Depending on the person you met When I got my visa a few years ago, the guy didn't ask me for any of these documents apart from the DS-160 confirmation page.
He focused on knowing the details of my business and how I solve issues encountered in it. I told him all without a blink. He gave me the white paper, and the rest is history.


Your own case might be different. The person you met might request all these documents and more.

I can never understand how someone will benefit from something, then be clamoring for the door to be shut on other people who want the same thing. If it’s not witchcraft or wizardry, I don’t know what it is.

It seems like the workers in the video were not aware that they were being recorded. If that is the case, this exposes them (the YouTubers) to possible legal action, like a lawsuit, because it’s an invasion of their privacy to not just make a video of them, but also upload it on YouTube without their consent. I, for one, will not like to be recorded at work or anywhere without my knowledge or consent. That’s my own observation

I know the exact feeling! I’ve never had to engage any agent before, but just like you, I had to use one because of the date wahala. When he was eventually done and I had paid him and dropped my passports, I asked for the password. You will not believe that this guy was arguing with me and asking me wat I needed the password for. My own application oh. I changed it for him immediately and he sent it to me

No, i never over stayed. I contacted an agent to do it and he made a mistake with my application, he only told me about the mistake after the application was submitted. Im sure he did it intentionally but i leave everythimg to God.Thats why im scared.

As long as u never overstayed on your last visa, u have nothing to worry about. And even if u did, as long as u can explain why, u are fine. Track it online to know the status

He's entitled to his postings and any other person is responsible for their interpretation. In which case, if one doesn't have the appropriate answer to the post, best to move on rather than dropping snare corrosive remarks.

Pls pls pls it was never that deep. I only responded to him/her cos I was called a hater. If anyone was being corrosive it was the OP who called us haters. The question asked actually seemed like it had ulterior motive cos like I said earlier, the first step in taking an exam is finding out wat the pass mark is.

And please don’t say you are not aware cos knowing the required scores and bands is one of the first things before even sitting for the exam. P.S the ppl you’re claiming that are hating on you already have ITA and PPR

seems odd they would ask for a follow up interview without providing the date although the letter does state no sooner than 2 days after receipt of the notice i got my passport yesterday so will see if anything shows up on the profile tomorrow

Pls do u have any idea why u were asked for a follow up interview? How long did you stay when you travelled? Or is there any change in your circumstances?

For IW, you just go with your ds160, receipt, intl passports, passport picture and appointment confirmation

Yes. You would be asked to submit both the expired and new passport

Medicals updated - Jan 16
Biometrics linked (from denied student visa application) - Jan 16
RFV - Feb 20

Logged in pretty frequently and signed up for the new application status tracker, but no new updates since Jan 16. The new tracker said eligibility had not started right up until RFV email - it has since been updated to show all components passed.

Noticed a ghost update a day before RFV.

We used a notarized gift deed (multiple transactions) as proof of funds.

He took an online diploma at a Canadian university and used that (along with his Nigerian BSc) as 2 or more degrees. We only intended to get points for 2 or more degrees, but he also got points for Canadian education thanks to a slight change in IRCC regulations due to COVID-19.

Congratulations. How long did the online diploma take and how many points can one get from the diploma

Oh I did Fixed deposit . did fixed deposit for 5m . Then I submitted my bank statement of my salary account which also had a fair balance .

No need to decline ITA unless the correction brings his CRS below the draw cut off. He could include an LOE if he is having sleepless nights. He must ensure his IELTS has NOT expired by the time he submits his eAPR though. Only age is locked in at ITA.

I guess the answer is exactly what it is. So it depends on which degree qualified you to start working. It doesn’t matter that it isn’t the Masters. After all, having a Masters means u had a degree before that.
