An application for a long-term residence permit for study purposes is submitted by an alien who will study in the Czech Republic for more than 3 months in a program longer than one year (eg study at a higher or higher vocational school, high school or conservatory study within an exchange program, and language training followed by university studies and, in some cases, free professional practice, volunteer service, etc.).

If studying between 3 months and 1 year is envisaged, a long-term visa application for study purposes is filed.

But exploitation and abuse is rife, with many falling victim to trafficking and serious abuse at the hands of fake recruitment agencies and unscrupulous employers.

TravelBefore You Work as a Housemaid In Saudi Arabia Read This by cocolacec(op):
Before you work in Saudi Arabia
Thursday, 08 September 2016 08:31
By Aliyu Smith Almusawi
Dear my Sunni brothers, I have just learned that you are submitting your applications in droves to various Sunni mosques in order to get jobs in Saudi Arabia because you were deluded to believe that more than two hundred thousand Shias are sacked and expelled from the country so that they could be supplanted with Sunni brothers, and Sunnis from Nigeria too will be recruited, right?
I am sorry to learn that you are marooned on an island of intellectual vacuity because only handfuls of you are aware of the current economic reality in the country and waning hospitality of the country. Besides, you tend to mostly believe every lies that are made against Shias.
Well, to be frank, I am powerless to prevent you from making a decision to work in the kingdom. Considering the fact that Buhari has made life virtually unbearable for every citizen, but before you regret your action please understand that:
More than ten millions Syrians are displaced by civil war and many of whom are living in the most desolate makeshift camps in Jordan, Lebanon and Turkey. Up to two million Syrians have migrated to the West but despite the monstrosity of the humanitarian crisis, Saudi Arabia has not accommodated a single Syrian even though the country’s trouble was largely sponsored by the KSA and its war-mongering allies. More than half of Yemenis are in danger of starvation as a result of aerial and naval blockades of the country and not a single Yemeni is allowed to live let alone work in the country. If the country’s inhumanity could make it reject its fellow Arabs, how dare you think that Saudi Arabia could welcome black Africans like you?
Before you are deceived to get to that country, please remember that the country is one of the most racist countries on earth. Are you aware that it is the incessant tortures of house servants that compelled Indonesia to stop its citizens from working in Saudi Arabia? Are you aware that an Indonesian maid was executed simply because she was accused of negligence when a baby keeled over and died? Are you aware that an Indian woman’s hand was chopped off by a man who accused her of not being good at cooking? Are you aware that menial jobs are the most demeaning jobs that attract paltry wages in the country? Are you aware that thousands of workers from Pakistan, Bangladesh, India and Sri Lanka are leaving the country en masse because the country has lost its luster of hospitality? And there was a time that the Pakistani foreign ministry had to evacuate more than three thousands citizens when they could not pay air tickets to return home.
I cannot force you not to work in the country, but before you go, please remember that the huge fall in oil price has compelled hundreds of construction companies to retrench workers in large scales because the country construction boom is in decline. Even clerics are not spared: as recently as last week, more than ten thousands imams were told to find jobs because the time of lavish spending and frittering away millions on frivolities are over. Citizens are now forced to work or have their benefit cut. In addition, researches have shown that the citizens are some of the most idle and sedentary citizens on earth devoid of innovation skills and troubled by the glaring danger of idle generation and the way they lag behind Iran when it comes to contributing to their nation’s economic growth, the king, Salman has already signaled his readiness to rely less on oil and invest more human resources which means more and more Saudi citizens will have to work. Therefore, don’t believe the lies that you are welcome in the country, and more to the point, there are no Shias working in the country as no Iranians or Iraqis can dare stoop so low as to do menial jobs for their countries are rich enough to cater for their needs.
Before you get to Saudi Arabia, please remember that Nigerians are always regarded as conmen, drug traffickers, pilferers and prostitutes and no matter how hairy your beards look, no matter how punctual you are during work, the way they regard you will not change. But stay here in Nigeria and help rebuild your country. Please try to emulate your Shia brothers in Nigeria who have never dreamed of going to Iran or Iraq to work as cleaners, drivers, sentinels or cooks.
If Saudi Arabia is truly passionate about lifting you out of poverty, please ask them to stop funding mosques and infecting your clerics with Wahhabi ideology, ask them rather to start funding construction of companies so that you can work here

HealthRe: 16 Signs You May Have HIV Without Knowing–if You Notice NO 6,9 Or 14, See Doctor by cocolacec(m): 5:41am On Jul 14, 2018
bettygg:
About 36.7 million people worldwide are currently living with HIV, and 1.8 million of those infected are children who contracted the disease from their mothers according to AIDS.gov.

A shocking one in eight people who have AIDS do not even know they have it yet – are you one of them? While there is no cure for HIV AIDS, if detected early on, antiretroviral treatments, or ART, can keep the disease at bay and allow carriers to lead a fairly normal life.

The only way to know for sure whether you have contracted HIV is to be tested for it.

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea

Around 30% to 60% of the people in the early stages of HIV deal with short-
term nausea, vomiting or diarrhea, Dr.Malvestutto says.

Weight reduction

Called “guides squandering”, weight reduction is a sign of more propelled illness and can vary between a minor weight reduction to extreme looseness of the bowels.

Dry cough

Ron first noticed that something was wrong with him because of the dry cough. But, he thought it was some kind of allergy.

According to Dr.Malvestutto, this cough is typical for patients of HIV who are very ill and could be going on for weeks, with you not seeing the way in which it would be resolved.

Nail changes

Another sign of HIV contamination are nail changes, such as clubbing (bending and thickening of the nails), staining (dark lines or chestnut lines, placed vertically or on a level plane).

This is mostly the case because of some infectious disease, like Candida for example. According to Dr.Malvestutto, patients with worn out insusceptible frameworks are feebler to contagious contaminations.

Dezer:
Dear Nairaland, I had to create this new account to narrate my story as I am in a dilemma. I would be sincere with you guys as I want an honest advice

I am a guy of 27years of age. I and my wife have been married for the past 3 years without any issue. We have been to several teaching hospitals, tradomedical houses and other with no pregnancy yet. We've been told we are both okay but yet no solution in sight.

I myself have been infected with the HIV virus since I was 6 years through a blood transfusions. For over 20years now, I have been living with the HIV virus though I started my arv few years back. My HIV status was what prompted me to get married as I believe anything could happen and I need to father a kid since I have been living with the virus for over 20years.

In the process of getting a solution, we met a nurse who referred us to a teaching hospital, at the end of it, there's nothing than to keep trusting God.

The nurse who referred us to the teaching hospital is a single mom in her early 40s but Divorced with a girl of 15years. Myself and my wife finally got along with the nurse and we became like families. Anytime I am coming back from work, I would branch at her house to see her, give her some money and also play with her and the daughter.

To cut the story short, before she referred us to the teaching hospital, I told her how I have spent lots of money trying to find a solution to I and my wife problems and all the stress I have gone through.

I also asked her how she became a single mother which she explained to me that the father of her daughter became irresponsible, physical abuses and won't take care of her and the daughter and to make it worst, the man is married to another woman who just gave birth to a twins , so she herself isn't interested and they already divorced.

After few months of getting to know her and the daughter as she is now close to I and my wife. I told her I want to get a lady to bore a child for me though I love my wife and won't divorced her , it also doesn't stop me from loving my her and performing my responsibilities as a husband.

Two weeks later, The nurse called and told me she would like to bore a child for me. I was Surprised and I asked her why? She said she noticed all I have been doing to ensure my wife get pregnant but not yielding any result. She said she's 40 plus now and so would like to bore a child for me. I don't know whether to accept or decline the proposal. If I should accept I know I would have to be there for her and the daughter too. All I need is for me to have a child as I believe I my age and health get deteriorated as long as I live with the virus.

Please note that I am not leaving my wife or divorcing her.

If I should , what do you think I can do?

If no, what do you advise?

The age difference?

Family?

Thanks

TravelRe: Domestic Workers Tortured By Their ‘masters’ Gulf Countries by cocolacec(op): 10:05pm On Jul 12, 2018
IT’S BEEN HAPPENING FOR YEARS

It’s an issuing that has been taking place for years.

In 2016, a woman from Kurigram in northern Bangladesh who went to Saudi Arabia as a housemaid, became pregnant after she was raped by her employer. She took shelter at the Bangladesh embassy in Riyadh and was sent back home, broken and forever changed.

According to Bangladesh embassy in Riyadh, Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment, Wage Earners Welfare Board and families of victim women, as many as 150 women from the country were victims of physical and mental torture in Saudi Arabia in 2015.

Their figures were sourced from the Bangladesh embassy in Riyadh, where its nationals can flee to safe houses in a bid to escape work burden and torture.

There have also been numerous reports of domestic workers from other countries including Kenya and India being subjected to abuse at the hands of their employers in Saudi Arabia.

In 2009, US-based Human Rights Watch (HRW) slammed a Saudi Arabian court decision to drop charges against an employer accused of abusing an Indonesian maid so severely she lost her fingers and toes.

HRW said Nour Miyati had been beaten daily and forced to work long hours without rest for her Saudi employers, knocking out a tooth and damaging one of her eyes.

A judge who reviewed the case in Riyadh awarded Ms Miyati about $US670 ($AU696.47) for her injuries but dropped charges against the wife of her employer, who had earlier confessed to abusing the maid and had been sentenced by a lower court to 35 lashes.

“This outrageous ruling sends a dangerous message to Saudi employers that they can beat domestic workers with impunity, and that victims have little hope of justice,’’ Nisha Varia, senior researcher in the women’s rights division at HRW, said at the time.

Ms Miyati had earlier had her fingers and toes amputated because of the delay in receiving care for gangrene and malnourishment, the group said.

I RECEIVED NO SALARY BUT ONLY VIOLENCE’

In the majority of cases those who have left their home countries to work as maids in Saudi and been abused have not been paid for their work. Several have reported having their passports taken by their employers once they arrived.

Aisha Begum, a Bengali domestic worker, told the Middle East Eye she ran away from an employer who did not pay her for four months and repeatedly beat her. She was also leaving the Gulf State to return to her home in Bangladesh yesterday.

Another woman, who didn’t want to be identified, told local media she arrived in Saudi Arabia late last year for a job as a domestic worker but was instead “taken to different apartments where men of Arab descent tortured” her.

“I received no salary but only violence and sickness during my days in Arab,” she said.

TravelDomestic Workers Tortured By Their ‘masters’ Gulf Countries by cocolacec(op): 10:02pm On Jul 12, 2018
THOUSANDS of women from all over the world continue to be lured to Saudi Arabia with the promise of steady jobs only to instead be tortured and raped by their employers, according to reports.

Khaleda Akhter, 28, has just spent months inside a Bangladeshi-run safe house in Saudi Arabia, and was yesterday wrapped in bandages and on her way home to Bangladesh to see her two children.

Like thousands of other women who also migrated to work as maids in the Gulf kingdom, Ms Akhter fled her employers, following months of physical and mental abuse.

“They tried to burn me,” Ms Akhter told the Middle East Eye.

“Not once, but twice. If I knew this would happen, I would never have gone.”

Another former domestic worker who travelled to Saudi Arabia for employment before escaping told news.com.au she was regularly “tortured by [her] master”.

There are more than a million domestic maids working in Saudi Arabia, the world’s biggest oil exporter where many families employ foreign home help.

Rights organisations say many domestic maids work in difficult circumstances, do not know Arabic and often suffer from abuse by their employers.

One of the most shocking cases emerged in 2014 when a Sri Lankan maid returned from Saudi Arabia with 24 nails inside her body. The woman alleged that her Saudi employer had tortured her and drove nails into her body as punishment.

In another incident, Indonesian housemaid Sumiati Binti Mustapa, 23, was severely beaten by her Saudi employer who put a hot iron to her head, mutilated her with scissors and left her with broken bones and internal bleeding in 2010. The offender was later sentenced to three years jail.

A United Nations report released earlier this month warned that more needed to be done to prevent the exploitation and abuse of domestic workers in the Middle East.

The “implementation and enforcement remain major challenges, and continuing and credible allegations of abuse and fraudulent behaviour continue to plague the sector”, the International Labour Organisation (ILO), a UN agency, report said.

ILO estimated that nearly one in five of the world’s migrant domestic workers live in the Middle East, a total of 3.16 million people of which 1.6 are women — although the organisation claims that may be a conservative estimate.

“Important progress has been made over the last few years by a number of countries in the Middle East towards legislative change to protect migrant workers,” the ILO report read.

“Yet implementation and enforcement remain major challenges, and continuing and credible allegations of abuse and fraudulent behaviour continue to plague the sector.”
Dhaka University associate professor of international relations Syeda Rozana Rashid said the increasing demand for female housekeepers “has led to the rise of overseas female migration in the countries that provide very little ground for human rights exercise“.

“It is not possible to bring the receiving countries under any agreement to contain the level of repression,” she said. “It will result in low remittance inflow and decrease the demand for workers from this region.”

About 35 per cent of domestic workers in Saudi Arabia are Filipinos and Indians, the daily newspaper Al Eqtesadiyah reported.

The number of Bangladeshi workers going to the Kingdom for work was over 68,000 in 2016 and rose to over 83,000 in 2017. But many of them are rushing to get out even quicker than they got in.

In 2018, at least 1000 Bengali maids returned to Bangladesh to escape physical and sexual abuse in Saudi, according to local non-government organisation BRAC.

Let us see reason and take Arabic off our currency and Military emblem shall we?
Islamic (Sharia)law is part of Nigerian law and it is studied in many Northern universities including Unilorin where the lady graduated from.Penal Code is framed from Islamic point of view regarding crimes.Have you ever seen sharia court of Appeal before?
I can speak for Unilorin, those who studied Islamic law also study Common law so they have more courses to take attimes. They graduate with combined hons in Law.

Oga, Israel is not any heaven abeg, stop peddling ignorance.

Imagine a lecturer with a regular job and pay absconding to be an illegal migrant in Israel?

Israel of all places where the citizens and the government don't like blacks!

Why are we Nigerians so stupid?

There are no monies to be picked on the streets "in the abroad".

Don't go and constitution nuisance in another man's land!

I know Nigeria is hard, I'm not saying anybody should not leave. But plan your movement and follow the legal route. Also, set your expectations and priorities right because even as a legal migrant, you still won't be picking money on trees.

The only people who make easy money outside Nigeria are drug dealers and yahoo boys. But mind you, they often get caught. A few of them who manage to escape come back to Nigeria brandishing a lot of wealth after just a few months of leaving and then you in Nigeria would think that's how easy it is to make money outside.

Nigerians abroad should help stop this menace. We know you are trying to make us see you as a baller, but stop portraying a false picture of life abroad to Nigerians at home. Not when they ask you of your monthly earning, you tell them $3,000 which loosely converts to ₦1 million in naija. But you don't tell them that you pay more than $1,000, which is around ₦350k as rent every month, not yearly. You don't tell them the money is taxed, you don't tell them that the money is made there and spent there.

I really feel sad knowing what these "abscondees" are going to face in Israel. They could be caught and deported. By then, they would have lost their stable job in naija. Chai.

Lastly, I even think this useless pilgrimage should be scraped. It is not serving any serious purpose and is just an avenue for politicians and rogue clergy men to steal government money.
The other time, government even had to subsidize FX for the purpose of pilgrimage.
That same period, I knew a man whose daughter was stranded in the UK because he couldn't find £ to send her. The same period, many business owners could not source FX to import their goods. Yet, government was subsidizing FX for a useless venture.

Instead of going to Israel and mecca, contributing to their economy in the name of useless pilgrimage, let us turn our own shrines and sacred forest to placed of pilgrimage too.

Did you know a certain native doctor in my village went up to the sky without tasting death? This happened in the early 20th century and not some fairy tale. In fact, the ruins of the man's shrine are still there today for all to see. If you are in doubt, follow me to my village in December, and I will show you.

People didn't know about this because we didn't have a lot of learned people back then. Also, they didn't attach much importance to the occurrence. If it had been documented, my village would have produced another Jesus and my village would have been a pilgrim site today.

I know there are other pilgrimage worthy sites scattered all over Nigeria. But because of our colonial mentality, we won't want to tap them. No wahala. Let's keep wasting FX on a useless venture.
Thank you my brother even though i dont agree with all you have written, sometimes i think Nigerians are some of the most ignorant people in the World. They never read the news or seek genuine information.

Any Nigerian planning to abscond must do that in EU countries,US,Canada,New Zealand or Australia. All these countries have asylum procedure with a humanitarian touch.

Anyone absconding in any other country in the world apart from the ones mentioned above is jumping from frying pan to fire.

Nigerians believe in Illusions The christians abscond in Israel while the muslims abscond in Saudi Arabia because they are holy lands unfortunately these two holy land countries discriminate against black people.

This is another reason I keep telling guys (the ones that care to listen) to forget naija women. Make money travel out and marry a good girl. Foreign girl will hold you down through thin and thick. Foreign girl will support you even if you get a half century jail term.
Naija girls are in relationship for what they stand to gain.
Naija girls are leeches and unfaithful. Disloyal ingrates.
Nigerian women are better than Western women by far.Have you heard of Monkey branching and Carousel riders

If every muslim is suicide bomber by now there will be no muslims in the World.Suicide bombing and terrorism is a game of chess by the elites to create confusion and tyranny in the World and later usher in the New World Order as the only solution to Mankind.
Christianity EtcRe: Islamic Cleric Divorces Wife Who Converted To Christianity & Changed Name by cocolacec(m): 11:47am On Jun 26, 2018

Have you ever notice that 98% of divorce in the customary court is between the Muslims. If you don't believe me start watching, reading and listening to divorce news . If not Rabiatu and Kamoru, Kadijat and Abdul Fatai , Lukman and Sekinat etc.

Its funny but real. check for yourselves.
The reason for high rate of divorce cases reported at the customary court are between muslims is because Islamic marriage and no marriage under the Act comes under Customary court .Those who marry at the registry and under the Act( Matrimonial Causes Act)will make their request for divorce at the high court. You can only conclude your assertion if you have statistics from both the high courts and customary courts.

No, it isn't. I'm fighting to get out of it, why take another step of no return?
I think its better you get married to the lady soonest, delay is dangerous.Try to legalise your union before God and man.
