There's no evidence of Jesus, tho. No evidence of a zombie parade or earthquake during that time either. There isn't even evidence of the exodus.

The scientific origin story's greatest flaw is that I has been incomplete. Building a story from the end to the beginning requires research, careful study and observation. While the beginning is still missing, science has made countless breakthroughs during the course of study.

The biblical one - to me, requires evidence for it to hold water, it also requires evidence for me to know why it is placed above that of other religions. Also, the account has a few flaws,
1.) How were plants created before the sun?
2.) Snakes aren't known to talk and do not eat dust?
3.) How did plants survive the flood?
4.) How were 2 pairs of ALL the unclean species and 7 pairs of ALL the clean species of animals fit into a boat? Considering that there are over 8 million species of animals.
5.) When did the dinosaurs become extinct?
6.) How didn't humanity go extinct after all the inbreeding?

This is one of the most outrageous vaccination stories I’ve ever come across. The CDC posted on its own website (which was taken down shortly after this post went viral. Click here for an internet archived copy) that as many as 30 million Americans could be at risk for developing cancer due to polio vaccine tainted with Simian Virus 40 (SV40) found in some species of monkey.
This story is not new – many of of us who thoroughly researched the vaccination issue before choosing whether or not to immunize were already aware of this fact years ago.
I became aware of the tainted polio vaccines from 1955-1963 in the late 1990’s and it was one of the primary motivators for me to choose a “no shots, no way” approach for my children.

What is new is that the CDC is finally admitting it.

SV40 was found in the injected form of the polio vaccine (IPV), not the kind given by mouth (OPV). (Editor’s note: this claim by the CDC is patently false. SV40 was found in oral polio vaccines after 1961. This article doesn't refute this experiment at all. In the experiment, isolation was influenced by the scientists but every other variable was as natural as possible, but this article talks about a different experiment with scientists trying to artificially mutate the genes.

William R. Rice and George W. Salt found experimental evidence of sympatric speciation in the common fruit fly. They collected apopulation of Drosophila melanogaster from Davis, California and placed the pupae into a habitat maze. Newborn flies had to investigate the maze to find food. The flies had three choices to take in finding food. Light and dark (phototaxis), up and down (geotaxis), and the scent of acetaldehyde and the scent of ethanol (chemotaxis) were the three options. This eventually divided the flies into 42 spatio-temporal habitats.
They then cultured two strains that chose
opposite habitats. One of the strains emerged
early, immediately flying upward in the dark
attracted to the acetaldehyde. The other strain
emerged late and immediately flew downward,
attracted to light and ethanol. Pupae from the
two strains were then placed together in the
maze and allowed to mate at the food site.

They then were collected. A selective penalty was imposed on the female flies that switched habitats. This entailed that none of their gametes would pass on to the next generation. After 25 generations of this mating test, it showed reproductive isolation between the two strains. They repeated the experiment again without creating the penalty against habitat switching and the result was the same; reproductive isolation was produced.
