I am not too sure of what it is called, but the lawyer that helped your draft the MOA/AOA will be able to advise you better, but it is good at this early stage you make it a practice to file in the flat rate returns and get your clearance cert. This is the simplest question to ask naa.... Haba! Okay, i will explain it to you like this;
Marriage is a union contracted before God and man in "purity". That means both parties are suppose to come "Clean" not only in sexual purity but also devoid of falsehood (impediments). Impediments in marriage is a serious SIN, it means u knew sometin dat could have made the other person decline from going ahead yet you kept quiet and led him/her on. In the case of the impotent man, the lady walks away easily and freely because the union has not been consummated (sex), it is a legitimate ground for the church to dissolve the marriage. It is harder for the guy cos he would have already consummated the marriage before finding out, but IF the church pronounce the lady's action enough ground for a valid impediment and the Man isn't willing to continue, then the marriage stands dissolved because it was a union based on falsehood in the first instance.
I may not have been detailed enough though, but you can approach any Rev Fr (If you are a Catholic) to counsel you properly, it happens everyday and thats why Marriage counselling is advised.

I will try and be short as possible. My sis turns 28 this year. She has been down emotionally for some time now and she is very close to me and it has made me down too.

My sis has been dating this guy for about two years now, the guy is 28/29 years I think. She got pregnant for this guy about a year ago, the guy was not ready for marriage and they decided to abort it. Along the line she wanted to keep the baby though, but a medical condition stopped her from keeping the baby. The doctor said the baby was growing outside the womb with complications and an operation to abort the pregnancy was needed even if she didn't want an abortion in the first place. Also, another shocking revelation was discovered, the doctor said she has a medical issue which would make it kind of difficult for her to conceive easily, that she needs a man with a very very high sperm count for her to take in and the chances are slim because just about 1% of men have such rare high sperm count. This meant the guy she is dating has the rare high sperm count and she attested to this because she said of the previous 2 guys she has dated before him, they at some time engaged in sex without protection and she never had taken in before, but as for this guy in question the very first time they had unprotected sex she took in for him. She didn't reveal what the doctor told her to her guy though. Just her and myself know about her medical condition. The doctor even suggested she sticks to her guy because there is slim possibility of finding another man with such high sperm count. The doctor even asked that guy enrol for sperm donation in fertility clinics as his type of sperm count is in high demand and rare. The guy doesn't stay in the same city with her so he couldn't be around during the abortion process and the doctor couldn't tell him any of these revelations.


After the abortion she and the guy have still been dating, although they don't stay in the same city. She said they guy loves her but he is not directly clear about wanting to marry her anytime soon. This dude is the tall and very handsome type and I sometime see him as a playboy because he gets a lot of attention from ladies but my sister says she has never seen any red flag to suspect he has ever cheated on her and he respects and cares for her like a responsible man. I presume the guy still being young for a man(28/29 years) and very handsome doesn't feel its right time to get married but its not the case for my sister as she is turning 28 years soon. 2-Should my sister consider breaking off with him and giving a chance to other serious suitors? She is very beautiful and has a job and men keep asking her hand in marriage everyday. Remember the doctor said her medical condition makes it hard for her to conceive and needs a man with very high sperm count, can she find a man with that rare high sperm count in the other men asking her hand in marriage? The doctor said just about 1% of men have such and if you do the maths the possibility of finding another man with such is very low in probability.

3- Should she try to make the guy get her pregnant again and based on the fact she has had an abortion before for him he would not have the guts to request she aborts it again and would be forced to make marriage plans? Ever since she had the abortion about a year ago the guy and her have become very strict towards unprotected sex, she says they don't even make the mistake to try it again. But we know as a lady she can have her way with him if she really wants to get pregnant. Mind you she may get pregnant but it would not be that easy from my family side because my dad has said he would not give his blessings to any of his daughters who gets pregnant before wedlock.

4-Married ladies, is there a way a woman can smartly make a man consider marrying her faster? Are they any tricks to making a man more eager to marrying you or are there proven ways to push a man who has cold feet towards getting married? Ekinrin-Adde community was thrown into mourning after the passing of Oba S. I. Hambolu on December 3, 2014 and since his demise, the stool had remained vacant.



The development, the friends said, affected the annual Ekinrin-Adde Day celebration, which had not been held for two consecutive years, 2015 and 2016.



They lauded the consensus of the traditional council of kingmakers to, without strife or protest, arrive at the choice of High Chief Idowu, who they described as “a best fit among equally qualified candidates to the Olu-Adde throne.”

The friends said with the emergence and official announcement, all is now set for the enthronement of High Chief Idowu as the new Olu-Adde of Ekinrin-Adde community.

High Chief Idowu is a product of the University of Maiduguri, Abdulazeez Attah Memorial College, Okene and Baptist Primary School, Ekinrin-Adde.

Barely 24 hours after his detention, former Minister of State for Defence, Sen. Musiliu Obanikoro has implicated Governor Ayodele Fayose in the N4.745billion wired to a company linked to him by the Office of the National Security Adviser(ONSA).

The said cash was wired into the company, Sylva Mcnamara within seven months in 2014.

He said N2.23billion was transferred to Fayose out of the slush funds.

He said out of the sum, he handed over $5,377,000 to Fayose in cash and N1.3billion was received by the governor’s associate, Mr. Abiodun Agbele.

He admitted that the N1.3billion was flown to Akure airport in two chartered flights for delivery to Agbele.

The money was sourced from $2.1billion meant for arms from the Office of the National Security (ONSA).

Obanikoro, who opened up to EFCC detectives however said he is not the owner of Sylva Mcnamara that was used to transfer the funds to Fayose.

But he defended why the money was remitted to Mcnamara including the warding off of a plot by Boko Haram to attack Lagos.

Accompanied by his lawyer, Mr. James Onoja(SAN), the ex-Minister was confronted with a petition from ONSA which was dated November 28, 2015.

The petition was titled “Payment to companies with no contract awards or approval.”

He said having gone through the petition, he discovered that Sylva Mcnamara was No. 78 on the list of firms being investigated having “collected the aggregate sum of N4,685,000,000 between April 4, 2014 and November 13, 2014.

A top source quoted Obanikoro as saying that “the sum of N2.2billion was transferred to Sylva Mcnamara for onward transfer to Mr. Ayodele Fayose on the instruction of the NSA.

“The sum of N1.3billion cash was brought in a bullion van by Diamond Bank on the instruction of the NSA.

“In addition, the sum of N60million was converted to dollars at the rate of N168 per dollar and altogether the sum of $5,377,000 was handed over in cash by me to Mr. Fayose while the N1.3billion was received by Mr. Fayose’s associate, Mr. Abiodun Agbele in the presence of my Aide-de-Camp (ADC), Lt. Adewale who also accompanied them to the bank along with the bank officials.

“I didn’t interact with the bank officials. I called Fayose before the funds were handed over to Mr. Abiodun Agbele. I spoke to Fayose with my phone at Akure airport.”

On how the cash was transferred to Fayose, the source Obanikoro told investigators that “two flights were used to convey the money from Lagos.

The ex-Minister said he “took off with the first flight with part of the money while the second flight brought the remaining funds to Akure local airport and I directed that it should be handed over to the same person.”

The source said Obanikoro however maintained that part of the cash was used to ward off Boko Haram aggression in Lagos and in the South-West in general.

The source added: “He told us that he is not the owner of the company in question but introduced the owner, Mr. Kareem Taiwo to the NSA, Mr. Sambo Dasuki when the threat of Boko Haram became more visible in Lagos.

“He said the government wanted to “incorporate local input into the intelligence gathering and prevention of terrorist attack on Lagos and the South-West in general.”

The EFCC had discovered that Sylvan Mcnamara Limited, allegedly owned by Obanikoro and his sons, was used to launder the N4.745billion.

The company, which was incorporated in November 2011 had the following as its directors: a close aide of the ex-Minister, Ikenna Ezekwe(700,000 shares) of 51 Simpson Street, Ebute-Metta; Idowu Oshodi(299,000 shares) of 8, Prince Tayo Adesanya Street, Park View Estate, Ikoyi; and Elizabeth Adebiyi(1,000 shares) of 3, Adedoyin Street, Ijeshatedo, Surulere.

But Ikenna Ezekwe has had his accounts de-frozen by the EFCC since the slush funds were not traced to him.

A document said: “To set the stage for the use of the company for money laundering, the board of directors on May 7, 2012 passed a resolution that the company should open an account and appointed Mr. Gbolahan Obanikoro, Ikenna Ezekwe, Ms. Theresa Matuluko (Secretary) and Mr. Babajide Obanikoro as the signatories to the account.

“The board added that the signing combination be that any of the signatories can sign alone.”

According to EFCC, when it was time to illegally draw the N4.745billion from ONSA as war chest for Ekiti Governorship poll, ex-Minister Obanikoro made the account of Sylvan Mcnamara Limited available and coordinated the disbursement.

The breakdown of the disbursement was as follows: N N759, 384, 300 changed into dollars through Bureau De Change firms; N160million used to purchase cars through Balmoral International Limited; N1, 219, 490,000 ferried by Obanikoro in two flights to a branch of Zenith Bank at Plot 13, Alagbaka Estate, Akure to evacuate the cash and received by Fayose’s associate, Abiodun; balance of about N2billion withdrawn by Obanikoro and his two children in cash.

I think that Governor Oshiomhole and the APC in Edo State were really desperate to be declared winner of the governorship elections. To me, everything was planned and perfected supported by federal might. Thats because NUPENG decided to go on strike to protest the sack of some workers by companies in Rivers, Bayelsa and one other ss state. They have asked the state govt to prevail on the afected companies to call them for negotiations otherwise the strike will continue. Scarcity in PH has nothing to do with national supply, its the invention of these so called labour leaders.
