Uk will start it's lockdown soon. Other countries are doing so , due to increasing daily Covid cases. Please, how many tests are done in Nigeria daily ? Or Lagos just wants to do as other cities in the world are doing?
Ideally, if the doctor that treated those Lekki protesters died of COVID, then all Lekki protesters in contact with him should be tested or be on self-isolation
One soldier killed, and hundreds of youths murdered? What justifies this action? Is there no investigation to apprehend the culprit or culprits?
I don't know how many have been killed in Rivers state, but I have a strong feeling that some innocent loves have been terminated untimely.
If it was a civilian or youths that were killed (e.g. in LekkiMassacre), the state government will set up a panel to investigate. But when it is the other way round, there is no room for investigation.
What is bad is bad! Even the civilian that killed a soldier, if true, it is also BAD! Condemn it as the governor, and do not justify it!

ogaontop: Terror everywhere.........it's getting to a time when countries will start being offensive against terrorists!!
FTC.......am I expecting any extra dollar to my Account?
Other countries are offensive against them. Done be blinded by the rehabilitation and reintegration to the society by your Buhari's government in Nigeria.
waldigit: I salute the courage and the skill of the video recording personality. Those soldiers are out on the order from above to intimidate the people in order to forstall another protest from the youth. Let's wait and see. This man Burantai is up to something. He is the one ruling but his time is almost up.Abacha was worse than this yet he went down.

Boko haram are making money from all these... and probably use it to feed and buy more weapons. Nigerian government should tackle this menace aggressively. If other regions should start similar approach, no one, even those on top, will be safe.
The only way Nigerian government can rescue him now is to pay the Boko haram. I don't think the rescue involves invading the boko haram territory as seen in movies.
I wish you and others in captivity get out there alive. Stay strong pastor!
For those clamouring he should seek an elective office, can you see how the constitution does not allow people.bow the age of 35 to contest for governorship or presidential seats?
And those that made this constitution were led by people in their 20s and early 30s.
ThatFairGuy1: Aside the assault, Nigerians should give Respect to men in uniform. You shouldn't expect them to queue like civilians, they might be on an emergency assignment
True, the uniform should be respected. But if on an emergency assignment, questions can be asked:
Does the army not provide emergency feeding money for them(thinking reason to go to an ATM when on an emergency duty)?
Why would it be during an emergency that a soldier will remember ATM?
If on an emergency task, then being at the ATM is WRONG. Then it's likely not an 'emergency'
Perhaps banks can mount ATMs in the barracks Counties that follow due process, no one jumps queue, irrespective of your status. Nigerians should at least learn that.
Abdulazeez99: Nollywood actor Charles Awurum says the youths are their own problem following unrest nationwide rising from the #EndSARS protest by the youths, Igbere TV reports.
The father of three stated this in a video posted on Sunday on his Instagram page where he addressed the issue of hoodlums looting and destroying businesses.
Igbere TV reports following the shooting of protesters at Lekki toll gate, Lagos on October 20, hoodlums have taken to the streets to loot and destroy private and public property.
IamWonderful: Yes, she is been used by some unscrupulous myopic elements to cause chaos in Nigeria, she is unstable just like sea waves, she said 78 people were confirmed dead in her post, later she said , it was 10 people in which she carried 7 corpse to the same army shooting at them, what type of American movie is she Trying to shoot? she isn't straight forward, she is acting a script
As the situation of things are heating up in the country and taking a different form, from peaceful protests to lootings, chaos and curfew, so many people are trapped and their movements restricted.
Can we give situation reports on our areas? I believe this could help both private individuals and public transportation bodies to know their fate when embarking on long-distance journeys.
For example, Abuja - Lagos, Lagos - Asaba, Abuja-Kaduna, Enugu-Portharcourt etc.
NEWSREPORT: CSP Rabiu Garba is in charge of Fegge Police Station Onitsha. It was reported that almost all his men jumped the high walls of the police station and disappeared in the thin air, but CSP Garba stood his ground and talked the hoodlums out of their planned action and they started hailing the DPO.
The incident has attracted a lot of commendations for CSP Garba who was known for his kind gesture and humane nature in policing Fegge and it's environs. This is a win-win for all.
But trust me, somebody in govt is giving these people tip off as to where these palliatives are stored.
I think it has to be written covid19 for it to be called covid19 palliative. Unless someone bought from government to repackage and sell.
As for the tip off, you don't need an insider to know the locations. Remember it is the 'hungry' ones that offloaded them, so they know where the warehouses are. Or do you think politicians or their children will drive the trucks and offload the goods?
Although they should return the staff... But actually, nothing will happen. Using threats may not work. If the Oba has not been good to the People, he can use this opportunity and apologize to them, assurong them of good leadership, and then appeal that staff should be returned and the returnee won't be persecuted.
If the staff is made of wood, this threat can provide the people holding it and they use it as firewood. Oba, if you're reading this, Use this opportunity to apologize
Those palliative cannot be hidden from the poor masses. Do you know Why?
It is the hustlers that offload those goods It is a driver that drove to those warehouses It is the poor masses that are hungry It is simple to point the location where the foodstuffs are for all to take.
