Even though it still spikes blood sugar but not compared to sugar. That is why simple sugar has a high glycemic index than this foods.

The problem is not just the sugar because our daily meals have sugar content. The problem is Nigerians do not burn this excess sugar. Kids food and drinks contains a lot of sugar because their body metabolism is high and they need the energy to play rough play. You as an adult can't keep up with such level of activity.



The bulk of this sugar has a way of storing themselves in the most unwanted places. Stomach, arms, cheeks...etc. While Nigerians are not obesed, they are quite shapeless. In Nigeria, Betting is for people that can spend 10k and above without been worried especially if it's 100k and above.

I learnt this when I picked 2 games with 5.34 odds and put imaginary stake of N200k to see the outcome and the games won..

so if I had 200k and also had the mind to stake it on that day I would have won over N1m.

The next day I picked 10 games and staked another imaginary N200k on it and 2 games cut it the winnings would have been over N35m.

Its better to pick 2-4 games and stake with 6 figures or don't bet at all..

The 97 odd games you picked if you had staked 200k it would have been over N20m.
