PoliticsRe: Ben Bruce: 'Dangote Is More Powerful Than Buhari' by coolscott(m):
Mobsync:
Is Murray Bruce now licking ass? Is he now saying Dangote is honorable?

Dangote and honorable are two words that should not appear in the same sentence.

Sorry man, Dangote has no form of honor in him. He is one of the crony capitalists holding this nation at ransom.

Crony capiotalism (using padi padi to get concessions and lucrative government contracts) is one of the banes of middle income countries like Nigeria.

Crony capitalism leads to unfair business advantages, destroying competition and causing monopoly, which Dangote enjoys today.

And unless the nation involved destroys that crony capitalism, it will never rise past the middle income ceiling. It will never become a high earning nation like the US and every other first world nation in the world today.

Screw you Murray Bruce. Dangote is not honorable and he is not powerful than Buhari either.

Dangote got his money and power from the government and that same government can crush him.
How has he held our country to ransom. The only thing one can observe from your comment is the popular rancour expressed by the have-nots towards the haves.

The popular disgruntledness felt by the poor about the rich

Probably has already left the ground.
For every barrel of palm oil produced (above the ground of course) the producer keeps 100% of the proceeds
except for taxes paid.

1 barrel of palm oil in the international market is about $90

We have in the Niger delta, fought for years to get derivation up to 13%

However, we have 100% derivation (so to speak) on any (and every) other thing we produce outside of oil.

The question is... what have we chosen to produce?

This goes for all the states in the South East and the Middle belt, and indeed, everywhere in Nigeria.

What have you chosen to produce?

Are you about getting a 1st, 2nd, 3rd or even a 4th grade Tokunbo or Nigerian used vehicle and would love to uncover any hidden faults before you part with that hard earned cash or you have that annoying light that has come up on your vehicle's dashboard which has gotten you so confused and you don't know what it means? The OBD2 scanner is your best bet!

How does it work?

This pocket-sized device when plugged into the ECU port of your car (usually beneath the steering wheel) is paired via Bluetooth with your Android smartphone/tablet PC that has the scanning app installed (e.g Torque Pro). With the scanning app on your phone or tablet, you run a comprehensive scan which uncovers hidden faults and also the diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) bearing the faults popping up on your dashboard. With these generated DTCs, a simple web search tells you the exact meaning and area of concentration thereby avoiding a trial and error approach by your roadside Kazeem mechanic.

seunmsg:
The implosion that we predicted after the gale of defection is finally here, and this is just the beginning. The case of Kano PDP is a case of two kings trying to rule a kingdom, it cannot work. One will have to die or leave for the other to rule and that is what has happened.

Shekarau sadly is the obvious fall guy here. Kwakwanso pushed him out of APC when it was initially formed and returned to push him out of a dying PDP. He may never recover again politically from this.

PDP can as well kiss whatever slim hope they have of winning something in Kano goodbye. With Kwakwanso and Shekarau working together, they had a little hope of getting close to 25% of Kano votes next year but with this development, APC will win Kano by 90%. Thank you Secondus for this beautiful gift to APC. We hope to see more dissolution of state excos and more defections before next year grin grin grin.
This is typical of the thinking by the man behind Secondus in my opinion.
I mean governor Wike.
I don't think his thinking has improved (from the time they hoisted the Borno man upon themselves)

Shekarau is a more refined man than Kwankwaso.

But again, maybe they expect violence in 2015 so they want a the more violent leader in charge.
That however is no good reason to disregard the court's decision on the matter.
Christianity EtcRe: Have You Realized That Church Leaders With The Title "Prophet" Are Usually Fake? by coolscott(op): 1:45am On Sep 02, 2018
That you call him great does not mean that he is not fake o.

Remember that all the other ones had followers until the very day they were caught in their killing acts.

Plus, it is not by not killing people that one qualifies for not being called/considered fake.

The standard has not falling so low that we say that he is a good or real pastor "that one does not kill people".

Anytime a person chooses "Prophet"as title, it comes from a self-angrandization-seeking area of his mind + plus a false spot in his mind too because, from the days of Jesus, no one is made a prophet by God anymore.

John the batist was the last prophet (who would tell the people what God said, just like the priests did sacrifices on behalf of the people).

When Jesus (the Word) came, where was the need for the prophets again na?

It is like how some Igbos came to Bonny (when NLNG was booming) and would claim to be Ndubuisi Jumbo, the Jumbo being a Bonny family name, in order to get a job more easily from the quota given to the community, not considering that it is the same thing as a northerner trying to claim he is from Umuahia, and telling the people from the town that his name is Abdullahi Nwokocha.

So the fraud was easily spotted. And it is that same fraud that causes these individuals to heap the title "Prophet" on themselves, in blind pursuit of self angrandisation not knowing that immediately that is done the falsehood that led to the very act on their part, is made visible.

I am coming to reply to this.
They forget that for Nigeria to be created, the North agreed that there would be no sharia, and that is why the middle belt agreed to be with them and ultimately with Nigeria.

I should make a new thread with as much details as I can get about this.

These northerners are proving to be as fraudulent as the Igbos.

PoliticsRe: Buhari Misfired, Magu Incompetent – NBA, SANs by coolscott(m): 8:18pm On Sep 01, 2018
Magu is in my informed opinion either incompetent or corrupt because:

1). He should know that it is a must, according to our laws, that criminals (note that I am calling them criminals when they have not even been tried) are defended by a lawyer.
So it sounds even foolish for him to be uttering these words. Hard to believe. When an accused person is charged to court, if he cannot find or afford a lawyer, the state finds a lawyer for him, because it is a must that he be legally represented. This is what is practiced in the US (and I think the same is the law in Nigeria).

The reason for doing this is to show and prove that the law works. That even if defended properly, if you are guilty, the totality of the combined evidence (or part of it) will erase all reasonable doubt.

2). The above is so basic and expected to be known by an enforcer of the law (especially when ordinary citizens know this). So if he is saying this when he knows fully well how things are structured, then he is corrupt for trying to lead uninformed members of the public astray with his information.
PoliticsRe: Lifeless: Nigeria Former Senate President Reply Trump by coolscott(m): 8:16am On Aug 30, 2018
yazach:
Right Of Reply: Nigeria Former Senate President Writes President Trump

The President,
United States of America (USA),
White House,
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW
Washington, DC.

Your Excellency, Sir

An Open Reply To President Trump’s On His “Crazy Obsession With Racial Bigotries”

1. May I salute the 45th President of the United States of America, President Donald John Trump. Though, I know you are infatuated with perverse leadership ideologies, barren of humanism and confined to a culture imprisoned in the walls of your white skin.

2. But, at least, you are the political leader of America, a country truly great by all nuances. It is one nation, which unceasingly strives to make the world better and habitable for all races. So, my salutation is indirectly to America.

3. But I dare say, America has been unfortunate to have a President in your personality, Mr. Trump. I am aware history, has recorded your parentage as either migrants from Germany or Sweden into America’s New York City, the largest base of migrants at that point in history.

4. But whatever interpretation anyone gives to it, it does not obviate the immutability of your life as basically shrouded in controversies and confused history, which you seek today to trumpet in racial bigotry.

5. Mr. President, you grew up in the New York neighbourhoods with dozens of migrants from other countries of the world; some blacks and others white skinned like you. But it has never impacted any positive perception of other races, outside your own biological race, which I doubt you know accurately.

6. Your hatred for other races, especially blacks and Arabs, while trumpeting bigoted white supremacy has been deeply entrenched in you even as a toddler.

7. I was not surprised a few days ago, when the Financial TimesMagazine reported in an article, comments credited to you which alluded to your April 30, 2018 encounter with Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari as “lifeless”. Had Mr. President not contrived an odd or derogative comments to pass on President Buhari, we would have doubted whether our President actually paid you an official visit.

8. But only those who have not devoted time to monitor your personality would be amazed at your latest display of tomfoolery. One recalls that in 2016, you, Mr. Trump allegedly described some African countries as “shithole”. You later denied the comments, upon realization of its absurdity and indecorousness.

9. I feel the latest instance of the denigration of our venerated President Buhari would not be different. You top the chart of a world leader verbally assaulting nearly 500 personalities across the world. There is nothing now, you would say on anybody that would move me or compel me to even think it is even true.

10. Nigerians like the rest of the world are not surprised at your latest utterances on Buhari. Even among bonafide Americans, President Trump discriminates; injures the dignity and pride of any other person, insofar as he is not a folk from his confused roots as Sweden or a German- Am11. Quite abnormal with you, you feel in the innermost recesses of your heart that no American can tally your talents. So, you are devoid of the collective feelings of Americans and America as a nation desirous to build bridges of friendship across the globe.

12. Throughout your campaigns for the Presidency, these racial cheap talks and baseless slighting were the hallmark of it. Therefore, your disdain and contempt for other citizens of the world are gleaned and understood, after all, you rode on such crest to the Presidency through the elitist Electoral College. And you must strive to sustain it and so, everyone else apart from you, is lifeless.

13. President Trump, your inclination has embalmed you with very aversive instincts and hatred for black people and the Arabs particularly. Trump who translucently lacks stately scruples of any hue impulsively feels you epitomise excellence in whatever human endowment.

14. Thus, in the jet age, your every shadow is disappointing, uncomfortable, very un-presidential. You bully, nag, chat carelessly on your tweeter handle and very undiplomatic in your utterances. You perceive the entire world and its leaders as one huge jungle of darkness, only you is imbued with the wisdom to illuminate.

15. But your flaunted strength of character is shattered by your personal foibles, which implies that you are not completely unconquerable by innate weaknesses. And perhaps, even in your delusion of “full of life,” you represent the worse specimen of human leaders.

16. Whether, Mr. President’s comments were meant to ridicule President Buhari before the comity of world leaders, what is clear is that the Nigerian leader’s sophistry in character by far outstrips the highest moral benchmark of you, Mr. Trump.

17. Past records have serially recorded you as an adulterer, divorcer and tax evader, personal and state crimes in your “fullness of life ” cannot align with President Buhari’s “lifelessness.”

18. Mr. President, if you think yourself accomplished in life as a businessman and politician in your country; President Buhari replicates such records in Nigeria, as a fulfilled retired Army General and democratic leader of Nigeria.

19. The gulf between you two leaders is that while President Buhari knows the difference between military service and democratic leadership; you, President Trump can hardly differentiate between business and political leadership wisdom.

20. And it explains why you spews balderdash all the times, in the illusive belief that any other leader in the world is like a staff under your business conglomerate, where you bark orders and insults unchallenged as the Chief Executive Officer.

21. Both Of you fall within the same age bracket. If any leader has life among the duo, it should be President Buhari because he has no moral baggage hanging on his neck like, you, President Trump. This much was even confirmed by you over Buhari’s battle against corruption when he visited your country in April.

22. President Buhari lives a decent life, free from alcohol or cigarettes. His personal family is a model of emulation in Nigeria, Africa and the world. And as a leader, he does not indulge in un-presidential conduct nor believe in “high street” life or sense unlike other wayward leaders around the world in defiance of the basic standards required of such apex offices.

23. If President Buhari’s observance of these positive virtues is your definition of lifelessness, we have no problem as Nigerians in electing him our leader. And Buhari’s choice as our leader is God’s special intervention in the regeneration project of Nigeria.

24. President Buhari, unlike the very lively President of the United States has never been accused of forcing women into any relationship with him at any point in life. Also, unlike the delight of leaders in the West, it is against Africa’s cherished cultures and traditions for a leader to be dogged by accusations of rape, forceful marriage and other demeaning scandals.

25. These negativities may be considered as fun in the United States and other parts of the west. But our amiable President and Leader in Africa has never deviated from his strong religious convictions and positive family values. If he restrained himself at younger age, he cannot adopt such lifestyle as favorite past time at his octogenarian age, at a time God has entrusted him with the destinies of over 200 million Nigerians.
26. I am not surprised that those who have monitored you, President Trump across the globe pass the verdict of a hypocritic and scandalous personality, who is perpetually under heat like a menstruating woman.

27. Therefore, elevating your racial bigotry to the frightening limits of deriding other world leaders, only points to your leadership emptiness. Neither President Buhari nor Nigerians are perturbed by your accustomed rant. You should concentrate on solving the multiple problems of America than dissipate energy on valueless outbursts.

28. I thank you for your audience.

But don't (or do) you guys realize that whereas pastors have been recorded to have committed grave errors, the ones that seem to always be

I remember when I raked Chrisvicmall here for not responding to me when I made a withdrawal request. The notice on the site said I would have my money in 2 (or was it 3?) weeks.

They did not respond to all my calls or anything until the date was due, when they promptly paid my money into my account. The money was not very much but I needed money at the time.

And even though they did right, they should have responded instead of just keeping completely silent.

That being said, I remember when things are wrong with something I handle for my clients, many times, I have kept silent and instead focused on trying to solve the problem. So to a great extent I have not been better than them with my customer relationship habits.

That being said, the reason I like them is the fact that everything can be tracked online.

The reason why you may not like them is they are a bit more expensive than others (but you might not care when you consider the peace of mind and assurance you have when working with them).

From someone who has used Chrisvicmall and one of the rest, I will say if you want stressless transactions, use chrisvicmall.

If you are in Port Harcourt, they even have a pick-up office at YKC. Better place to pick up your stuff than with the motor park guys at waterlines.

The taxes collected by the state and local govt by the traders of ariaria market were not put to use to prevent the terrible floods that mercilessly inflicted itself upon the very famous ariaia international markets.

Those traders paid their taxes because the tax collectors would not let them be if they would not pay.

But the Igbo (not Hausa, Ibibio or Youruba) tax collectors from the same state allowed the floods to be like it was some benefit and as if it was not seriously affecting the traders' livelihood.

For all those that pay the tax, let it be known that if you fail to make your local govt and state government accountable on issues like the one just mentioned above, it may be even more difficult to make Uwazuruike or Nnamdi accountable for taxes paid/sent to them.

PoliticsRe: No President Has Touched The Lives Of Poor People Like Buhari – Keyamo by coolscott(m): 10:26pm On Aug 23, 2018
AreaNews:
Legal Luminary and Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Festus Keyamo has said that no Nigerian has touched the lives of poor Nigerians like President Muhammadu Buhari.
Keyamo, who is also the head of strategic communications for the Muhammadu Buhari 2019 Campaign Organization, made this comment on Thursday in Ilorin at the inauguration of Buhari/Osinbajo Project 2019.

He disclosed that the previous administrations established the worst system of government, based on sharing formula of the nation’s treasury.

“They operated a system that ignored physical infrastructure in the country, that ignored the plight of the poor, the weak and the vulnerable in Nigeria.

If you compare what accrued to the country in 16 years and what were done with the money earned in three years and infrastructure built by Buhari, you will see the difference.

In 16 years, all they did in the South East was Onisha-Owerri road, whereas in three years, President Buhari is doing four major road construction in the region,”

He said what Mr Buhari has done was to take the bullet from the rich to protect the poor.

“You have a president who has fought for you, why can’t you fight for him. This is the time he needs you more to fight for him.

It is reciprocal and that is why we must remind ourselves today why we must stand firmly behind him in 2019. I can tell that there is no government in the history of this country since 1960 that has addressed the plights the poor, the vulnerable in the last three years than this government,”

He listed the administration’s intervention programmes for the poor and vulnerable which included the N5, 000 monthly stipends, feeding of over eight million school pupils and soft loans of between N250, 000 and N350, 000 to small business owners.
