There is the legal issue of her being a minor.,....but as far as I know, there is nothing in the Laws of Nigeria which state that a 16 year old needs parental consent to change religion.(There should be such a law....by the way).

A child has no religion but that of her parents. When she's of age, she may chose to change to anything. The admonition here is 'train a child in the way he/she should go, so that when she grows, she would not depart from it. I wish anybody whatever he/she wishes him/herself. Best of lucks to her.

They are not yet husband and wife. However, you are right, she's about leaving certainty for uncertainty. That feeling of doubt she described happens occasionally but like someone told her, it's just a 'feeling' and will clear with time. She needs to set limits with the other guy cos some guys are spurned on to seek after what belongs to another even when they have unattached gals flocking around them. They are mostly in for the competition. She should not allow him turpedo her bliss or she might live to regret it.

She took the friend-with-benefit stuff too far. She should have kept to the rules. Well, I know quite a number of ladies who went through similar ordeal and are fine today but truth be told, it's better not to learn that way. Things are not as green as they appear on the other side really.

You are right. The good thing though is that he doesn't need anybody's endorsement. He is a Nigerian with a stake in this nation and his entitlement to hold a different opinion should be respected. People need to highlight the positives of this administration as well as its negatives. The earlier the die-hard supporters of PMB realise this, the better for us all.

It actually happened yesterday morning. It's unfortunate he was shot in legs. Two witnesses told me of it today. Both blamed our friends in black for their usual overzealousness cos they felt it was not necessary shooting the guy in the legs as at the time he was loaded with those hot pellets. So unfortunate really.

This is very saddening. A lot of individual and corporate criminals collaborated in ripping the masses of our monies. Imagine! We paid subsidies for products not consumed and also paid higher at the pumps cos the major marketers sold them to independent ones who could sold at higher than approved rates and the agency of govt (DPR) and their officials paid with our tax looked the other way having been 'settled'. God will surely punish you people one by one. You can't escape the justice at all.
