Family › Re: Could My Wife Be Cheating On Me? Advice Needed by clemmonce(m): 9:52pm On Apr 27, 2020 |
Nelso2: Saw a contact on her phone late last year, saved as aa1 and each time he wassup her it's either he calls her my friend or my love.
Confronted her but she denied, saying it's her customer that is owing her money. Been searching for the contact but couldn't find it again after then.
Recently, I searched on her phone while she was sleeping, went through her wassup again, saw a number saved as 3, had to checked on it, behold the profile picture is the same man. Funny part of it, each time she chat wit him, she deletes the chat at the end of it. Been mad since and about to confront.
The man in question is almost 54 and I am in late 30s. Calm down just as everybody said. She might just be having flirty chat, just to pass time. Which is still wrong in all perspective. Just calm down. |

Until our leader see beyond their selfish reasoning, only when Nigeria will be developed. In order to drive development security is crucial, No Security No Development. Just a simple question if any of us were to be a Multi Millonaire living abroad will you come and invest in Nigeria ? Certainly not. Because the insecurity is too bad. The only solution is to create State Police, then we break it down to Local Government Police, that is the way. But no our leaders wont do it because of politics. Nigeria is the only country i know that operate a National Police System.
You go to developed nations and you see states have their police, even Local Government have their police department, and we think they fools.
The Rich and Political class will suffer from this more.
Our case is like a poor man calling a rich man a fool. There is no foolish rich man, it takes wisdom to be rich and remain rich. The same way developed nations became developed because they did the right thing without politicizing everything.

Nigeria would have been a good country, if not for the lack of Unity of Purpose, we lack unity. We dont see ourselves as one. If Lagos were to be a country it will compete with South Africa 100% on every level, even if the Western Nigeria were to be a country the development will be massive, because the Yorubas have a Sense of Togetherness. They see themselves as one.
Same with the Ibos, (The eastern Nigerian, it will be the taiwan of Africa, production of hub of the world) because they have Unity of Purpose, Same with the North they have this Unity of Purpose too.
The issue with Nigeria is lack of Unity. You wont blame anybody for this. Before the British came North were on their own , same with the West and East. There was Oyo Kingdom (it was a Kingdom) in the West, Biafra in the East and the Hausas of Fulani in the North.
Everybody was okay, but the British messed up everything, i feel they were scared for the repeat of the Indian/Pakistan war not to repeat itself in Nigeria that is why they did not divide us before they left.
India/Pakistan/Bangladash were one country before (India), before the British left they divided them. It resulted in war and famine.
You can read on the history of Africa and how Colonialism affected us. |

Romance › Re: Should I Lend My Boyfriend Money? by clemmonce(m): 1:57pm On Apr 22, 2020 |
Trayceey: Fellow nairalanders,
I have a pressing issue on ground and I need your contribution. My boyfriend has been working for about 5 years now. We've been dating for a while now and he has been so nice and caring. The best ever.
In my past experience in relationships, I have been quite generous but the guys turned out to be ingrates so I vowed never to give any boy my penny again.
When I met my man, he melted my hardened heart with the love he showered on me. On one occasion, I have borrowed him money and he paid me back. Now he's asking me to borrow him another money. Because of this lockdown, he has gone so broke and he opened up to me. Initially, I did not believe him but when I noticed he has run out of food stuffs and the provisions he normally stock his house with, I believed him. I have more than enough money. The money he's asking for is like chicken change to me. But I don't want him to get used to borrowing from me and I have vowed never to give a guy my money again except if he's my husband.
Please I need advice. Fellow ladies like me, what do you think? Should I borrow him? My humble advice to you as a guy, is to give him (but dont act as if you have enough) pretend as if you needed to forgo something in order for you to borrow him the money. Say it with care and love. Just like you said that he is a good guy.. Its okay. If you really love him do it. Or you can do this, Dont borrow him, give him half of the money he is asking, tell him you will use half and he will use half. Dont act like you have plenty money. Lastly, when next he asks you tell him you dont have (With love and respect ooo) just come up with a story of why you dont have money. Then watch his attitude... If he remains the same and acts the same. Then you got yourself a good guy. And like you said he is a generous guy, then you good to go |

The thing is, I asked her if she will marry me and she said YESSS. This girl is fvcken pretty. I mean very pretty and she sings. She is currently in her penultimate year and I think am convinced she likes me for real. Isn't God wonderful? Congratulations. There is a comment that says keep your achievement to yourself not coming public to spill whatever. It is a good comment. Nairalandmonika: Are u comparing girl coming to visit to dating. Like which guy will propose to a girl just coming to visit him? Are u alright at all? You did not get my line. There are guys who seems to carried away because a girl comes to visit regularly means she is ready for marriage. They are dating quite alright. but she visits every weekend have few of her cloths in the house, then some men without playing their card think she is ready for marriage. Not knowing she might be coming for the SEX only. Thats what i mean. Take notes of the points i made if every thing is checked YES, then it is right to propose not in public. No public is my 2 cents |
Romance › Re: What Happens After A Failed Marriage Proposal? by clemmonce(m): 3:13pm On Apr 15, 2020 |
Easybela:
if it fails you move on,I don't know why a guy will propose publicly to someone he hasn't discussed marriage with before, each time you tell your girl"I love you",she replies with"thank you",then one day,you wake up and decides to disgrace your village people. Even she claims to love you, discuss marriage with her severally before coming out public People date for different reasons, not just women alone, men inclusive, not everyone you are dating wants to marry you. Nice reply. PEople dont seem to get it. Just because she comes to visit you does not mean she wants to marry you. TIps to know when it is right to propose. 1. She will always talk about the future putting you in the picture of her future. 2. She will ask you about marriage, then as a guy you can calm her and assure her of your love 3. Dont ever propose in public. Propose to her privately while watching a movie or doing something romantic. DONTS. Dont ever propose to a girl thinking it will revive your lost spark... Ko Le work.... Donr propose in public. |

Scientists: Please no mod should delete this.
I feel like I am inside a trap. I seriously need a way out.
Someone should give me a strategy I can take break away. Any time I swear I will never go back, just give me two or 3 days, I will just let go anything she did to me. I think she is fooling me due to my weakness. But I am just too emotional weak to let her go and stand by it
*Modified Look at the message shes been sending to him this night Here is my 2 cents The babe is using you. Period. Nobody can help you, you have to help yourself. Some toxic relationship seem like hard drug you can not just pull away you keep going back. That is what a toxic relationship does, you know it's bad but you cant leave. My advice is just stop all contact with her and if possible change your number so she does not contact you , because if she does it will take you back to zero emotionally. It will be difficult, I have been there before where I had to walk away from a toxic relationship but my case is different, we were always just fighting and she seem to be manipulating me, I figured it out and I left. It was hard because I still had feelings for her but I had to leave because it was not the right relationship for me. I had to break up with her several times, I break up we make up up to 5 times until I made my mind to let go and move on. It was hard I mean very hard, I changed my number and did everything possible to block her because I know she knows my weak point, all she need to do is to call and persuade me so we can see that's all. I blocked her, it took me six months to get myself and I also looked for motivation in Christ we were having before marriage sex which is wrong so I used that as a motivator to leave her. So brother you have to leave. The earlier the better. I just shared my story to encourage you. She is not a good girl. #2cents. |
