Never seen a govt this insensitive. Why come to Nigeria why not America? We have very competent doctors with very poor medical facilities. Rather than invest in enhancing the medical sector, they are bring doctors that are not even as good as our Nigerian doctors.

Well, for me, I advice you speak with the girl about this. Try as much as possible to bond with her by communication not sex. If its not working, let her go, she's not for you. Her constant communication with her ex means she's still in love with him. You will find a girl who loves you as much as you love her. Don't live in frustration trying to please a girl.
