paxonel: this isnt time to spread any further. It is time to educate the people which the gospel has already been spread to . I mean, there are no point jumping to another country when the country you are have at hand to teach and educate about scriptures are lacking in knowledge Imagine, going to these countries with your private jet to teach bible, they will look at you and some sensible one among them will ask, how many bible knowledge people in your country nigeria have that they are known to be the most corrupt people?
And on top of your private jet, you will not have a valid answer to that question, is that not ridiculous? was England or France free of corruption or corrupt people when they were giving the world missionaries? |

People just talking to be heard. Let them talk about Buhari who travels less but has more jets that's funded by tax forcefully obtained unlike tithes and offerings. |

may be they should spread the gospel internationally with okada and keke. Some of those pastors travel more than Buhari and yet we don't question Buhari for having almost a dozen jets. |

BrutusOj: It can only be in Naija. Some people will come here to say, if you can not keep to their rules and regulations, leave the school. Most of these guys regretting being sent to that school never choose the school but their parents made the choice. A school should be a school, a bible collage should be a bible collage. Same way many others where forced into cultism and a shrine should be a shrine while a school should be a school. If you ask me, I prefer a system that lays down the rule openly to you than one that forces you into a dark world. |

prince3009: Once you enter the school, you have made a covenant to be controlled! You make it sound like an occult system where the details of the covenant are concealed until you enter into it. Covenant University doesn't do that, instead they lay down the rules plainly for you and it is up to you to abide by them if you signed up for them at admission time. Many folks come from irreligious home where they aren't user to the harsh discipline that goes with serving God acceptably. On the other hand, Oyedepo himself has put his own children through tougher religious discipline and expect the students to cope with lesser ones he lays down. |

tactius: Landmark university fees : 600000 on average...
Federal university fees: 60000
No wonder Add the federal allocation to public school 60,000 and you have a narrower gap. finally multiply the amount for each school by school population and you see that public schools ( especially federals ) get 4-5 times what Landmark gets. |

JasonScoolari: Dear Musa Usman,
In your bid to be the hero of your community who care less about your existence all through your 25yrs of being a "Mai Guard," you blew a golden opportunity for you to become a Landlord of your own and make your family comfortable... Some of your community people will only sing your praise for a short while but your family will keep on regretting your "heroic decision"
Take note Musa, nor be everybody for your community go happy with this your decision as you've temporarily made some "Mai Ruwà" (Water seller's) jobless and make the government more lazy.
Enjoy your water and your "thatch house." If the community people are smart they should gather something and get him a smaller house. |

HigherEd: Europe, North America, Australia are all products of Christian homogeneity prior to the 21st century. They wers never perfect but we see what Christianity produced in those nations... Now looking at the products of secularism/atheism in China and North Korea, the blood trail of islam we can boldy say the world has proved Christianity to be the most forward thinking, progressive religion/ideology.
My religion, Christianity ended the killing of twins and human sacrifice in Nigeria, gave the world awesome universities like Yale, Harvard and the likes. My religion, Christianity runs the highest number of Orphanages, home for the elderlies in the world. My religion Christianity laid the foundation for Gender equality by the propagation of monogamy.
Islam on the other hand has left a trail of blood every where with nothing tangible to show for it existence. Islamic nations that have thrived economically did so DESPITE Islam and not because of it. The religion has murdered innocent people and have turned young men into monsters while turning young women into psychological and physical slaves. Human sacrifices still go on but secretly. |

ONNYX: If we had just 10 Oyedepos' in this country who needs a national government?
In more advanced climes he would be revered as a National ICON.
Even his worst critics will doff their hats when reality dawns as they visit the CU.
My father, British trained at all levels, retired as a professor in a Second Generation National University and always rated all private Universities as substandard. As a member of the council, he visited CU together with his colleagues and there he knew that Khaki is definitely not the same thing as leather. Indeed, Oyedepo is iconoclastic.
i would have expected the government to adorn him with the highest national honour by now.
But what do I know? National what? |

Landmark's overaching vision is to feed Africa and Buhari or no Buhari there's no way a university/company like landmark would ignore Africa's second largest staple product.
