You have been searching for a job for long but nothing came up. Then you decided to travel to Canada for a master's degree and then Japa all the way to hustle in Canada.

You were granted a visa and the day you are suppose to travel you get a call from an oil company you had dropped your CV to inform you that you have been given a job with a salary of N350k per month, an official car, private accommodation for 5 years and free medical care as a staff of the company.

Will you accept this job offer and turn down your travel to Canada or will you still travel and turn down the job offer.

Why didn't they support ukraine
It's a small strip of land less than 25km long they wan dey stretch muscle for
Vietnam you no fit you run
Afghanistan you no fit you run
Now you join head with Britain

If you read how Vietnam dealt with American soldiers you will pity them. USA bombarded Vietnam twice the amount of missiles they used in ww2.
If Iran and other Muslim nations come out for you you'll say they are terrorist supporters but israel is literally commiting crime against humanity there.

America has lost respect in the eyes of the World.
Instead of bieng a mediator for peace you dey flex muscle. America is not wise. Russia is far wiser than usa and Britain combined. It learned from its mistakes after usa disintegrated the soviet Union and since then it has gradually gained trust worldwide without even firing a weapon.

Just look at China, very beautiful and more technologically advanced than usa. That's because they have operated with wisdom, practical knowledge and discretion unlike America shouting everywhere.

Go to USA now, its lost its glamor. You can't even compare their infrastructure to Rich Arab nations and parts of Asia. You'll only see shopping malls after shopping malls after shopping malls. Feeding their citizens junk. Do you think if the world is dragged into another war your fat lazy citizens will survive it?

America should solve its drug problems, obesity problems, homelessness issues rather than feasting on lost glory of world war 2 where if not for your atomic bomb Japan would have finished you. They never at any given time beat Japan if they didn't apply that cheat code. Which war has USA fully won?

Didn't they beat Germans? No it was the collective effort of the World especially Russia, a rugged neighbour, before Germany went down. Very envious country a d satanic country called USA. You're trying to run an Artificial israel claiming its God's country but don't forget what ever God gives man he can never give with blood on it and repercussions

Where In the Bible has God given and he took away from behind if not only israel constantly disobeying God and he drove them out. God even came down from heaven and they still dey question his might, worshipped idols in front of him , God even performed miracles yet they shunned him now they claiming holy?

Eh Don Tey wey israel lost that land and God's heart that's why blood will always flow on that land because it doesn't belong to them again no matter how hard they try.

America cannot develop without shedding blood and that is the old school mentality they want to drag China and Russia to ,which is trying to wean itself from wars and advance towards economical power

Travel / Re: Some Tips About Living In Uk by Coquinoqui: 3:50pm On Sep 05, 2023
Threesha:
SOME TIPS ABOUT LIVING IN UK

I’ll like to prepare your mind as a married man that when you get to UK,there’s higher chance for you to baby sit, ook, dishes, change pampers, get the kids set for school, etc. It’s better to get yourself acquainted with this ahead.

This is not to ridicule your personality, they are things you might need to do to keep the family running. And as the wife, have it in mind that you might not get to live that luxury life of “my husband is responsible for family upkeep”nah. Living in UK, you are meant to complement each other in every aspect.

Accommodation in UK isn’t a joke, if you are single, I advice you to look for single room en-suite or studio, furnished, all bills inclusive. Renting two bed apartment if it’s just you isn’t advisable. Check Spareroom,on the market, zoopla, Rightmove or Facebook market for rooms to let.

Pending the time you’ll be able to buy your desired item(s),check out Facebook market for cheap or free preloved/new items such as;furnitures, mattresses, beddings, kitchen utensils and the likes (I got my microwave on Facebook market for £10 and it’s as good as new).

However, be careful so as not to be scammed,I advice you do pay on delivery/pickup. Register with Olio aswell for free items(both new and preloved) including foodstuffs within and outside your area.

You might not be able to open standard bank until few months later, you can register with online bank like Monzo or Revolut to carry out your transactions, it’s easy & safe to use. Also, register with Lemonade if you want to change £ to #, easy to use as well with no charges apply.

Coming across different people with different cultural backgrounds, it’s advisable to ask individual what and how they would like to be addressed. Don’t make assumptions, people get offended if they are addressed wrongly.

Be time conscious, if you are to resume work by 19:00 to relief others, ensure you arrive few minutes earlier. The person you are to relief at work also has childminder or husband at home to relief for work as well.

Don’t try to force or change your accent while communicating. The more you change or force British accent the more you make communication difficult for everyone. Speak gently and clearly, believe me, they will hear you more than faking British accent. And if you can’t hear them, in a polite way ask them to speak slowly and gently so you can understand & they would be glad to do so.

Job wise, don’t be selective at first, get yourself something legit doing, all jobs here are stressful, at least you’ll be able to update your CV for future sake. I hope you get what I mean.

Let the words “PLEASE AND THANK YOU” be your favourite quotes daily, it goes a long way and they might pave way for you.

Don’t engage in gossips, they don’t keep secret here, whatever you say will be used against you later on.

If you have BRITISH HEART FOUNDATION store around you, they sell nice stuffs as low as £1, pop in there and minimise your spending.

Stay tuned for next post.

Impressive device. I think the major advantage the Ally has over the Steam deck is the screen resolution, nothing beats playing your games in full HD.

I'm tempted to get a switch these days, but the games are not pocket friendly. Plus, I don't see myself paying 20k just to play Mario kart, Zelda, and a downgraded PS3 version of FIFA.
For me, the PSP remains the greatest handheld console, the Vita is an embarrassment, I had to sell it after few months of usage. I got it just to play TWD season 1 and 2 on the go, but the resolution, terrible frame rates, and lack of good exclusives made me sell it .

I'm still saving up to get a switch, it has some nice PS3 ports and some good AAA games like the witcher, but the price and the cost of the games is discouraging.

I could give you one of my switch if I see someone coming to Nigeria. I have 2 switch. I like playing AAA Games and switch don’t off that

It's been 1yr months since I came to the US with k1 visa, joined the United States Navy 3 months ago and now I'm a US Citizen and US Navy Sailor not to mention the countless benefits that comes with joining the military and opportunities to travel the world for free and getting paid steadily for it. You're automatically qualified for citizenship the day you step foot in bootcamp Infact once you joined any service of the armed forces (US Navy, US Marine Corps, US Army, Coast guard and Airforce it's your right to be a citizen.

If you're in the US and interested in joining the Armed forces hint me up

Both of those are good choices but filling up fast. Those from New Yorker and some from New Jersey are moving south to Florida due to weather and cheaper cost of living while Californians and Chicagoans are moving east to Texas for the same reason and that’s slowly driving up costs. Both would be good choices though.
I don’t know your job industry or if you only like major cities but I’ll suggest a few Southern cities with fairly cheap but good quality cost of living, good housing cost, good schools, things to do and enjoy, a Nigerian population, and good job markets. Research Birmingham and Huntsville in Alabama, Nashville and Murfreesboro in Tennessee (Murfreesboro is diverse and very nice), Lafayette in Louisiana, Baytown in Texas, the last two have opportunities in oil/gas, technology, etc. Birmingham and Huntsville are great if you’re in engineering.

You're absolutely right. Last year my friend told how he's building his house in Southern Florida from scratch. This guy went to Florida paid around $8k, picked a plot of land and he was allowed to pick some interior designs as well like tiles, and painting. As we speak his house is currently on construction. He linked me with the realtor, we talked over the phone and I went over to his office, he explained everything and showed me pictures and people who already building their houses. Lots of space and beautiful homes. I forgot the particular place in Southern Florida but it's fast developing, as at last year they're building a mega mall, Infact it's beautiful.

Now I'm in the US Navy and their what we called VA montgage Loan in the military meaning low interest rate and 0% down payment otherwise if you want to buy a home outside the military u need at least 20% down payment, high interest rates . There are lots of benefits and perk in the military something u don't get as a civilian, it's easier to buy a house while serving or retired . I'm seriously planning to take advantage and purchase a home in the south. I am into Aviation fuel, gas plant operations field in the navy so Texas won't be bad to settle after my contract expires with the Navy . We'll see how it goes. Thanks for heads up 🙏🙏😀😀. You in Florida?
