Na so life be Na.
babyosisi:
I worked for a man that disrespected all his employees
I wasn't even an employee,I was an independent contractor in the practice
This man spoke to people anyhow and there was a day we had a heated argument on the hallway and people expected me to walk out of the job like others had and I didn't.
I showed up the next day and did my job and worked at that job till we moved to another town
To his credit he did apologize to me afterwards but even if he didn't I would have stayed at that job
It was convenient
The hours were good and flexible
I loved my patients
It paid my bills too
Sometimes we just need to suck it up and keep on trucking, nothing comes easy.
Until you open up your own business, you have to work under someone and sometimes you just need to shove some things aside and keep at it.

The creation of woman was was the inception of the undoing of man, people have traced the etymology of the word "evil" to "eve" and drom evil you get "devil". For every man that commits sucide if you investigate properly a woman would/must have instigated him either passively or actively but what can we do, they are a necessary evil, God created them to bring a certain "balance" to a mans life.

OP you can still make it right.
Reaally apologize to your girl. Tell her you want to be a part of her and baby's life. She was begging you when you left and you told her not to ever call you again. For now, she's still upset but I believe she would want to be wih you when the dust clears.
Keep in touch and contribute what little you can even if it is only for diapers. If she will let you,Visit and help her out too with some baby care when you can. Hold your baby and show her that you want want to be the father. But whatever you do, don't be the absentee dad who walks in years later and expect things to be normal. That's horrible advice from your folks.

Then when you can, pls settle down with your babe and your child and the mom will naturally respect you.

Honestly, I think if you'd been Humble enough in the beginning, you could have stayed there in her work place until you've saved some money to start up something of your own if no other job was forth coming. Seeing as you didn't even have to pay rent, the rent money could have improved your savings a bit.

When you see yourself in a bad situation, you plan carefully, endure a little discomfort here and there and then make your move very calculatedly. No rash judgments and decisions or it always backfires.

With what you're saying here about her mom, who knows if you had some disrespectful attitude towards her even while living in her house or you were giving her that self righteous look when guys come to visit her instead of minding your business.

What is this one saying?
Majority of Igbo men respect their wives.
Bark ko.
Chinom:
Mandatory ? ! Hell no. Some women will look at you in a strange if you even say ' Thank you' after each meal. Some African women are even embarrassed to hear it from their husband. In all my years growing up at home, I've never heard my dad say thank you After meals. On the contrary, he will bark that the plates should be removed. However, my mom cooks the food, but does not serve it. The maid serves it.

I am sure most Igbo wives can relate to this. Many Igbo men still live like Okonkwo in " Things fall apart". Very few say thank you to their wives after serving them food. Many wives feel uncomfortable to even hear that 'thank you' that they don't really know how to respond.

I don't think many African men say thank you to their wives for cooking for them. It is not expected. You can always thank your wife in many other ways.

@bold totally agree.

At the rest of your post, one still can't understand where you're leaning to.
Do you realize that just half the energy homophobes spend on castigating homosexuality on NL would have been sufficient to do something about preventing the passing of that bill legalizing child marriage? Apparently not.
Now the west are the bad guys even when we have worse going on in our Nigeria.

Sadly that time you speak about when kids can't have a say on who they marry even if she's 6 and he's 45yrs old has already come for Nigerians.
And it came because instead of fighting our own social ills, we were more concerned about what's happening in the west and what two adults do in their own bedroom.
Do you feel concerned for the westerners that it may also get to them too? The paedophilia thing? That's why I said worry about yourself first.

There's no connection between paedophilia and homosexuality. If there is, then that same connection exists between heterosexuality and paedophilia. Should we then stop men and women having sexual relations with each other because it could lead to some men or women sexually molesting kids of the opposite gender?
Are you going to say you don't know that happens in large numbers everyday?
Why haven't you made the connection between heterosexuality and paedophilia since the myriads of occurrences where one person of the opposite gender molested a child?
Why haven't you put up a campaign against heterosexual sex?

See we will be in total agreement if you create another thread to condemn paedophilia instead of attaching it to homosexuality and trying to pass it off as both things of the same class. They are not.
If heterosexuals can molest kids, there's no reason why this should even come up when the so called ills of homosexuality is being analyzed.

If you may, Just watch, The same people who would like to paint homosexuality as bad will be the first to remind you that Mary was 12 when she had Jesus.(meaning that by implication it is not so bad).

I can't get around to comparing a relationship where two adult men or women decide to be together and a relationship where one person is forced against her will(or his will as the case may be). There's no comparison there.

5minsmadness:
@bolded, fucking LIE.

Give an inch and pests will invade your household.
If you allow one abberation it makes it easier to allow others.
You see, you are gradually preparing to not minding if pedophilia becomes legalised, afterall its none of your buisness.
what you feel is none of your buisness will one day become your buisness.
One day it will be possible for your own 6yr old child to take you to court for infringing on her rights to live with her 45yr old lover; by then there will be nothing you can do about it since it would have been passed into law.
Give an INCH and pests will invade your household.

Now let me read your post properly...

Bloody hell woman, pedophilia and homosexuality fall under the same category of sexual deviation". It took a miracle for the nigerian government to not succumb to the pressures of the west to legalise homosexuality. we all know how the west have been holding a grudge against us since then. So it just so happens that we have a certain religion in this country that supports underage marriage, this religion has some seriously powerful people backing it else legalising of underage marriage wouldnt have happened too, but sadly it did. Does that mean that all nigerians support underage marriage? Does that mean it was a good moral move by the nigerian senate? Does that mean we should stop speaking against it? Of course not! And how do we fight it? By speaking up against it whenever we can. Because if good people say nothing, very soon they will have no right to say anything and what is considered an aberation e.g homosexuality, will be considered normal even though we know deep down that it isnt in all of its ramifications.

I wonder what happened to make you stop using your reasoning faculties like you used to.

Step out of your world=travel to the west. Lol lol lol.
I guess not "reasoning with religious or cultural bias" also means denouncing your religion and adopting a different tribe's way of life as against trying to see things from ther own POV.

Too proud to admit when you made a mistake undecided

FYI ignoring someone also includes not helping them answer questions directed at them.

And you can pretend like you don't have issues with who moved and where they moved to, but this is the third time you're chatting shyt publicly about this. Monkeys will always be monkeys no matter where they live remember?

What the hell do logs and specks have to do with anything? So because nigeria "legalised" pedophilia so i shouldnt speak out against it??
Are you speaking against paedophilia in Nigeria or are looking for a way to blame gays for paedophilia? Two different things. Very different.

Just wanted to remind you that without a homosexual revolution, Nigeria has done well all by itself to ingrain paedophilia in her system, culture and government. So the sooner you dissociate the two, the better for us.

Gays are not responsible for paedophilia.
Nor will giving them 'laxitude' to free living encourage paedophilia.

As for speaking out against paedophilia we are 100% in agreement on that side.

@cococandy,

Do you remember a time last year when we were talking about this exact same topic and you said I and pickabeau1 were propagating conspiracy theories? You can see they are already laying the groundwork for it. Let's see how the next 25yrs will be like. By then they would have legalised pedophilia.
Well Nigeria did not need any gay agenda to legalize paedophilia did we?

Let's assume the man is your son and after 6 years of marriage they are yet to have a baby and all the test and effort shows that the wife of your son is infertile, will you still advise your son not to take another wifehuh Because of for better for worsehuh
absolutely.
They can adopt.

That will be the same way I would advice my daughter not to desert her husband after a few years of marriage and it is discovered that he's impotent.
Anything can happen to anyone.

The only exception is if one of them knows that he or she is sterile and still goes ahead to deceive the other into marriage without first coming clean.
In that case the marriage can be considered null and void because one person entered it blind.

This is a family matter and I think you should understand that the parents of the husband will keep pressurizing the man after like 5years of infertility.
you don't think the parents of the girl can pressurize the man after a few year too? Because you're assuming it has to be woman at fault. What if that's not the case?

Sometime in future when I'm done having kids, I'll stroll into Colombia on a weekend when I'm bored and get me some perky assss and boooobs to go with my pretty face.
So I can come online and claim prettier than other women grin

For only 3000 dollars, you can get a Brazilian butt lift. (There's a reason why it is called Brazilian)

For a mere 10,000 you can get full package total body make over surgery, top notch recovery follow up including an apartment with a house keeper and a chef and total confidentiality from your surgeon so that if you turn out to be Kim K or nicki minaj tomorrow, you can come in public and say you've never had surgery and he won't call you a liar cheesy
Romance › Re: Which Latina Country Has The Most Beautiful Women? by cococandy(f):
There's actual research on why the women from those countries you mentioned have been patronizing plastic surgery for long

Colombia itself happens to be among the top five countries by number where plastic surgery is rife. Like a dime a dozen. Brazil and Puerto Rico are among too.
They have the best board certified plastic surgeons with UK and U.S. Doctors even going there to set up business.
It is called the passion of Colombia and I laugh when some people imagine the grass is greener on the other side.
they are not absolutely prettier than women from other parts of the world.

They love physically enhancing themselves and enjoy when black guys insult black women by saying the Latinas are all naturally endowed.

Truth is black women fall the lowest on the plastic surgery scale yet manage to rub shoulders with them look wise.

Don't be scammed.
