They can pay for it by cutting the budget for the Ministry of Women Affairs and/or introduce a new 'baby testing tax' on female income earners . But the government should make it mandatory that it be attached to the birth certificate for tendering in any official capacity. This is so that women cannot emotionally blackmail simpish men into not doing it.

As for its being insignificant, this is totally false. Cited figures come as high as 40% for some countries. If 40% of all business deals by Nigerian men were 419 scams would we not be desperately searching for solution today? Why should women get a pass card?

If they all think like you said you do, I am not interested in subsidizing testing for them. Let them pay through their behinds. Only if making it cheaper favors my pocket would I care.

I’ve previously made it abundantly clear that I do not feel sorry for men who think philandering is their god-given right and then eventually end up with bastard children. It’s the energy they are putting out there coming back for them.

quality won't be affected, this is a service, not a good, if your investment is in the equipment that runs the test and produces the result that tells the percentage of relationship between two samples then the more you run tests the more you make money instead of pricing potential customers out of your services

the sample collection kits matter as well. I know the movies make it seem like it can be done with anything but I think that’s inaccurate.

The 1st thing any cardio doctor would try to detect in their patient is if its genetic or if he/she is brooding about something because those are the major culprits among other things that trigger high blood.
60% if not more of hypertension/cardiac cases are triggered by badnews, ordinary fear triggers high blood, so save all that grammar for A'level exams.
