I agree the first 10-15mins will be cautious, but i want Fergie to go gung-ho if there is no goal after 15mins.
We should not be scared of playing our sweet flowing football as thats what brings out the best in the team, if we try to respect or be too cautiuos we migth give chelsea the drive and confidence they need to make them believe.
i just hope our midfielders would be able to express themselves.

Chelsea are no push overs and they definitely also have a plan, this should be quickly read and assessed by Fergie within those first few minutes for adequate reaction. Guess AG would be doing same.

I get your point but i also think we had to spend big last summer, no doubt the fantastic Four have definitely make the difference for us this season. The point am trying to make is that those Big summer signings are quite young in age and we shud use them till they start dwindling in form or become injury prone.

We have been talking bout signings and we have only been talking bout a RB and out and striker, which other department do you think we need to Buy?

Selection will be the issue here especially for Man U, cos everyone seems to be fit.
The tricky part would be in the Mid field, who does Fergie Play and who does he rest.
Will he be expecting to win the game in 90mins or having to be cautious, knowing it could go to extra time and then pen.

Does he rest players like tevez, hargreaves, Anderson to intoduce them later after reading the game or do we go Gong-ho and try to win it in 90mins. if these guys are going to be rested that wud mean having a scholes, ronaldo, carrick, nani/park and probably fletcher starting in the middle, with Rooney upfront, this means 4-5-1. then make changes as the game goes on. i think Fergie will start the Team that played against Westham on the last day of the Epl campaign

Chelsea will not be an easy push over cos they have a very effective midfield which is where i think the battle will be, lampard, cole,ballack,makalele are a formidable lot. Another thing is what will AG play, will he be cautios also or will he be daring enough to play a 4-4-2 Anelka and Drogba combo, which in ma opinion would keep Vida and Rio alert for the duration of the game. I think AG will be cautious in a game of that Magnitude.

All in all its gonna be one hell of match, we shall be watching.

Brown was a pillar in the defence and as for Ferdinand, i dont have words to describe this guy, he made Eto'o and Bhojan look like ordinary players. Messi was the major threat but Evra was up to the task, _{but that messi boy sha} Henry was an embarassment, think the occassion took the better of him.

Nani, Park, Carrick, Evra, Hargo and my man Scholes were in the mood yesternite.

On the otherside, i did not like the Giggs/fletcher substitution, it kinda gave Barca the Edge in the midfield. i believe the subsitution made the last fifteen minutes of the game tension soaked, at a time i actually cud not watch, not that Barca was playing too well, but because anything could have happened, a mistake by our defenders because of the slack in the midfield or an atrocious call by the ref could have turned the game around.

Did u guys see Rio telling the players to think/concentrate, that gave me confidence.
