Both players are good in their own rights, but their styles appeal differently and to different people. Watching Haaland today, felt like eating tasteless/bland food; it satisfies your hunger, but it does nothing for your taste buds. Jadon though, he had all the flavour.

PS: CR7 is actually a far more versatile forward than Haaland and more interesting to watch, though they may be similar, and I think Osimhen has more fight/ruthlessness in his game, than Messi.

Let's take Robben for example,you know how they say you always know he's gonna cut in to his left foot but you still,just can't stop him? Well,an almost similar rule applies to Haaland,the guy seems almost too smart for any defense he plays against. He's very hard to mark because of specific places he exploits on the pitch.

You should take some time out to watch more of his games. This time,more meticulously. I know you'll be glad you did.
