Anything to politicize the protest. We can't all sell our souls for national cake. Let Buhari be held accountable.

Can you pple stop saying what you dont know. Stop bringing usa into this if you dnt know what you talking about. The vast doenst steer a country forward. Look at yourself, your brain makes up only about 2% of your body mass yet it controls your whole body. Now look at the brains of usa, those at the helm of power, and also the scientist, the astronauts, the ilumantis, the free masonries, how many of them are christians or muslims? Yeah thats a question m asking you, oh when an asteroid is heading towards smashing earth, they ll start fasting and praying?
You are quick to attribute the success of America to those currently in charge but I think the right thing to do would be to examine those who drove the industrialization and advancement there. Have you imagined why Isaac Newton isn't named Isa Newton or why Michael Faraday isn't named Mukhail Faraday?

Well I believe you can figure that out sir.

Religion is a concept but to me, Christianity when done well is the reality.

It has destroyed us.
Nigeria is the most volatile nation in this world because of religion.
We are number one in religious sensitivity.
That's how bad it is.

I have said it countless times, if religion is the type practiced in Nigeria, I'm happy not to be part of it.
Nothing dulls the brain like religion.
U believe all manner of fairly tale from some desert people and allow their laws and traditions to rule and guide u because the west accepted and introduced them to us.

That's why I love Asia, that bullshit didn't work for them. They strongly believed in their system and didn't allow foreigners to pollute their age long tradition.
As time goes on, they modernised and made away with some dark traditional believes and modified some and those principals are still guiding them.

We would have continued with modified amadioha and rest instead of embracing what the white gave us after stealing us dry.
Stop blaming religion.
Before religion we were selling ourselves to white men in exchange for dry gin and mirror. That same attitude is our problem. Why haven't the blacks who were migrated to America and Europe advanced more than their more religious brethren left behind in Africa?

If you dig deep you will discover that most technological breakthrough in the industrial age were directly traceable to Christians or religious folks like Michael Faraday, Isaac Newton and co.

Religion in fact when practiced well is the catalyst for human advancements.

We need to start taking responsibility for what we are going through instead of blaming religion and God.

Look at out refineries for example, we have so much oil that can engage as much as 1 million extra hands when refined but we choose to export them raw and blame God/religion as though God didn't give us oil. Same goes for farming also. We have good whether and water but choose to ignore those only to blame God for the sufferings of poor people. Yet when it is time to steal we deny God.

APC govt is all about who is with us and Buhari's tribal/regional/religious interest.

Even the much advertised anti-corruption war is one sided. And now national security is also one-sided.

Who are they ?

Rosicrucisnism is not a religion, therefore no burden is placed on anyone to believe or not to believe God , gods or their associates myths.
It is a school, a school of philosophy where diverse issues of philosophy, science, religion, history are freely explored. And like all schools, you do whatever you like with your knowledge.
There is no particular belief system being propagated.

I don't believe in the existence of God. I did before.
It's about asking questions, the deep inner questions that we have , and following where they lead.

I kept asking questions, more and more questions , until it let me to more and more answers, and finally to answer that the universe did not ever need a God.
A closed school?

Lol! Thanks but no thanks for I don't drink from the well of ignorance! cool

So please save your pity for you and your fellow hypocrites and antichrist Jehovah witnesses who have been clearly been humbled by this question.

For sure It's a huge understatement to say that Jehovah witnesses know how to lie better than me, however I don't respect liars so no next time! grin

I know you Jehovah witnesses are only under obligation to lie and deceive people, so you are right! cheesy

Seriously? So where else were we headed all these while when you knew the destination was just to answer a simple yes or no question?

Hope though that after all these noise making, you don't disappoint. wink

I said it!

After all the noise making, you answered questions that i didn't ask you, but failed to give the answer to the one I asked.

You think you are smart. You Jehovah witness hypocrites are ashamed to say, "i'm a servant of my father! But if it's to call Jesus a servant of His Father now, you would start using it to sing a song.

Let me teach you how to answer the question correctly with my own answer to the question which is:

"NO, I AM NOT A SERVANT OF MY FATHER"!

It's that simple. No need for tautulogy.

So i'm going to pose the question again and you must answer the question just as I did here without any deceptive craftiness as you did on that occasion, otherwise you'd confirm my view that you Jehovah witnesses are liars, hypocrites and Antichrists.

They'd rather the Pastor have their tithe than raise the pay of their pauperized Gatekeeper.
All the billions being handed to our public university system and largely managed by irreligious folks, what have they amounted to?

Now.
I think I should go serious on this.

In Nigeria for example , religion cloud the heads of their believers not to think beyond their nose.

Nigerian Christians and Muslims alike believe whatever leadership in their country is instituted by god irrespective of how they emerge and shouldn't be questioned ; thereby giving these plunderers free will in their reign of terror over the country
.
If these are true how come religious folks excel more than indifferent or less religious folks? Religion doesn't in any way make believers lazy mentally. It is specific doctrines within some religion or sect I can agree makes people lazy mentally. Doctrines like fate is Gods plan or Boko Haram.
How advanced were our forefathers who didn't practice religion? They were backwards and sold themselves for the inventions of religious folks.

That guy is also quoting me intentionally, but as you can see I ignored him.

God bless you for your self control.
Good to know. You must have noticed the pattern of one user account posting things them another combative user account stepping up to interpret and taking it personal to explain another man's idea.
The whole basis for his sustained attack on me now is that I do not that realize or know that "God cannot be mocked" - a scripture I probably used over a dozen times on Nairaland.

Back to topic, what do you make of seers and diviners or divinations?
I asked because I see a strong link between them and cultists. What are the effects of divination on the one being assessed or the victim so to say? In fact I believe almost all new members get researched by an old member and wonder the most effective way to about avoiding such for unwilling 'potentials'.

I felt if people are aware of consequences of their actions they will understand better the far reaching consequences of cultism and occult practises and stay clear of it.

@EnthronedByGod, I am really restraining myself from engaging certain characters like I did before.

The reason I asked about restitution and repentance is the popular notion among youths that they can safely afford to belong to something (a club or cult) and make money for themselves with it before accepting Christ, then enjoy their salvation booty.
You may have noticed the guy mentioning me and sampling scriptures that aren't relevant to these points and clearly out of context. I don't want to be seen as the one derailing but may have to reply.

EnthronedbyGod:
Let's agree to disagree, I'll rather stick to what the Holy Ghost taught me, however I'll like to ask you 2 questions and I'll need a sincere and direct answer from you.

1- If you got a job with a fake certificate, and along the line you got born again.
Will you continue with the job, since Christ has forgiven your sins, or will you go to the management and tell them you're resigning?.

2- If you were the governor of Lagos state and looted $20million dollars and ran to Cambodia after your tenure. The EFCC then declared you wanted.
While in Cambodia you got born again, and noticed you still had about $15million left, will you restitute the money or continue your stay in Cambodia, spending the money since your sins have been forgiven.
The thing is some people may hear stories like these of impossible restitution as being championed by certain poster and decide to go on a stealing spree or sinning spree with the hope of giving their life to Christ then enjoying their loot. Thoughtful and subtle questions though.

I pity these Abuja people because they voted against him,but no single pity or tears for whoever was at least 18years and supported his return. No single iota of pity!
If by those that voted him you are talking about the Yorubas then remember that these same Yorubas were at the fore front of the movement that installed GEJ oh.
That means the north should equally hate Yorubas and the Yorubas should not participate in elections or politics. That would a dumb idea.
