Christianity Etc › Re: Why I Have A Fleet Of Private Jets, Bishop Oyedepo Reveals by CodeTemplar: 12:19pm On Sep 03, 2023
SETHARTHUR:
If it's portable he will use money from his show to help poor masses like providing fuel food stuffs etc.
But so called pastors will use money from Thier crusade to buy bullet proof cars, private jets.
If heaven is where the likes of otedepo, suilieman etc. is going, then I am going.
Portable wasn't paid up to 10 million naira to perform at NBA, and he used 1 million to donate fuel for the masses. Otedepo and other cone men makes billions every Sundays but absolutely nothing to show for it. Except buy bullet proof cars and private jets to rub it on face of thier gullible followers.
Lol. You funny with your ignorance.

Pastors too give but bible doesn't support flaunting the giving process. That you do not know of something doesn't nullify its existence.
Romance › Re: 8 Mistakes Of Many Men In Marriage by CodeTemplar: 12:12pm On Sep 03, 2023
LoveUdie:
Pastor Bisi Adewale

Lots of Men are making mistakes in their Marriages, this is making life difficult for their wives and Children. We need to examine this and tutor all Men to behave better.

Here, I will be exposing 8 Mistakes of Many Men in Marriage:

1) SLAVE-WIFE MENTALITY: It’s not funny to know that lots of Men see women as slave, servants or something close to that. They believe women are good for nothing but sex, baby making, house chores and cooking. They operate with that kind of mentality with their wives. Many believe a wife should only be seen not heard, it’s really funny the way some men treats heir wives.

2) PUTTING FAMILY OVER WIVES:
Lots of African Men are fond of this, they put their extended family first, they even make their wives to slave for their extended family members. Some beat or even divorce their wives because of their siblings. This is totally wrong. It’s madness to allow your family Members who are in their own Marriage to destroy yours, it’s high level of foolishness to allow your siblings to take over your marriage.

3) SPERM DONOR MENTALITY: Lots of men are more-or-less sperm donors in their marriages, apart from getting tingling their wives pregnant they have no other roles in Child bearing and rearing. Whenever babies cries, It’s very common to hear Nigerian men saying, come and carry your baby, don’t you hear your baby is crying?,most of the time only women attends Children parties in School, only mothers attend PTA meetings and many other events in School, Men thinks they are too busy to do that what a mistake?

4) CLASS TEACHER ATTITUDE: Lots of Men believes their wives have nothing to offer, they believe they are wiser, stronger and better than their wives. So they develop Class teacher mentality, whereby they are only ready to teach, lecture and tutor their wives. To them their wives should not advise them. This is very wrong, God planted your wife into your life to complete you, if you don’t listen to her you are missing a lot.

5) LIVE AND EAT ATTITUDE: This is another bad attitude of many men. They believe their duty at home is to eat, watch Television and sleep. Anything in the management of the house does not concern them. They believe only women should cook, boil, clean the house watch the plates, fetch water bath the Children and dress them up, this is another very funny lifestyle of many men, they should please note that this is 21st century and improve.

6) WIFE BATTERING: In some part of Nigeria wife battering is seen as a norm, so many men are in this habit, some women where maim or even killed in the process. I wonder what kind of Man will beat a woman he promised to love, care and cherished if not an animal-like man, wife battering is barbaric and should be condemned by all.

7) MEN-SEX MENTALITY: Lots of men also believe sex is for men, women should not enjoy it, so they approach their wives with horse rider mindset, they have no plan to make their wives enjoy sex but to do their thing, enjoy themselves and go their way, this is very unwise and unkind to women.

cool CAT MOUSE SEX ATTITUDE: With Men-sex mentality most Men develop what is known as Cat-Mouse attitude towards sex. They grab their Wives the way Cat does grab mouse and begin to sleep with them, no romance, no pre-intimacy, no good or kind words, no mind for the ladies they are sleeping with, it is very unfair.

Men should wake up to the reality of modern life and improve their relational ability at home, loving and be loving and caring thereby becoming better husbands and fathers.

You will not fail in marriage in Jesus name
The author wrote trash!

Marriage was invented by God and He has a manual for it. You made no rerefence to the manual of marriage. That's like a wheelbarrow owner trying to advise a Mercedes Benz owner without reference to Mercedes Benz design or manual. Foolish at best.

Christianity Etc › Re: Misunderstanding Of Christians On Money by CodeTemplar: 11:24am On Sep 03, 2023
There isn't any such thing as good money or bad money. Instead, there are good people with money and evil people with money.
Wrong. Money from immoral acts should be evil money and rejected as such. Receiving proceed of prostitution theft or gambling is an encouragement of the act. Though the bible tell us woe unto whom offence comes through, receiving proceeds of the offense is indirect encouragement of it.

Yes it can. Just get the crude oil, firewood, big pot, some catalysts, recipe book and boom N50 per litre is sure.

Be prepared to hear stories of how flood destroyed their rice farms and they paid bandits levies and ransoms.
That's why economy goes beyond recycling money and paying public servants salaries alone and I always oppose isolated approach of govt to economy.

Fix security, amenities, bulk buy inputs, share working strategies, build centralized storages, and above all buy excess output for onward processing to avoid breakdown in value chain.

Unsustainable pricing. Govt should stop acting as father Christmas and allow private companies manage things like this. At the end of the year, they'll tell us they lost N10bn of taxpayers' money, because of their poor, unsustainable business model.
the pricing should be lower self.

Woah! That's impressive.
#RenewedHope
Nothing impressive about a project that may never start and if started may never be completed due to corruption of inflated rate of contract/pausity of funds.
What about politically motivated vandals?
This is akother time wasting idea to allow them tunnel barely saved funds into private pockets. Will Lagos to Abuja be the only movement within Nigeria? Though a busy route, it may be too costly for Nigerians generally to expend so much resources into a Lagos Abuja rail.

"We simply don't have those resources anymore. We're not just saving money, we're also facing realities around what we can afford," Kyari said.
So accurate. When the naira was being heavily defended, the prices of imported goods became artificially low internally. Now people are getting a better picture of luxuries that they can simply not afford.

Strength of currencies are relative to self as well as to other currencies.

You must heard saying like $100m was only $100m - $Xm 50 years ago or as of 1973.

It means the dollar itself is changing value against its older self.

Food › Re: Palliatives: Rice Price Spikes As FG, States’ Suppliers Mop Up Markets by CodeTemplar: 11:54am On Sep 01, 2023
Brendaniel:
Oga that theory has not helped Nigeria since Buhari closed, it was purely counter productive, if the borders are opened people will source for dollars from anywhere available including outside Nigeria to import and make money, It is not only the CBN that provides dollars, the production you are talking about the same government is killing the manufacturing sector and a lot of farmers are not feeling safe farming.

The truth is Tinubu partnered with Buhari to destroy Nigeria for their selfish ambitions.....
Comprehend before replying. Borders can be open but local production must be prioritized otherwise the naira will lose value and the foreign goods that look cheap at the moment will become costlier locally again.
Food › Re: Palliatives: Rice Price Spikes As FG, States’ Suppliers Mop Up Markets by CodeTemplar: 11:31am On Sep 01, 2023
Beremx:
Tinubu should open the border unconditionally for Nigerians to buy rice at cheaper rate. With the way things are going, a bag of rice might cost 100k before the end of the year.

SMH
That means you will need forex for import and most likely run to CBN, then cry that emefiele finished all the dollar again.

Instead, let's embrace production and substitute imports as much as possible.
