Buy original belts (not the 800 type),

Buy the correct size of belt

Check the AC compressor and alternator pulleys if they are sharp /serrated and replace if yes.

In addition to all above.

When I had that issue it was the alternator pulley, someone had hit it with a tool or something so it had a sharp edge that kept slicing belt.

I changed that about 2 years ago and haven't had belts cut on me, I just change them when frayed or worn now.

Air, Spark, Timing, Compression, Fuel all could stop your car from starting.
I don't think you should keep throwing parts at it

Why would anyone change timing belt every 6months.
Even oil changes with quality last up to a year or 6months

Timining belt change with original parts is fair at least 60k miles or up to 80k which could take 3 to 5years to cover.

6months timing belt

It's usually better to even buy the Timing Belt kit (Belt, Water Pump, Tensioners etc) original and keep for 3 - 5 years.

That 6,500 timing belt is all shades of shady, doesn't need any excuse to cut.

Original Bosch/Gates/Dayco costs far more.

I never enter above an inch of Water.
I saw the flooding too this morning took an almost 10 minute detour to avoid it.
