for. However he pleads his sentence will still fall to his favor. I really don't have time not energy to expatiate. Secondly, you say it's law enforcement . I laugh. It shows you're probably politically naive. Haven't you wondered why this indictment came up by this time when he was heating up his campaign for the presidency? This was a case that had been dormant since 2015, a year before his election into power. I won't go into deeper details on the conspiracy. But Trump actually turned himself in deliberately because he smelt the opportunity to rack up his ratings and that is exactly what this has done for him. Lol |
GetMeRight:My dear sir you probably don't read the news. Go and fact check it. His approval rating has doubled since the indictment thing began. It's a known fact not a hearsay, and it's not about ignorance of Nigerians like you claim. You're actually the one being lazy and ignorant here because if you had been diligent enough and carefully done your research you'd have known this salient fact. And you think the Trump guy was stupid to have handed himself in? He knew what he was doing and had to capitalize on this fact |
Very poor write up. When you make something the central point of a topic or title, first start by defining it and giving a brief background about it. A lot of persons reading this don't know what kegite is! You should have laid a background to your discussion by defining what kegite is, so readers can follow your succeeding lines of thought or arguments. But if readers don't know what kegite is, then every other statement or point you make about kegite would ultimately be rubbish. It's good journalism to introduce your topic first before diving into the meat of the discussion rather than assuming that everyone that reads your write up knows what it's all about. |
Funny thing is that they're making the guy look like he's being politically persecuted which is to his advantage because it'd make him gather much more sympathy votes from the people and make him even more popular amongst the people. Infact a recent poll that was carried out showed that since this Trump indictment thing began, his ratings among voters had increased at an unprecedented rate. I think the democrats just shot themselves in the foot by making Trump look like another Nelson Mandela. |
He said that because that was part of the plan. They had already rigged the elections even before the votes were casted and he knew the end game already. That's why he was relaxed |
Cromagnon:Please say YOU WANT TINUBU. Stop generalizing. You can't claim people want a man who was rigged into power in what has been declared the worst elections in Nigeria's history, an election that every international observer has claimed to be flawed. Like I always say, I hold nothing against Tinubu. My candidate must not necessarily win the election but the point is, anyone that must become president should do so on a free, fair, credible and transparent basis. And then everyone, even the opposition, would have no choice but to accept him as their president. It's common sense. |
rajiedreez:My dear sir if Nigeria claims to be practicing democracy then let the will of the people reign supreme. If what we're seeing today is Nigeria's definition of democracy, then the military should come in. Let's stop deceiving ourselves in this country |
So should that be an excuse for someone to blatantly rig himself into power by subverting the will of the people in the name of this shambolic government we practicing? Truth is that military is way better because at least you know they're there with ill intentions unlike some deluded fellow saying we're practicing democracy where the will of the people don't reign supreme? A government that blatantly defies supreme court orders calls itself democratic? A government that rigs people into power says we're practicing democracy? Even military is way better than this sham. And I want them to take over. Let's know we're practicing a dictatorship rather than deceiving ourselves that we're practicing democracy! And fyi, I've lived through military era so I'm not a so-called gen z. If this is what we call democracy then it's better the military take over |
I'd love to personally meet this Righteousness fellow |
IyaebeTheGreat:We are still back to the same question... doesn't the adult girl have a mouth to say no to the guy's sexual advances? Or is she still a baby? And as an adult doesn't she know that one of the consequences of sex is pregnancy? Or does the guy have to teach an adult lady that too? The girl as an adult should also be smart and intelligent to refuse a guy once she understands the consequences of the act, especially when not married. You can't force a guy to marry you because of an act that was mutually consentual. And like I said, men don't sleep with ladies! It's not like they walk into her room and meet her naked like a log of wood and just open her legs and have sex with her while she's just there like an inanimate object. There must have been some consentual effort and green light from both parties. And you say sex is not free. So the girl should also pay for the sex offered by the guy too since it's a mutual thing. |
IyaebeTheGreat:You're talking like the girl was raped or like sex is a trophy handed to the guy. Please get this straight...sex is a mutual thing between two consenting adults! Sex is enjoyed by both partners. He's not sleeping with her; they're rather sleeping with each other! Infact I dare say the ladies enjoy it more and more effort comes from the man during sex. Furthermore I guess she wasn't a minor or wasn't raped. I'm sure she had mouth to say no to the guy's advances. The guy is under no obligation to marry her because of pregnancy. What if she has a character which is unfit for marriage? Or what if the guy himself is a devil that will kill her if she eventually got married? Marriage is meant to be enjoyed not endured and if he has seen a character in her that he knows would keep him perpetually unhappy and for which she's unwilling to change them he can say no to marriage. Point is, as long as the act was done by two consenting adults then both should be ready for anything that comes which could include pregnancy and the guy's refusal to marry her in such instance. |
A new report by the Henley Global Passport Index has ranked the Nigerian passport as the least powerful among the 15 countries in the Economic Community of West African States. That's acne. Do you also have them on your chest and back regions (trunk)? Try this drug...accutane (isotretinoin). Works like magic. |
suckmedownthere:Naaah Nigerians are not unlucky. Nigerians are just plain stupid. People were warned before elections but this same people played the tribalism card and stupid Nigerians fell for it thinking they were doing the Igbos. Now reality has set in and these same people who fell for the tribalism card and attacked Igbos are now wailing. Lol. Indeed People deserve the kind of leaders they get. |
Gaabasky:Read again carefully. I never said Sahara reporters IS working for Tinubu. It was a known fact that before the 2015 elections they were sponsored by Tinubu and other APC desperados to peddle lies against Jonathan and turn Nigerians against him. Many of such sponsored statements were eventually proven to be lies that they used just to get into the presidency. And Tinubu was a key sponsor and lots of you guys clapped for Sahara reporters for such lies. Fast forward to today, and same Tinubu is on the receiving end of Sahara reporters and you guys are crying foul lolz. Karma indeed |
trutharena:But Sahara reporters the media agency that generated this story was the same media agency that generated lies against Jonathan to remove him from office and these lies by Sahara were sponsored by the same Tinubu and co, and you guys were clapping for Sahara back then and fell for their lies. Now same Tinubu is seemingly at the receiving end of same media agency. What goes around comes around indeed. |
When the righteous prospers the people rejoice. When the wicked perish there are shouts of joy! |
Throwback:Sincerely I am an Obi supporter, but when I saw how he threw his weight behind that LP governorship candidate I was disgusted. This LP guy was a confirmed disaster during his service with the state government. I was rooting for either Peter mbah or frank nweke, and I'm happy that Peter Mbah won. |
patrickcollins:Exactly. People that live outside Enugu don't even know that that LP candidate is a pure disaster. They think that because he belongs to LP therefore he must be competent. He was a complete disaster during his time in government and I'm equally happy the PDP guy won |
