OP you are trying very hard to suppress the facts.

- Would Jonathan have been able to take drastic steps to stop his PDP crew from further looting?
- Jonathan was already borrowing to pay salary when oil was selling than it is now, how would that not continue?
- What makes you think that Jonathan could have been able to challenge the PDP cabals? Something he could not even attempt in 6yrs.

Voting out Jonathan was the best thing that ever happened to Nigeria in decades. We will judge President Buhari at the end of his tenure too. For now Buhari has the unwavering support of all well-meaning and patriotic Nigerians. Forget all those miscreants wailing. Their yam-eating scheme is being busted daily, so wailing is understandable.
speak for your self. He does not have my support . I am not partisan but when a president lacks direction we need to call him to order. if I may ask you what is the economic direction of Buhari ? please tell me. I think the FEC of buhari are confused and overwhelmed or may be they are still shocked that they won.

This is low IQ. He would not have been a able to control leakages and corruption. Nigeria would have taken about 30bn of loans. The combination of the loans , corruption, import duty waivers, capital flight and so on would have made the Naira heavily devalued. N500 to 1 dollar
with all the leakages and corruption controlled look at where we are. You have been hypnotized try to free yourself from mental slavery.

I don't think u wanna knw the fact. ... if u think the economy is worse now then if Gejnhad won there will be no entity called Nigeria again....
Copied from a statement from this thread. I think this is the best answer for your.

But GEJ handed GMB a better Nigeria than where we are
today. At least $1 was 200 as at May 2015.
Buhari's delay in appointing his ministers made foreign
investors to lose hope in Nigeria which led to the exit the
likes of JP Morgan. This increased the trend in capital
flight as a result of lack of confidence in the Nigeria's
policy or policy less economy for too long.
And l tell you, the implication of this we can see in our
naira shortly after their exit. This is so because as they
are selling their stocks in naira, they will seek foreign
currency for onward transfer to their countries, thereby
mounting more pressure on our naira.

This is where i get angry Where are the Pressure groups, NLC and so on. They are no where to be found.. Well we are in a big mess. APC is in charge (Total Control) of the media so issues like this will never see the light of the day. People that should talk or pressurize the government have either been arrested or bought over. We are in a mess
Lets take a look at this LASSA FEVER outbreak do you how many people have died? But no protest no noise, no statement from the ministry of health, no statement from Buhari himself.
If it were to be Jonathan or an anti APC all hell will let loose. IT IS WELL.

I think NLC is the most useless union have known. Things they should protest for they are not protesting for, it is things that will benefit Nigerians on the long run they are fighting against. well they are just riding on the gullibility of Nigerians . When they increased electricity tariff did they protest ? No. When they failed to do the Ibadan express way after awarding contract did they protest ? No. when they increased Lasu schools fees astronomically did they protest ? No. NLC is just a union looking for way to make money for themselves and try to make another oshiomole which is impossible. They are unserious.
BusinessRe: How A White Man Surprised All In The Bank by clemmonce(m): 8:18am On Nov 07, 2015
arabianights:
Was in the bulk room of a first generation bank and crowd was quite bad ( yet they say no money ).There were some igbo men that had come to deposit quite an amount of money and had been conversing loudly in their dialect not caring that they were been a nuisance.
All of a sudden a white man comes in and the teller receives his cash whilst ignoring the hisses and insults of customers.

The igbo men, trust them started insulting the man and went ahead to add more in their dialect, the white man then, calmly turnsto them and responded to them in IGBO language then went on to add a few more sentences... the whole bulk room kept shut out of shock of course.I turned to him in amazement to ask him on how he learnt igbo and he smiled and responded to me fluently in HAUSA.

Apparently, he had been there before every one else but the account number was wrong and he was told he couldnt make calls in the banking hall, he then went out to make a call and wait for the right account number. On his return,hE went straight to the teller as she had assured him that when he returned ,he wouldnt have to join the queue again. The teller should have explained to all instead of ignoring customers.

Any way my point is that these white men are smatter than us, they learn our languages so as to enable themselves settle in and do business whilst most of us go to their countries and come back the same people we were when we left if not worse.
white men smarter than us ? you will say smarter than you not us next time. inferiority complex at its peak.

It’s now obvious that Lagos is no longer a place it used to be in terms of security of life and property since the beginning of this regime. Something serious needs to be done.
You just spoilt your post with your last paragraph. Has Lagos ever been 100% safe. So during Fashola's regime there was no armed robbery attack abi? try to be straight forward in your doings.

Good try. Please return home ASAP and form your cabinet, our economy is dying.

History

Most Nigerians will not remember this period, in fact, about 77% of Nigerians (that is Nigerians under the age of 35) were not born or were too young to understand what was happening at the time the term ‘Ghana must go’ was coined, but it was not in the very distant past.

In the 1970s, Ghana was facing a lot of economic hardship, just about the same time Nigeria had an oil boom, Nigeria’s economy was flourishing. Citizens of some West African countries (mostly Ghanaians) flocked into Nigeria in search of pastures green. In the early 1980s the oil boom somewhat subsided and there was also economic downturn in Nigeria due to low oil prices, jobs were no longer readily available even for Nigerians. The Federal Government decided that the Ghanaians and other African migrants had overstayed their welcome. The Nigerian government enacted an expulsion order in 1983, about 700,000 Ghanaians were returned to their country. The Ghanaians during the exodus used a peculiar type of bag to move their belongings; the bags were popularly termed by Nigerians as ‘Ghana must go’ bags. Well, Ghana left, and if you must know, Ghana is doing really well.

Ghana has since then attained significant economic growth and huge human development, which is majorly down to the growth in manufacturing and exportation of goods.
