It's only on issues bothering on juicy appointments and other gains that women especially the feminists cry for equal opportunity, but not on issues like fighting war, crime and other related issues. But thank God this good woman has seen what women should also be doing.

Cocolatti:
In saner climes, elections are won or lost based on issues affecting the people and the people's votes determine the outcome of the election. Here in Nigeria we are talking about election results being decided by Godfathers instead of the electorate. No wonder that a Governor who refuse to pay workers salary has the guts to stand for re-election because he knows that the people's vote will not determine the winner.
I think this write-up has cleared us on how the salary arrears in Kogi state came up. From this write-up, we were told that the governor wada of PDP had applied for bailout of N50 billion to offset backlog of salaries in 2015 shortly before he left office which was not granted. But the money has just been completely released to the incumbent governor Bello and he has cleared the entire backlog. And if that is the case, it then means that the backlog was accumulated by the former governor wada and not the incumbent governor bello.
Politics › Re: How Buhari, Jonathan, Will Shape Bayelsa, Kogi Guber Polls by contigiency(m): 7:45am On Sep 15, 2019
I was shocked to read here that the former governor wada of PDP had in 2015, applied for about N50 billion to off-set backlog of salaries. Then N20 billion was released to the incumbent in the first tranche and the final tranche of N30 billion was released in July this year.

That is to say that it is not the present governor bello who accumulated this backlog of salaries, but the then governor wada did. So why has the media been misinforming, deceiving the masses and blaming the wrong person?

It is really worrisome that religion and ethnicity have blinded majority of Nigerians, such that they are not interested in asking GEJ and other leaders in the past what they used our money to do when we had a huge revenue from oil, and yet they could not pay workers salaries and pensions in almost all the States of the federation. Not to talk of building infrastructure.

They only function well when the money is shared by their cronies in government who will in turn give them what will be enough for them to smoke weed.

Thank God my ban has been lifted. It was really painful that the ban came on a day that was very important for any political activist. Very awful and boring that the day the presidential election petition tribunal was delivering judgment was the day I was banned. It was indeed sad.

Don't worry, the judiciary will soon make pronouncement. At the same time, get ready to accept whatever outcome it becomes. We don't want to hear how precarious democracy has become or that democracy is in danger.

If our country was better then our people wouldn't have to travel. Nigeria is the giant of Africa but we are not living up to that name.
If it's the the issue of our country not being OK, how come they go to the countries that are OK and yet they are not contented? They go into drug pushing, cyber crime, robbery, prostitution etc. So I call it greed, greed and greed.

As we all condemn Xenophobia the truth is that instead of Buhari to go on a crocodile trip to South Africa it will better he pays a visit to Miyetti Allah whose members have killed tens of thousands and abduct 100s weekly , because the truth is that Nigerians lives are more at risk in Nigeria under Buhari than in South Africa under Ramaphosa
You are simply a never do well.

Iblad0994:
APC is a devilish party and they have always been a party without the interest of the voters at heart, a case study of Yahaya Bello.

If PDP were to be the party ruling Abia, the governors would have employed 1000 more staffs rather than sack the staffs.

Abia Governor should decamp to PDP straight so we can start enjoying the dividend of democracy.
Just read what you wrote up there. So Ikpeazu turned APC member over night even without him knowing so.

Good. After all he told Akpabio that he will soon be on street of Abuja. Now he will find himself very lonely on the street of Abuja. Because Akpabio will surely be busy with Niger Delta affairs.

I bet you didn't know there was a man call David Lyon in bayelsa before the election. both parties came out with weak candidate. everyone expected Senator Heineken Lokpobiri to win apc primary since sylva was already made minister.
Timi Frank is just pained that his candidate lost out. not allowing any state in South south to fall to the rugarian is enough motivation for bayelsans to vote even a goat as governor.
Maybe Edo state is in another planet and not in south south.

When you tell people that the only thing Jonathan left for us in the south East was just his smiling teeths for the six years he reigned as President, they start abusing you as if they have anything to show as counter proofs.

Look at the airport they said he built to international standard whereas him and stellar Odua worsened the situation of the airport when they met it. Yes he renamed the place international airport and it ended there. And people should stop changing the narrative. It is buhari that we Igbos love to hate that is actually making the place an international airport.
