Erm sir, I’m a Christian. So respectfully, I disagree that it is an evil religion. The problem I see with it is that many Christians do not follow in the footsteps of Christ himself upon who the religion was founded.
If they did, callous disregard for others, greed, unkindness, intolerance, lack of empathy, oppression etc wouldn’t be a thing. So it’s not the religion that’s the problem. It’s how people practice it that is the problem.

I agree that the older oppressive cultures of the west did become inevitably infused with Christianity as it was passed down to us. That’s why you can see 10 different preachers teaching from the same verse with different interpretations. Because they interpret based on their own lived experiences. But if one is literate and has common sense, it shouldn’t be difficult like we make it.

Native cultures, traditional religions, Buddhism, Hinduism, Judaism. They are all religions and they are all equally valid and can help the spiritual growth of the practitioner. So when you say colonialism I automatically know you’re referring to Christianity and Islam.

I agree those two were specifically used to colonize Africa. But we’ve adopted them and they have become ours now. I don’t see us going back away from them. I like the scientific method but it does not negate spirituality. What it negates is illogic and superstition. Spirituality is not the same as superstition. Our problem is inability to practice religion as a personal thing. Most people just can’t understand how to support a system that doesn’t make their religious beliefs the default for everyone else.

There are different levels of sex education and you should start as early as possible for both the Male and female child
E.g From 6years, your child should be taught about the need to keep her private parts private
From 9years, they must know what to look out for in predators. Uncle, Aunty etc.
From 12years, they should start to understand the dangers intercourse.
From 16years, teach them safe sex and emphasize the importance/benefits of abstinence

After this, they are adults so you got nothing on them anymore. Just your prayers and presence is all you can give
