Sirjamo:
All these your useless questions should be directed to those who sold the power sector to quacks
Those you call quarks are at least able to generate the power to a level where those directly under Fashola can't fully distribute it. The fault is still with the Fashola side of the team. What about prepaid meters also?
Don't forget this same Fashola removed the fixed service charge in exchange for higher tariffs in 2016 and what he promised us hasn't materialized. Not even 5% of it has materialized.

I only have this verse of the glorious Qur'an to say:

O you who have believed, if there comes to you a disobedient one with information, investigate, lest you harm a people out of ignorance and become, over what you have done, regretful.

Suratul Hujrat verse 6...
Stop sampling irrelevant facts. It is too early for that.

OladimejiRufai:
one of the greatest mistakes a human being can ever make is to try to deduce points or try to understand Islam as it appears to him

In many cases, what he will eventually deduce will be wrong or flawed as there are many factors today that contribute to Islam being portrayed in an image.different from what it really is.

Our Master, Prophet Muhammad warned us that Islam will be strange when the end of the world is drawing nearer...

Did you see that? Islam in its true form will be strange and many people will not know what Islam really is.

He warned of the deviation of many Muslims from the true path and this is as clear as the sun today where we see supposed Muslim figures representing Islam upon falsehood and deviation and sadly, many people think they are actually genuine representatives of Islam

the one who wants to understand Islam in its true form should study the sources... should study the authentic sources from which true Islam will be understood and NEVER rely on what he perceives in soceity

examples... muslim figures shaking and mixing with women, lesbianism and drugs amongst Muslims in the north, Adultery and illicit relationships by many Muslims of today, modesty is lost in many of our Muslim women, etc... does Islam support all these even though Muslims do it?

Well we rejoice upon expecting Emperor Imes. The great emperor who will make the true message of Islam clearer to the world.

Imes, we await your coming
You are a big part of the problem.
Say something directly related to the pressing issues here.
How can sharing a belief with others put you below them constitutionally? The lady in question was a Muslim supposedly by freewill and if her perspective on an issue of personal beliefs changes, how does that affects or gives a blood thirsty fanatic any right over her(Kadaria's) life?
Politics › Re: So A Muslim Threatened To Kill Kadaria? by CodeTemplar: 7:54am On Apr 13, 2019
When I say Muslims or core northerners control this country I know what I have seen.

Even on the thread that took the threat to front page, non muslims were restricted from commenting on the plight of a new Christian convert. It is only the occult system you don't leave alive. Religion is suppose to be by free will but as we can see some humans are lower than others constitutionally, all by reason of a religion the constitution permitted in the first place. Even if hell fire wasn't real by now God must have prepared one in wait for some folks.

Good turnaround but I don't like the fact the this news will be used to console some of those being victimized elsewhere right now. Lecturers will now be bolder with their wicked deeds at undergraduate level while using this story as a consolation for victims.

1. Corruption and nepotism that's the greatest reason. That is the bases of the so called ''university policy" you mentioned in in number 3. And its a never "made public" policy for that reason.
I ran admission racket for 9years, I speak authoritatively.

With cash and right channels, that non-indigne with lower score has higher chances than any indigne, except in the core north.
God is great. And the school administrators will want us to believe our taxes and oil proceeds are being used to subsidized the best brains.

Yeah he did. But when he learnt he had won in the court he changed his mind about returning the church properties and name to Winners Nigeria. Till now he hasn't returned either. Though he still insist that Winners Ghana didn't break away but it simply gained 'independence' from the Nigerian church
So he apologized and stood his ground insisting it was independence and not a breakaway.
One thing i know, he can't fake the spiritual aspect. what happens when miracles and testimonies starts dwindling based on his standing with God?

The church is not a product...it is a means by which Man is reconciled to God.

And anytime I see all these church structures, these big buildings, I think that Jesus is getting smaller while the Men and Women of God are getting bigger and bigger.

Sorry, but this ain't what Jesus wanted. No...Jesus does not want us to be chronically poor either. Just wants to be our number one, while we humans decrease.
where 2 or 3 are gathered...

By "all these wealth" you mean a building and a corresponding car park abi?
Those are regular assets any averagely serious church will own. They don't own the cars parked there and what they own is used to accommodate the members so be specific about what you are saying sir.

Hmmm.... is this promoting spirituality?.... or vanity? Is this for those who drive only?... barring out the poor? Is this a spiritual church?...or a prosperity church? ...members.... help answer my questions...... if you can.
prosperity is a broad term and even the bible wishes us prosperity in our soul.
3 john 1:2
Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
There is prosperity of physical, soul and spirit.
So stop equating prosperity to money and finances.
When Oyedepo was given his assignment to liberate the whole world from oppression in his mandate during an 18 hour vision, what he saw was a spiritual picture of a battered people needing true body, spirit and soul prosperity. From the above scripture, there is health prosperity. It is plain logic that man will spend his life savings willingly is he has no health. That puts health above money and thus the saying " health is wealth"

I agree with you on the bold. Same thing Babalakin said regarding alumni money. However, my post is hinged on public funds being injected into tertiary education. The most vivid example is that of Singapore where the government spent over S$15BN during the mid-2000's. Today, her universities are highly ranked and revered.

Honestly and pathetically, I pity future generations whose parents don't have enough financial resources.
I support more funding to the public universities but before giving them more funds they need to account for that which they are currently getting. Your proposal sounds like an attempt to fund the huge leakages and corruption being perpetrated in our schools further. That's like putting more water into a leaking jar without attempting to block or reduce the leakage.

They went to court over name issues. But the Ghanian court ruled that Adjeman can use the name "winners chapel Ghana". The oyedepos then created another church in accra, the name is winners chapel Intl.

Highered created a thread on it sometime ago...
One thing I know is that the adjemann or whatever can't fake the spiritual aspect of the church growth for long which is the foundation of the church.

Oga the root of the NNPC failure is our structure. What do you think will happen when an incompetent private firm wins the bid to run it like our power sector discos?
SAUDI ARABIA didn't just work out because it was privately managed but because they are united and gave it to competent fellows to manage.
